Every one needs to complain, to vent, to show a little anger and hostility now and then. Believe it or not I do too, ask Ranger - I get angry, sometimes I throw things, not breakables though. Now you have a place to do that, to throw things. Don't be depressed here, we have a place for that, another thread. Here is where you can
Please try to watch your language, although nobody really does that here, be aware that messages deemed inappropriate, including spam, short one line posts with no meaning, may be deleted with no explaination even though none of us know know what an inappropriate post is yet. Do your best at spelling and grammar, I may be grading that. :). I think this thread eventually will rival the depression thread for size, well see. EDITED:Added the following on December 20, 05. There is no limit on subject matter having to stay strictly on topic. I expect it to wander around as someone finds something in a post and goes somewhere with it. Rules subject to further change. |

Our community christmas party is this Friday night in the village near here. For the last three years my neighbor Laura has ruined it for me and a lot of other people but mostly me. She and her husband moved here from New York 6 years ago and they brought New York with them. I don't know why they even live here, Laura hates the desert and she hates me. She also drinks too much, chases men and is always home. The party is always the Friday before Christmas, a potluck dinner, gift exchange, music, drinking, dancing, a party. We always have a pretty good time. Admission $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children or, whatever dish you bring with at least 12 servings. BYOB too. Last year Laura spent most of the evening drunk and hanging on almost every man she could touch. For some reason she has a thing for Ranger and his friends Chuck and Don. She was spending entirely too much time chasing and clinging to Ranger and I told her to stop several times until I reached my limit. I got very angery and told her in front of a lot of people to keep her stay away from Ranger and she said if that I was more secure in my marriage I wouldn't have to worry about my husband. I was so angry I called her a b----h. She reached out to grabbed me and I stepped back see I did learn from those self defense classes and she grabbed the top of my dress tearing it open, I wasn't wearing a bra that night. I was so embarrassed. I grabbed the top of my dress and I slapped calling her a s--t screaming at her to take care of her own husband and leave Ranger alone. Then I ran over to to the Alamo the pub across the street. Ranger followed me with Laura beind us a few minutes later and her husband, Todd, after that. She was very angry, drunk and stood at our table calling me all kinds of things. I finally reached my limit and I stood up screaming at her to shutup and I hit her as hard as I could. I didn't expect to knock her down since she's a lot bigger than I am. Todd comes over and grabs me then Ranger stepped in. Todd didn't hit me and Ranger didn't hit him but Todd did go down on his knees as Ranger grabbed hs arm and he did leave with a very nasty bruise on his arm and now there was a crowd. Something I didn't need in a torn dress. That's when Ranger took me home. I have to say Ranger behaved much better than anyone else that night. He covered me, never raised his voice and I heard him tell Todd tonever touch me again. I've heard Ranger speak like that before and Nightmare's right. (message in the depression thread?) I can't stand her. She always spoils any event she attends and I don't know what to do. I also don't know what I ever did to her for her to treat me that way. I welcomed them to our community, tried to be helpful to a stranger and to show her how we lve here. Itis different than a city... anyway, once again an event I have always loved going to is going to attended by Laura and Todd. I'm not really looking forwards to it this year. Ranger did say not to worry about it he would take care of things only I have know idea how he's going to do that. It's winter break. I always make fresh fruit pies, apple and gooseberry, those are the pies Snow White makes. Ranger smokes salmon in Mahogany. This really is my favorite event of the year. Now I wonder if I get trap her and drag her into the basin. |

That Laura person sure did crossed the "line" that night...what a terrible person. And yah it's good thing Ranger took control of the situation very rationally - a true gentleman indeed! ;) PS: Wish U and your husband a better and more fortunate Christmas this year Lady-Rin :) |

Sorry to hear that, people really act stupid when they're drunk. I'm surprised her husband lets her act like that at a party. I would be embarassed if my wife did that. Of course, I'm not married so I do not have to worry about that. The thing that's been bugging me the most is my parents. Now don't get me wrong, I love them and I respect them, but sometimes I just can't take it. I just got back into the house, I moved to do fall semester in a different school, and came home for winter break. In just one week they started to yell and argue with me. It gets so ridiculous. My mother asked me about report cards, and I told her the haven't come out for me yet. She started talking about this other girl at my school getting straight A's and had hers for a week or so. So this went back and forth me trying to explain to her why I didn't have my grades in yet until I finally said "Well good for her, I don't care about her." That's when my dad came in and started to yell at me saying I shouldn't get "smart" with my mother. After this my mother asked why I didn't have my report card....fourth time >.>. If that didn't top it off my mother gave me a grammatically incorrect sentence to write down. I asked my father if a certain way was correct, and my mother said "Well you're in college, you should know by now. It's because you don't study or read." I started to say something, but I just gave up. I cannot wait until I get a new job and move out of this house. They don't approve of an apartment and say its stupid to live in an apartment when they live in this town. So when I get one they won't find out until I move all my things into it. |

