I'll be updating this weekly, daily, whenever I feel like it. Please post some of your games too (on your first post on this thread please to keep it compact, I'll link em up on this post too for whoever's collection isn't on the first page) ^_^ Any games that are from my server (http://www.houseofchen.org/skyl) and are above 40MB will be in Password Protected RAR files. PM me for the pass here: http://gendou.com/forum/send-message.php?name=skylegendz The reason behind this is because, this is also a business webserver for my mom's restaurant (note the http://www.houseofchen.org). If my bandwidth were to ever skyrocket, it might shut down the server for a moment. Which is bad for business. Everything in my subdomain is for my personal use and family basically. Also, the password you get from me will be universal, until I note it in a specific game post. So keep that password to yourself please and thank you. First on my list: EtherVapor The game is still in beta. Comes only in about 17 megs as well. But evidently, 17 megs is still alot for this game cause of the fact it's 3D and pretty long for a beta trial. Weapons systems comes in threes flavors and charges. There's a piercing shot (Charge for charge pierce shot), widespread shot (charge for "bomb") and a seeking-laser shot (Hold for single lock). View changes from vertical scroll to side scroll which makes this game pretty fun to play. I like the game and I would give it a 9/10 (Must Have!) DX8 compatible card (People with computers made in 2002 and above are fine) 256MB RAM Screenshots (of me playing):           Next Up: BanShiRyuu This is a nutty bullet hell. If you thought Raiden Jet is hell, you've seen nothing till you play this. I mean, even on the easiest mode, I swear some bosses are using illegal moves. Like the tri-attack in one of the screenshots I made from the full version. Overall, at least they give hints on where to go to dodge them all. Only problem is, can you find them? 2 Characters, 2 Weapon Configs for both of them. 4 different difficulty modes from Easy to Lunatic (The computer owns you). 3D-is BG and sprite vertical shooter. Fun, but a bit overboard on the bullets if you ask me. 8.5/10 Here's to get the demo: http://ss-do.hp.infoseek.co.jp/saku/saku_bsr.html#download (24MB) Screenshots (from the full version):              I don't know the system requirements but it's okay to use on Vista. Every Extend AKA: E2 Yes, this is the Original game of the series made by Q? Entertainment (Every Extend Extra [PSP: AKA: E3] and Every Extend Extra Extreme [XBOX360: AKA: E4]). Instead of shooting bad guys, you blow yourself up to get them first. Your cursor is called the "dot". Basically when you press the Z button, you self-explode causing a blast radius and whatever is caught in that blast radius explodes too, causing a chain. Purple blocks are Quicken items to speed up the amount of enemies on the screen. After you have 6 Quickens, no more will show up, so you'll have to strategically blow up Quicken Blocks at the edge of the screen with you on the outside so the block will float towards the center. Then you must wait for other Quickens to have all 3 in the field, and grab them for a grand total of 8 Quickens. The music is pretty upbeat techno. On the other consoles, the music ranges from trance, dance, tencho, to some aborigine-ish tune >_>; I have the PSP version, and played the XBOX EXtreme Version. I like the PSP version better since it has a temporary shield for 2 secs to grab score blocks or lost Quicken Blocks. XBOX actually gives you points for playing along with the music, but it gives you a insane amount of shielding making it no fun -.-; My highest score on the PSP was a 30-ish range with a Max Chain at 108. >:D Try to beat my High Score on the PC (It's pretty Easy) I give this a 9.1/10, the .1 is for getting me interested and hooked. KanoAirSmash Umm. Super Smash Brothers with Kanon and Air characters! What more do I need to say? There's only 2 attacks, the punch and the special. 3 Buttons overall to press (the 3rd one is to jump). The 3 buttons are Z, X, C; like most doujin games. A Friend told me that this game looks like 4 girls b*tch-slapping each other, which is kinda true since the faster you press Z the faster you "slap". Unfortunately, there's no male characters :0 8.5/10 Limited Combos... Ayu is cheap... Suguri is mainly 2D but there's a 3D feel to it in the BG and the enemies. Originally you start off with 3 weapons, a laser rifle, machine gun, and rocket launcher. Of course, since I played on it, you get a short burst machine gun as well. Other hidden weapons (I just got recently) include a 4-way short burst machine gun, Photon Cannon, a sword and some others I haven't unlocked yet. You can only hold 2 guns with Weapon A being your primary (also used for your super attack). Now to give instructions:  On the top left corner is your Super Attack Gauge which comes in 3 fill levels (each attack uses 1 level), Your Health, Heat%, Score and Lock On Indicator. The controls are Z (Use Weapon A), X (Use Weapon B), C (Sonic Flying) *Note* The circles the character emits, and V (Your Weapon A's Super Attack). To set your weapon preference, in the Main Menu you goto settings to config it. Of course, whatever is in Weapon A slot is your Super Attack. During Game Mode, the Lock On is on by Default, to disable, you must press A and S simultaneously. To re-enable, just press either button. The Lock On just Locks on to the enemy. The Sonic Flying allows you to avoid enemies and any energy-based attacks. The longer you stay in sonic mode, the higher your heat % goes up. If hit, your DMG gets multiplied whatever % to the normal DMG. Sonic Mode does not allow you to avoid Solid Projectiles like Missles and Mines. That's about it. The game includes lots of really nice techno that are really catchy. 8.9/10 because boss fights are ridiculously hard on easy mode on the 2nd stage and up. @ SkyL-san Whoa!!! that's awesome! I love these plane shooters...like UN Squadron or Strikers 1945. the game looks great! Here is a sample of my doujin / SHMUP collection. I didn't add Tomoyo Fighter (both versions), Eternal Fighter Zero, & the ealier versions of Melty Blood. Some like Perfect CherryBlossom cause the disc i think is damaged (all it does is spin in the drive), Guardian Heroines i couldn't find the disk at the time i did these (i posted a video link). Finally my AirRade -Summer- version is also damaged (the screens is all distorted)...i may be able to get it fixed. I sent you a PM about this topic. Please reply via topic. :3 I'm dLing the Perfect Cherry Blossoms demo now. Ugh, another demo. >.<` Maybe I'll post a few later on or something. Gotta find more that aren't DEMOS first. XD [edit] Woah, just played Perfect Cherry Blossom a bit, and it's pretty intense. My eyes are a bit blurry today, cause I am a bit tired afterall (more like exhausted). I'll experiement with the other characters a bit more. Been some time since I've dodged this many bullets. :3

