Defend the City Forum RPG (Sign up now!) (This is my first time trying to start a forum RPG, so please bare with me and excuse me if I make any mistakes, constructive criticism and new and creative ideas are welcomed) Story: ====== In an alternate earth at present time, the fictional city of Lanesra-10 has been constantly under attack by creatures of all sorts. EDITED begins: You happen to be in the city and see lots of posters around. You observe one of the posters and it says: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Need people to defend this city from hordes of monster attacks. GOOD MONEY, BONUSES INCLUDED. We'll provide you with weapons of your choice. B.Y.O. Weapons accepted Sign up now at the recruitment office located near the town hall. Conditions apply ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Whether you accept this task or not is up to you, but somehow you feel inorder to survive you need to help get rid of these monsters. Fill in your BIO below: /EDITED ENDS --------------------- Name: Gender: Age: Weapon: Magic Type: --------------------- The rules are as follow and may be modified by me whenever necessary: -No God Mode -No Spamming -No flamming, but constructive criticism is allowed. -Magic is allowed -Nothing too comical, I want this forum RPG's main mood to be of a serious one. -No direct control of other peoples characters except your own, you may control them indirectly such as "the party follows you". -Limit 2 characters per person (testing this for now) *The setting is in the present, no one is allowed to leave the city as of yet, I'm still testing to see how it forum RPG turns out. Available Magic Types (chose one only): Fire, Ice, Water Lightning, Earth, Wind, Light (replaces Healing), Effect (e.g. poison, sleep, etc), Dark. *I might add more Magic Types later and you can chose to change to the new ones, but only once for now. OK I'll start off: =========== Name: Riquelme (pronounced Ree-qell-mey) Gender: Male Age: 20 Weapon: Grenades Magic Type: Lightning *We just basically start posting and adding to the story. I'll start us off: Riquelme: (Tossing his grenade up and down with one hand and stares straight ahead into the horizon) Here they come Lieutenant! Lieutenant: Brace yourselves men and women! Riquelme: I hope the other recruits get here soon.  |

Name: Kay A.Serenade Gender: Male Age: 20 Weapon: M107 Long Range Sniper Rifle, 2 x "Para Ordnance" P14-45 pistols(silver custom) Magic Type: Wind *attaching a 10 round magazine to the sniper rifle,carrying it with both his hands and looked through the scope* Kay:here...that was fast... *looks around just to find Riquelme and the Lieutenant chatting away* Kay:*sighs*if it weren't for the money...i wouldn't be here... *runs towards them* Kay:when are we attacking? and where are the other recruits? |

(@Funsh: For magic types, you should add Water, Darkness and replace Healing with Light. Anyway, do i have to be a recruit?) Name: Kazuya Sagara Gender: Male Age: 21 Weapon: Zanpaktou(Bleach) Magic Type: Dark Kazuya: *Arrives at Riquelme's and the Lieutenant's location with Kay and salutes the Lieutenant* Kazuya Sagara, Sword Specialist reporting for duty Lieutenant. We need to hold out until the other recruits arrive..

The heavy sound of sirens filled the city streets as preperations from the attack commences,Remaining civilians started to evacuate and vacate the area where the attack will take place... Colt: *palying with his twin revolvers, spinning it (ocelot stlye MGS-3 XD)* David: are you palnning to fight them or entertain them with your tricks? Colt: Your comming too? *spins both guns and places them in holster* arent you too old for this? David: ha! you wish green horn...lets go kid...*walks away* Colt: hey!dont go ordering me around...Hey wait up!*follows david* ~front lines~ soldier: Registration? David: It' me and i brought someone along with me Soldier: Snake!? your going back to the lines again? David: hahaha yeah i need the cash...