Dudeman: I feel your pain!!!!!! I SOO want to leave the house, but alas, I dont make that much. My mom got on me for not going to college, I was SICK. I felt better in the afternoons, so I went to work( when I was scheduled). I missed like 6 days of school, she yelled at me a couple times when I was sick. Lying in bed sleeping, and she tells me to get up and do the dishes. I dont get up for a bit and then I do and go back to sleep. She wasnt too happy bout that. I also hate it when she says I dont DO anything around the apartment, that REALLY aggravates me, she just never pays attention. And it seems like im supposed to be psychic when she tells me something...she says "Hand me that thing...." and points at something, but theres a MILLION things there. Wells, wish me luck, I have alot of homework to do and its due tommorrow ^_^ And Lady Rin: That sounded like fun..... Ranger seemed to stay very calm...wow... Well Im sure that this year will be great!! And some people are just like that, its kinda sad, I pity them. HHHMMM.....Pies.....Im hungry now!!! Good thing I'll be eating soon!!! "Now I wonder if I get trap her and drag her into the basin."-LOLZ That might be a bit TOO much. LOLZ REMOVED |

Ehh... Forgive if this is some sort of obvious thing that all adult women do from time to time, but... Why weren't you wearing a bra? Was it one of those fancy dresses that show too much skin, and aren't made for bra-wearing?? Forgive my newbness... And yes, that Laura does seems like a witch-with-a-B. And what's so bad about apartments that your mom hates them? Apartments are cheaper than homes, and homes are too spacy for someone that's single. |

My mother in law always treats us like we owe her something. This would be okay and I wouldn't care if she didn't live with us. When my father in law died my wife, my sister in law, and I pooled our money we saved and the money we received from his estate and payed off the house so my mother in law and my sister in law wouldn't end up on the streets. She didn't ask us. We volunteered. And she treats us like we were obligated somehow to do it. Keep in mind this is the same woman that didn't want me marrying her daughter in the first place because I was black and took every opportunity to belittle me to her friends and relatives behind my back until I confronted her. After we paid her place off and took care of some of her bills my mother in law then became depressed and wouldn't go back to work so the bills piled up and she nearly freakin' bankrupted my sister in law when she finally lost her job too. So my wife and I moved in to help settle things financially. We did. Now she always complains that no one else does enough to help her around the house. Some of us work multiple jobs (i have 2 and college) to pay the bills. Even then with weekend projects I end up fixing cars, computers, and cleaning things that literally haven't been touched in decades like her stove, the bathroom, and ceiling fans. That would be fine if she also wasn't complaining there isn't enough money coming into the house. She wants us to move into a bigger house now that the baby is coming. I tell her we can't because it's not financially attainable right now. She tells me I need to make more money. Doraemon = The highest paid person in the family. Not just the immediate family, but between all of their relatives I make the most legally (Don't ask about where their under the table, illegal, non tax paying income comes from). But she says it's not enough and that I don't understand the value of family and that if I did I would be finding a way to bring more money in. So I told her there would be more money if she would get off her a$$ and get a job. I work, my pregnant wife works, my sister in law works. Why can't she work too? She's not an invalid. But now she's depressed again and everyone in the house sees me as the villain.

Perhaps I should have said. Yes, it was a low cut white dress made very lots of very light light flowing fabric and was meant to be worn without a bra. It was never meant to be pulled at or torn and Ranger has learned to be careful when helping out of my clothes, hiusbands do that. I hardly expected to have someone grab at me like that. laura ruined a beautiful dress I liked alot and unfortunately it couldn't be repaired. Todd paid for a new one. Regards you lack of knowledge about bras, *giggles* they basically do two things. Provide support and shape the bust. Most women need a bra or they have can have physical problems of all different kinds including back problems. A small percentage of us don't need a bra all of the time and that includes myself. I do wear them, however I don't have to since I have a compact bust. Ranger always stays calm. In public he the epitomy of professionalism. He never shows his temper althogh if you know him you can see it just beneath the surface. He's only lost control once and that was the night I was assaulted outside the Alamo. He earned a new respect and fear from a lot of people that night. Ranger can hold it together through almost anything. It's afterwards when he crashes. I have a very nice light blue party dress with lots of skirt I'm going to wear Friday night and I intend to have a good time since a lot of our friends shall be there. Laura is not going to ruin our party this year. It's late time for bed. |

Wow, this just what I needed. Thanks Lady Rin :D Ok I am so close to grabbing my wireless router, running downstairs, and throwing it in the tenants' faces, then strangle them with the ethernet cable, because they're too stupid and lazy to set up their own internet connection, so my dad decided to switch to wireless to they can leech off of OUR internet, and now whenever my dad talks on the phone, I disconnect. Hell, I got disconnected 20+ in 2 minutes. I swear I was going to smash something. |

