PS3 made by CHINESE??!!!

| My chinese friend is going around saying that the person who made ps3 is chinese!? It it true? He says that playstation is made by sony, who is owned by Japanese, but says that most of the people making ps3 is chinese, and also the top person is chinese? Is he talking bullshit or is it true? Can anyone tell me. |

ps3 will be initially produced in japan and then be outsourced to china once all the bugs have been fixed. it's very similar to how they handled the psp.     |

You're going to have to be more specific on which part of the PS3 your friend says was made by a Chinese person. On top of that, what would it matter?    |

| as long as the product is not made in china, i dont care... when i buy art supplies, electronics, and other stuff, its normally made in germany or italy (art supplies) and in japan (electronics and other stuff). but now becuase of the lack of materials (raw or not) a lot of stuff is being made in china. the stuff i got that was german made was high quality, and when i bought the same product that was made in china, the quality just dropped through the roof... my supplies just started to suck and so did my art. for electronics, i have not had many problems, but if they make the ps3 with poor quality, im going to kick someones ass (i cant wait to buy the ps3 *drool*). |

It doesn't really matter who made the PS3. Only people who are anti-Chinese would make a fuss. Or maybe your Chinese friend just wants to make Chinese people look good. I don't know. BTW, I'm Chinese and I could care less abut what people think about my race. P.S, did not mean to hurt anyone, and I'm not saying the guy who started this thread is anti-Chinese. I'm just stating facts.
