I heard someone say that a game of FF7:AC was going to be made for PS3!!What do you think?Is it true?  |

It was announced at E3. An FF7 remake using the PS3 Technology... I saw it on G4... |

when I saw the techincal demo, how I wish they'd really make a remake. hehehe. but I read on bluelaguna.net that if they make a remake, it will take them 5 years. huh???  |

| I thought Electronic Gaming Monthly said it would much sooner. Like November of next year. Ihave no idea if that's true I'd have to find my copy but I think it'll be released in a year or two at most. |

There was only a tech demo. News of a real FF7 game on the PS3 would produce fan-sites. Lots of fan-sites. |

I had seen the demo, the graphic is too incredible (of coz what u espect its PS3).but uh, will the storyline will be the same for FFvii in the past?  |

I found a copy of the page where I found it's confirmation. It was in EGM in the Next Gen preview section. (sorry about the size... any smaller and you'd think I had photoshoped it...) |

| That says "FF7 Remake" that has nothing to do with "FF7 AC" (I think that game would suck, but okay). Still, I don't think a remake of FF7 would exactly convince me to shell out a whooping $600 bucks to buy the PS3, not to mention how much it would take to take the license (if that rumor turns out true) of the game. |

Well, I'd get the PS3 second hand at EB games but thats how I roll. From what I heard SquareEnixwas behind the idea fully. If that were the case, I would possibly rethink my console choice. (I just want to be with mother...) |

| Ha, buy all gamestuffs secondhand at EB, that's how I roll :P Buy the PS3 secondhand, but not the games (if the rumor is true, it isn't possible). Also, if it were true, PS3s likely couldn't/wouldn't be resold (can't sell the games, anyway, a crapload of money down the drain) |

a remake may not be in the works now, but it's still possible in the future, right? besides, why would they make a remake, when they're still selling the ps1 version and the ps3 will be backwards compatible? who would want to play a game that they've played already, save for the updated graphics and voice overs? i wouldn't mind a remake of it, but i think i would much prefer a sequel to the game. |

The reamke is mostlylikely away to shut up tech obsessed fanboys like me. I would buy an updated FF7 if it looked that good. Andit wasn't just the article. I'm sure G4 made a comment about it's confermation during there E3 coverage but I could be woefully mistaken. |
