I can't download!

I'm serious, I've been trying to download this song but it keeps saying I have to wait a few seconds before downloading even though it was the first time I tried to download off this site. So, now it says 'DL: 7' up there in the search bar while I haven't downloaded ONE thing yet. Can someone PLEASE tell me what I should do?
I'm a nutty nut nut in a nutty nut hut and if you think I'm weird, so what?

You are using an AOL proxy server to access the internet. Because of this, you will have to share the 5 downloads at a time with the other 100+ users of the very same proxy. My advice is to get an IP address all to yourself. If your ISP can't provide you with this, get a new ISP. Also, I would strongly recommend you read the FAQ!
