I'm new at this...but. What I did to get "Schala" in my signature, is I uploaded the GIF onto a photobucket account then took the middle column tag thing and put it in the signature part of my profile...*shrug* I am not too sure how to help your situation. But is there more than one tag? If so, try the other ones and see if they work instead. (Thats what I did, screwed aound long enough until I found which one worked! ^_^)

woot

What you must do is put this:

<img src="insert url" height="either 25 or 100 if it's too big">

The url is the http://www.mywebhost.com/myusername/images/cool.jpg, and if your signature is too big then you should put 100 after height=". I hope that's all the info you need, don't forget to check the newb's guide to HTML ^_^

The majority of free webhosts don't allow you to hotlink images. Your best bet is to use Photobucket or Imageshack.

Those url's are just example ones I remember someone using trying to help someone else in another thread in the past. You need to use the url to where the picture you want to use is. Go to tinypic.com and upload your images. Copy and paste the URLs it gives you in place of the http://www.mywebhost.com/myusername/images/cool.jpg and http://www.domain.com/myusername/images/avatar.jpg.
