How many of you are fans of his games? I like Snatcher, ZOE, and the MGS series. I wish that Konami would have brought Policenauts stateside.

No, they haven't made ZOE3. They probably never will because 2 didn't sell too well. I hope that they release a compilation of Kojima's earlier games including the japan only releases like Policenauts. If you haven't played it, it is worth the effort of hunting down the rom for Snatcher, the Sega CD BIOS, and an emulator (fusion is the best for emulating the Sega CD) and playing Snatcher. It is an awesome game but if you have no patience for point and click adventures, don't bother.

im not sure about never will though. i heard they brought it up at E3 but he said no comment so thats not a no right? he might or not just dont get excited for it he'll make it when he wants to i think. MGS4 is going to be plenty for ps3 i think but i hated Coded Arms that game was sooo boringg....  |

Yeah, it really surprised me that Konami would ever make a game so garbage as Coded Arms. I'm just hoping that the PS3 version is better, and by better I mean above decent. Just about all of Kojima's games are great. I love all the MGS games except MGS2: Sons of Liberty. Mainly because I hated Raiden and the plot was pretty stupid compared to the other MGS's.    |

Strange, I liked MGS2. You need the element of the Patriots for MGS4. MGS3 shows how the Patriots develop. I didn't mind Raiden since I understood that Kojima was trying to show us Snake from another person's perspective. I have played the original Metal Gear and it is as good as any NES game but hampered by the two buttons on the NES controller. Has anybody played Portable Ops? The reviewers at PSM said that it was as good as MGS3 and in some ways, better. I hope that with the new ability for the PS3 to download games for the PSP, they will finally translate Policenauts. I heard that Policenauts a lot of references to the Metal Gear series and introduced Meryl to the world.

Coded Arms, I think I saw that once in X-Play. Is it really boring? And Protable Ops's Targeting system is quite... uh.. let us say it needs refining. The game wasn't too hot with the reviewers at X-Play, so I would say rent the game first to see if it suites your taste.

@Janus- I have Portable Ops, it's a great game. @Sinweaver- The targeting system is fine in my books, I have no problem with it. Besides, does anyone at X-Play even play games? Morgan Webb doesn't look like someone who gives a damn about gaming at all. Portable Ops targeting is fine, no different than other MGS games. |

I finally recieved the copy of ZOE:TSR yesterday and it is awesome. I have been playing it ever since. It is as hard as hell so it fixes the largest problem of the original (the original was too short) and the gameplay is deeper. It goes at a constant 60FPS and the control is as smooth as butter. If you can find a copy of ZOE:TSR, buy it, you won't regret it. The place where it is cheapest is GameCrazy at thirteen dollars but you will probably have to special order it which adds six dollars. Other stores charge around fourty dollars for a copy and Ebay can be around twice as high.
