Alrighty, we're all looking forward to the new release of PS3 and Wii. But let's not forget the best of PS2 and Gamecube. What were your most memorable games on the two consoles? XBOX too but I couldn't fit it in the title...

Say for PS2... there was the Devil May Cry series. And for GC... Super Smash Bros.!

For the PS2 there was God of War, and soon to come for the PS2 is God of War 2.

For the GCN there was the Metroid Prime series, and The Legend of Zelda.

all of these series' were phenominal, and deserve some recognition

What about...
Tales of symphonia
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance/Path of Blue flame
Baten Kaitos (Yes it's a good game)
Okami
Tales of the Abyss
Kingdom Hearts

Yeah, I know Abyss and came out on the 10th and Okami is new, but the PS2 is starting to decline, and so I'd wager theat Okami, and Abyss may be two of the last great games for the console.

What is a hero, a champion, so what is Excellion, the best sword, so I am Excellion Hero Tales of Abyss Tales of Abyss

In the PS2 There was the MGS series, Tekken series, Soul Calibur series, .Hack series, Suikoden 5, and my favorite arcade shooting game series on the PS2 Time Crisis. Xbox there was Halo, Halo 2, DOA series, and another of my favorite arcade shooting game on Xbox House of the Dead 3. Gamecube there was Super smash bros., and that's pretty much what I play on the Gamecube.

The Pro Evolution Soccer series on PS2.

Ratchet and Clank series - Brought out the best in graphics on PS2, the game run smoothly despite it having good graphics.

The Bouncer - Same as Ratchet and Clank. Brought out the best in graphics on PS2, the game run smoothly despite it having good graphics.

Red Faction 2 - Heh! Had loads of fun with that game, especially on multiplayer with my multi-tap, and it cost me only around $13 for a pre-owned copy.

Final Fantasy X - My first PS2 game, lol I actually bought it before I got my PS2, my family were kinda pissed cause they were thinking of getting an X-Box during that time. I was blown away by the graphics during that time as well.

and any other game that brought out the best on playstation 2.
