Since I haven't found it yet... I've been following this manga and now it is an anime. The animation is pretty sweet and the first ep is pretty faithful (except for a few minor details) to the manga. I'm really looking forward to this series.

I've never watch the manga but the anime is good. The first episode is like wow. Clare frozen-cold hearted face is the best. the ending song was fantastic too. It suits me well. I really can't wait for the next episode.   |

It's quite excellent. It's set in a medieval world where humans fear monsters who can take on human forms and eat humans. There is absolutely nothing that they can do once the monster takes on a human form because once it does, it not oly looks completely human, but it also takes on the memories of the human whose identity it stole. There is only one way to root them out and that is to hire a Claymore. There are around 47 in all at any given time and they are women who have been modified by the "organization." They are half human, half monsters and with their monster blood, they can sense a monster that has hidden itself among humans and using the monster's own strength, slay them with ease. This is the story of Clare, a claymore almost like all others...

I never watch the anime, but i've read the manga till volume6...its awesome... but i cant get the vol 7...is it already out? where i can get it?   |

I just got my copy of vol 7 this week at my local Borders and it is sweet. If you though Clare kicked ass before, in this volume, she'll be able to kick even more ass than she has ever had her entire life. SPOILERS

| The animation is wonderful! It's a bit darker than the manga, but maybe that's what the color's about. The only thing I don't like is that in the process of anime-tizing it, some of the unique style of the manga got obliterated. That might not be a bad thing since the style is quite odd, but it loses a bit of its individuality. |

The anime's okay so far. I'm on episode five or so and I have 6-7 to watch for later on when I have free time. At first, it reminded me of F/SN but as I continued to watch, it was nothing similar. :3

I like the manga ^-^ Since I haven't watched the anime I can't say a thing about it :P Anywhoo, I like the storyline a lot. Though I haven't been able to read it more but just a few volumes -.- Im too busy again!!   |

Sob sob... It's such a pity that Theresa died!! I just couldn't stop my tears T_T That Priscilla is such a JERK!!! Thought that she'll excel herself in future; drop my glasses!!! Overall; the anime till episode 8 is awesome!! I'm more and more into it!! Hope Clare won't be having the same destiny!!

Yeah I just watched episode 8 when you said Teresa died. If she used more of her Yomi, she would've beaten Priscilla before it was too late. I was also beginning to wonder where the heck Clare and Raku was, too. The anime somehow, shifted all on Teresa and Clare (young girl). It's also kind of short; around 15 episodes or so but it should be good until the end.

@devils-angel: Yay~I also finished Ep8 this morning and it was sad; I thought Theresa would turn out to be Clare's mentor; I'm all wrong in that sense. Its very hard to get mangas here; but I would definitely like to get a copy of Claymore. Its awesome. I think Clare sees Raku as her past where she was picked up by Theresa. And I'm also predicting that Clare is still hunting for Priscilla. I can't wait for Ep9 to be out!! This anime is too interesting. mi-chan yori~

I saw the first ep a few days ago and i like it. I have about 5ep of it right now and i can't wait to see them! Teh story looks interesting and the animation is awsome!!  |

Is it just me, or does anybody else tink that young Claire is old Claire? Because if she is, I can see why she is so screwed up, after seeing the most recent anime (#8). |
