Yo....Anyone know where to get a copy of an Maintenance Agreement in UK?
like what you can do in the house....what you cant....
ex: if you walk the dog around the house....you have to scoop up the "stuff" after the dog goes to a toilet.....

blabla....all those kinda things...

Its for my work.....

maintenance agreements, I think you discussed these with me before, I still hav'nt heard of them, all I know is that any maintenance for real estate rental places has to be approved by the owner at either the tenant's or owner's cost, usually the owners if it's major like heating/cooling, minor things like replacing a fly-screen window or something is debatable but usually the tenant does it out here... ahh well, all good i guess

just everything....like rules and such.....in england people usually sign a contract stating what they can do and what they cant.....what neighbours can do and what they cant......
so that in case someone breaks the rules....they go and complain....
so if there is no contract....you cant complain.....know what i mean?