@ DAngel-san I read your PM so i'm posting my answer here. The freeware site has the demo of AirRade in it's database...just search for 'AIR' & it should show up on the list. I bought the game at Himeyashop for about $22 (AirRade) & $25 (AirRade ~summer~)...though like i said summer is not working properly at the moment. * the games are around 300-400MB in size.* As for Angeraze...a copy of Angeraze2 Rebirth was available at Himeya for $18...though that was a few months ago. I think the freeware site also has a demo of it. If not i'll look for one. * the games sizes are as follows: Angeraze (263MB), theta (322MB), 2RB (587MB)* *EDIT* Angeraze 2 trial version download. Angeraze 2 trial (59.1MB) At the bottom of the page...just pick the mirror that suits you. |

Sweet thanks, another trial but whatever. :3 You sure buy a lot of these games, including other visual novel games, too. Man, you must have a lot of money. I wish I can buy this stuff sometimes.

@ DAngel-san Doujin games are pretty cheap....they are usually under $30...& those being the most expensive. Most are under $20. As for visual novel games i only buy ones i REALLY want...so i have a budget (usually $100 - $250..every 6 months...so about $500 a year) on what i spend on them. Other than that if i like it but don't have the budget than i'll download them via torrent. For these i have a few things before i do use torrent. 1) the character designs 2) the maker 3)the gameplay...if the game doesn't have all 3 of these than i won't bother. If people are wondering...i usually earn about $30,000 to $35,000 a year with my job. Decent for now but i should get one that is more career worthy. I can upload the smallest version of Angeraze...it's about 300MB so hopefully it won't take too long. I'll see if i can get it up by this week. |

@ All I uploaded a couple of doujin games to my file site....both are pretty small so it didn't take too long. Also i'll be away for a couple of days so these will be up for awhile. However these require a password...so once you download them you may have to wait for me to return to open them... I uploaded the KANON shooter (30MB archived) & AirRade ~original ver.~ (148MB archived). Key - Daisessen Kanon shooter.rar removed Studio SiestA - AIRRADE.rar removed @ Raizo-san I think those red rings in the pics are the laser lock-on targets..... |

@Raizo-chan The red circles indicate the Z-coordinates of the objects. I did mention that the game is a 3D game. The circles grow and shrink along with the object to emulate the "height" location of the enemy/missile/laser/bullet. |

Aww, poor Izumo-chan XD I guess too many people have tried to access the file. Izumo-chan, I can help out a bit with my webserver. I have about A 300GB HDD and 3TBs of Bandwidth (Instantaneous Bandwidth is a 1Gb/s [Gigabits]) webserver here. Originally it's for my mom's restaurant, but it doesn't take anything. The meters were stuck at 1% used every month until I started putting my own sub-domain in :D Then it went to at least 2% XD If you need help sharing those, I can create a sub-domain for you so you can share them without having that issue. :) Just PM me or here is fine too ^_^ |

Sweet. Just played the demo of Angeraze, and finished it once with each character, and used each weapon once. The green ones seem to be my favorite so far, but the red ones where you have to get up close to your enemies is pretty cool, too. Although when you fight bosses, it was a little hard at first. Well, not really that, controlling them with any enemy is hard since they move around the opposite direction you go to. But I had fun playing it; it's really cool.

@ DAngel-san & Z-san or anybody else... Sorry about the bandwidth limit.....the moment i added the link....the download count was at 6 already! Since i only use 1GB that almost 600MB used up in a matter of moments. The KANON shooter was at 5 downloads.... I checked my site....& i'm using about 8% of the limited use....so it should be okay to get it. When you do have it downloaded PM for the password....once i think enough people have picked it up i'll remove the links. I'll give it up until 15 or so. @ SkyL-san Thanks for the offer but i'm only using the 1GB limit for a reason....the main thing i use it for is for the music on my profile. Stuff like these i do occasionally so having a large limit is not neccesary. If it goes over it goes over...no big deal....i already have the stuff...it's the ones who are downloading that will face issues. @ DAngel-san I like using the blonde with the straight laser...& use the green spread as her backup. Her laser is the strongest of the 3 but it only goes straight so it doesn't cover alot of area. That is where the green pod comes into play...with it i can cover more ground. Also her Super Shot is insanely strong...it's a giant beam that covers over half the screen. You do know that you can shoot backwards right.... |
