Any Power Rangers Fans!?

Any Power Ranger fans here? I reckon Power Rangers is like anime but with real people in it and they do have some similar themes as in animes like "don't judge a book by it's cover", "Give people a 2nd chance", "Don't discriminate". The characters aren't one dimensional and some of them you can relate to, like for example Kimberly the pink ranger in the very first Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series, her parents are divorced and one day her mum found a french lover and after getting to know each other better they want to move to Paris to live there and Kimberly has no choice but to move with them. But Kimberly doesn't want to cause she doesn't want to leave her friends and the great life she is having and then thats when all the drama starts. My favourate Power Ranger series are: -Mighty Morphin Power Ranger Season 1-3 -Power Rangers Zeo -Power Rangers Turbo -Power Rangers in Space -Power Ranger Timeforce -Power Rangers Dino Thunder  |

Yep. Well, kinda, anyway. Gimme the original series any day! After kimberly left it was all kind of...blah to me. *sweatdrops* yeah, I was picky as a child. It explains a lot.  |

look at the super sentai thread! hehehe see the japanese version of the power rangers!hehehe yup themmpr were cool back then!now i just laugh at them...i prefer the maskman over the power rangers hehehe... but cool robots and weapons!hehehehe edit want cool mmpr and sentai info? visit rovang.org it has a lot of power rangers info even a timeline linking all shows!man these guys are fans! |

Surprisingly Power Rangers is still going on, with newer series each year. Sadly they don't relate it back to the previous series like they did for MMPR to Space. I guess it became less popular after Power Rangers in Space. The latest Power Rangers series in development is Power Rangers: Overdrive and thats set to be release in 2007. |

WOWWW..I used to watch it when i was a little girl! hahaha, I always wanted to be the pink ranger, but what girl didn't. Hahaha. i stopped watching it at...mmm i don't even remember the name of the season, but it was when the little boy was introduced, and then, then next thing i knew was that they were all new. I was so upset, so i stopped watching it. I remember i got really sad when they change the pink ranger for that blonde girl. I never liked her! hahahaha Oh, well...i can't believe the show is still on. AMAZING. |

@Pame You must mean Power Rangers Turbo, when they introduced Blake Foster or Justin as he's known in PR:Turbo. I was like what the, how come they got a little kid, well he's not little anymore, around his 20s now. And I was like WTF when he morphed and grew into a bigger ranger. Well the real reason they got the kid was cause they wanted to attract a younger, fresher audience by introducing him. Yeah, I didn't like the idea when they all of a sudden changed all the rangers thats when i kinda stopped watching it as well. The worst thing was they didn't show the episode in Australia where the old rangers passed on there powers to the newer rangers, so I was like WTF how come they got new rangers all of a sudden. And yeah 2 of the old rangers left cause of personal reasons so they decided to replace most of the cast. Oh yeah, in MMPR, yeah a lot of fans didn't like the idea of Kimberly leaving and introducing a complete new pink ranger Kat, and they also didn't like the idea of Kat and Tommy (White ranger) starting to like each other. @zenkyorex Wait till you see forever red, it's a special episode in Power Rangers: Wildforce, where all the Red Rangers from the past 10 years team up to fight the remains of the machine empire from PR: Zeo. Search for it in Youtube or something. |

EXACTLY!!! POWER RANGERS TURBO!!! OMG!! yES...that's the one!! Woww...i hated the idea of Kat with Tommy...That sucks, because Kimberly was my favorite, i bet it was a lot of people's favorite, so putting the new one with Tommy was kind of quick!!! I was so mad, and yes i got really lost, cuz i remember i missed a couple of episodes and then they were all new!! hahaha But yeah..they made some mistakes, but it's crazy that the show is still on! Woww...But thanks for the information. It was killing me. I couldn't remember the name of the season. Hahaha Thank you! |

boy you sure the the power rangers my kid cousin liked it so much he watches the dino thunder thing daily on video...hehehehe ive seen an episode where tommy introduced the ranger history...that was pure nostalgia hehehehe now the guy is the black ranger dino dude...hehehehe |

Thats how I know so much. @zparticus27 Hehe Dino Thunder was one of my favourates series, I was even thinking of buying the whole series on DVD but sadly they only show it up to episode 25 or something which is not the whole series. I still don't know why they wouldn't release the whole series on DVD but only part of it. Weird :S LOL the episode where they went through the whole history of power rangers was good for me cause I'd stop watching after Power Rangers in Space and that gave me a good summary of what the other series after that was about. Anyways, what Dino Thunder ranger does your kid cousin like? My favourate is the White Dino Ranger. He's pretty cool and some what of a badass, hope i'm not setting a bad example by using that word to your kid cousin....... Anyways, tell him "White Ranger Dino Power, Drago Dino Power" :P. EDITED Oh yeah @zparticus27 you can find lots of videos of the stuff you want on www.youtube.com including power rangers stuff. |

LOL I remember every series up to Wild Force. Then I just lost interest in the entire Power Rangers name. However I believe after LSP Rescue, that's already pushing it, and maybe Time Force if I really push it, the series just got really messed up. But I really missed MMPR. LOL I found it really funny how Season 2 and Season 3 used Zyuranger characters, yet the Zords and most of the enemies were from completely different series LOL. But oh well, MMPR was doing so well so I guess it was only natural they drew material. I really loved the Red Dragon Zord from that series, along with the Ninja Megazord or whatever it was called. A bit sad that they never had the Shogun Megazord or whatever it was called that the Aqua Rangers used. One thing that really bummed me was when Thui Trang died. That really depressed me when I later found out she was Vietnamese. Considering that I am also Vietnamese, it's a bit of a wound to me, so to speak. @zparticus LOL I c :P @ghazghkull Yeah MMPR season 2 was kinda screwed up, I didn't like the idea where they used the American footage of the rangers and the sentai monster footage and then they had to constantly switch between in when they were fighting each other. So in one footage it would show the rangers hitting the monster but you won't actually seeing the monster and then they skip to the sentai scene showing the monster being it, but not actually seeing the rangers hit it. It was kinda annoying and cheap. Yeah, I was kinda shocked when Thui Trang died. I heard in the episode Forever Red it was suppose to be that they would have every ranger from every series team up. But they didn't do that cause of her death. But at least they gave her a tribute in one of the TimeForce episode, forgot what it was called but. |

-Brachio Staff(Abaranger/Dino Thunder, the black rangers weapon): Although I think it's more like a sword since he only uses one hand to fight with it. But I like how it can fire big energy orbs and how it can have enough power to destroy the bigger monsters with a turn of a knob, which causes the monster to sink to the depths of the earth. -Dragonzord (Zyuranger/MMPR, Green rangers zord) -Thundersaurus Megazord (abaranger, 3 dinozords combined) I like how they can interchange there arms weapons with other smaller auxiliary zords. |
