A new very unique mecha anime by gainax. I just watched the first two episodes, but its not as bad as its look. Actually its really good! What i particularly like about it is how the main characters are all so different in terms of personality, but they get together really well (theyre sort of balanced). I should say, its a typical thing about gainax, how the actions are shown with humours (has a really similar style of FLCL). The gay mechanic made me laugh a lot in the 2nd episode |

I've watch the first episode. It's good alright. I actually laugh when Simon use the mech....i mean, when that thing actually run. It was funny. This anime will be a good mech anime collection for me.   |

I'm really behind with this anime, I think its about to end in Japan.... >_< I'm on episode 8 right now. I love this anime.... the mechs are so weird and funny. The animation is different and the story's so random which really reminds me of FLCL. |

I'm on episode 16 right now... just a recap episode of episodes 1 to 15 i'm dying to see the next episode since they skipped seven years into the future. i'm downloading the anime from black-order that's why i'm still behind.. i need to catch up.... T_T |

i love this anime to death i get goosebumps every time i watch it. it was a very lovely show and i'll never forget it T--T i'm already done wit it though, i think i'll rewatch it and relive every moment. gurren lagann brigade ; who da hell do you think we are!

XD black order is so slow so i watched the remaining episodes subbed by BSS online... the ending is sad.. really sad. thinking of it depresses me. anyone who finished watching the series would know why... T___________T i won't spoil the ending, just watch it and be depressed! -.-; |

Finished watching the series last week. The ending is somewhat sad, but overall, this anime beats any mecha anime out there hands down. it's even better than gundam or eva XD |

kay, I have to agree that this could beat any mecha anime out there... the bunch of people who make up the production staff should be credited for developing such creative designs. it's not something you see in most animes... gainax, you rock! ^^ whytheam, i also share the same feeling.... huhu... so frustrating T__________T |

zomg... that's a great piece of news. Although, i wish they will cover a different part of the gurren lagann timeline like what happened afterwards in the series. Don't get me wrong, I would love to see the series reanimated with more good high quality scenes. it's because I was depressed to see the series end. i want the story to go on forever. o.O;; |

i'd say this is one of the BEST SUPER ROBOT SHOWS in this decade! kamina is just freaking GAR! and still even with his demise..he is still the most memorable character in this anime! plus watching simon evolved from a weakling to a GAR enhanced version rocks! (though he is still no kamina!hahaha) though aside from the main cast, most of the characters are a dud..(do you even cared that the other five gunmen pilots died? heck can you even name them?) i mean they're cool and all but not really that memorable..more like generic grunt friends who has to die to make the hero even more GAR!hahaha really this anime is so awesome to the point that it made me cry manly tears (not tears of sadness or joy but tears by watching how awesome it is!) every mecha fan needs to watch this show! btw what's the deal with the " i am nobody" line at the end? that was just...weird coming from someone who shouts "WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK I AM!" |

I'm with Zparticus not just the best super robot show, I think it should be the anime of the decade ^^v Kamina, the GARest male character I've ever seen. Compare it with fellow GARs like Shishiou Gai and Nagare Ryoma, they are still no match for his preach about drilling the heavens and all ^^ strangely, the music composition of Sorairo days in critical battles are more awesome than putting a hot-blooded Anison like JAM Project's, the music was like cheerful and uplifting props to Gainax! watched it three times and it never bores me ^^
