I don't really know but the quality of the artwork, coloring and the poses of the girl suggests either an H-game or interactive DVD, so you can start your search there.

looks like an piece of rtwork not necessarily belonging to a particular anime. I've seen such things here and there.  Japanese girls love Darth Vader...... |

It's not from an anime....it's from a Hentai game called "Innocence Pain" made by the company Ankh. Her name escapes me at the moment....but here is a link to the game...no naughty stuff just a poster. Innocence Pain  |