Sachiel, Were you talking to me or Sero. If you're talking to me about the apartment, I want to move into one. I lack the proper funding to move out the house though, so I'm looking for a new job. My mother doesn't like it, because if I move in an apartment we would live in the same town, with only about a 20 minute difference. She thinks that's an ignorant idea and I would spend more money when I could just live with my parents. Like I said, I love my parents, but I cannot live in this house. So much arguing and such, also they treat me like I'm 16. My mother tried to set a bed time for me and ground me. My father actually backed me up on this one telling her I'm 18. I know, two years is not much of a difference, but a bed time is ridiculous. Today, I also realized, I need more friends. Most are just lazy people that go and see sunlight less than a vampire. I sat around all day doing nothing, which I hate. I want to go do something with friends. Go to an arcade, bowl, watch a movie, party like crazy, but jeez, something. I'm getting tired of these people sometimes. One never leaves his house because of his precious Ragnarok Online. He was my best friend, but screw it. I'm tired of calling him trying to get him out the house when he says, "I'm busy playing games." or I find out he's asleep. That lazy bum, also, some just sit around playing card games. Come on now, if someone's 4-7 years older than me, your ex left you because you're a geek, and you have no job, you should stop playing those cards. Ugh, I probably have two friends that actually come hang out with me every once in a while, but all my other ones are slowly de-evolving. Also, my other "friends" seem like they try to avoid me. I don't feel like chasing after friends. I have to call them all the time to do something. They never call, or invite me to any of their parties. Meh, I need a vacation. I can't wait to go to Florida in Spring. Maybe loosen me up a bit. |

Saichel are you embarrassed because I wrote about what a bra does? Legend has it that the bra was invented by a man named Otto Titzler or Titzling and that's where the word tits comes from. Not true. Otto Titzler was the fabrication of an author of satire about the "Womens Liberation Movement" in the early 70s. The word tit comes from the word teat and you can imagine where that comes from. You to Euphony. :D :D :D It seems men/boys have a very hard time dealing with the subject when women talk about anything that remotely deals with sex. I wear something nice like I did last week and ask, "how do I look"?, and Ranger is sure to put "sexy" in there somewhere. At least he looks at me before commenting. Complaints; There is a Black Ford Mustang SVT that passes me on the, mountain road a couple of times a week. He usually passes at the same place or at least near it, a long sweeping left U turning curve going uphill. ZHe alsways passes me on the insid. The other place he passes me is a straight away long enough he can zoom around me. In both cases he goes over te doubler yellow line. That's a dangeous road. Recently a woman was killed when her car went over the edge and fell 200ft/60m. I also get passed going down hill in the mornings. If I could drive Ranger's work/ranch/rock climbing truck I could stomp on the breaks and let them slide under. Words cannot describe this road. I have some pictures and I'll put some online later today. |

I almost deleted your post as spam Kotuso only I wanted to ask what you meant by self stupidity? I can hazard a guess only I may be totally wrong. As for Terminus saying Sachel's parents are mormon fundementalists if he's correct that puts a whole different light on things. Fundmentalist education regardless of type is usually not the best kind of education. |

I understand. However they're right; why do you have a cell phone? I can't stand having one and neither can Ranger who has to carry one and two-way radios too. Someone told me the main reason to carry one is if somethng goes wrong in the open desert between here and work. I had to remind her that cells don't work out there and that's why I also have a two-way ham radio in my car. One last thing Kotsuo dear, you don't have to answer your cell phone and you can filter your calls. *hugs* Now for the laziest person in the world contest; my son Ky. If you don't know he is about your age. He calls me the other day on his cell to say he needed a pair of clean socks for gym. I told him I would have a pair when for him when he got home. His response was "I'm in my room and I can 't find any". Complaints about cell phones. Ringtones. Billboard magazine the entertainment industry's trade magazine has always listed the top 100 songs in various catagories. Now they list the top 100 ringtones. I can't stand ringtones. They are annoying and no one cares how loud they are. Who want's to hear bad anything in poor qality at all. We have to create cell phone etiquette. Turn the ringer down and set it to vibrate then ring. Get rid of Snoop (don't like) and Pink Floyd (fav) and replace them with sensible and quiet ringers. Lady Rin's ringtones. Yes I do have quite a few. General calls electronic English telephone ring. chirp - chirp, very short. Family, Westminster chime. The same one used for classes in Japanese schools. Friends, I have a differen sounding Westminster chime. People I generally dont want to talk to yet have to sometimes. Old fashion telephone bell. Riiiinnngggg. That says annoying people. Ranger General calls old fashion English telephone bell. ring ring Business and work, front doorbell, ding dong. Rangers and SAR, community alerts, US navy battle stations. gong gong gong gong gong gong until answered. Family long quiet ring. chiiiirrrrppppp Friends, backdoor bell, ding ding ding. Both phones are set to vibrate then ring. Ranger also has a Jabra Bluetooth head set that vibrates behind his ear when calls come in. You almost never hear his phone ring as busy as it can get sometimes. All thathappens is he touchs his head and starts talking. Star Trek toys. |

>_< Seculi, what made you think of that? I can think of some embarassing things to say to you, but I'm being nice and keeping my mouth shut, even though I really wanna say some bad stuff >_< And I'm smarter than most of my friends. Yeah, I'm also at least 6 months older, but one of my friends can barely read, or do math, although he's extremely quick on his feet, one is just a total idiot, the other thinks he the smartest/strongest/fastest/best person in the world, but I can beat him in like anything I do.
