4:36, Violetta Mansion Toru was still perusing the book. "Gargoyles... Taunt to lure into dive-bombing you. Then, grab them, throw them to the ground, and shatter with a club or similar." Toru paused. "Well, of course you shatter it. The thing's made of stone!" Someone knocked on the door. "Come in," Toru said. It was a very familiar maid. "You ordered a bowl of natto beans?" "Yes I did," Toru said. "More importantly, are you sure you should be up and moving around?" "It just so happened that we had a viable antidote in stock," the maid said. "I never should have let you talk to me in the first place." "No, you probably shouldn't have," Toru said. "Leave the bowl on the dresser, will you?" The maid left the bowl as instructed and left without another word. "Touchy," Toru said simply. He got up, got the bowl, and dug in.

-4:35, Mansion, Kazuma's Room- Kazuma took off the bandages and looked at him arm. The arm looks very much like a demons and have a faintly blue aura coming from underneath parts of the hard surface. Whispers of promise and things come from the arm directly into Kazuma's head, talk of ruling the world or killing people he knew but he always ignored them even though they sometimes give information of demons that the original owner of the arm used to belong to knew. Kazuma thinks back to when he first aquired this arm --------------------- -7 years ago- Kazuma walked home from school, everything was normal about him expect that his family kept researching about occult stuff and demons. Kazuma walks up to his house and notices the light aren't on, he walks inside "Mom? Dad? anyone home?" Kazuma walked through the house and finds his parent's study room. the room is dark and there is a strange smell in the air that made it hard to breath, he walks into the room and steps in some sticky liquid. He pulls back and find the switch, as the lights switch on he sees his parents bodies on the ground as blood poured from them and a two demons standing on oppisite sides. One looked like a armored man clad in demon hide and it was part of him and the other more beast like and razor teeth stained with blood. The armored demon looks at Kazuma and is about to say something when the beast demon sees Kazuma and attacks to try to get another prey, a searying pain courses through Kazuma's body as he falls to the ground and finds that his right arm is gone and sees the beast demon has it in his mouth. The armor clad demon attacks trying to fend off the beast but it whips its tail around striking the Demon in the chest spraying blood from the wound. The beast runs out the door annoyed that its meal got disturbed and runs away with Kazuma's arm still in its mouth. The demon is staggering from the fatal wound and looks at Kazuma. Kazuma lies on the ground holding onto the place where his arm had once been, The demon walks over to him and says something but Kazuma couldn't understand and the demon held out his right arm and a bright bluish light fills the room. Kazuma passes out and wakes up later to find that his parents are still dead and the demon is gone. He looks down at his arm to find that it wasn't his normal one but the demons arm and he felt ok. Kazuma bandaged his arm and left the house. He was going to find the beast that killed his parents and continued walking. -end- ----------------------------- Kazuma looks through the cabnet and finds some bandages he had and wraps his arm "I never found that demon but i still found this place" Kazuma smiles and walks towards his door to leave his room  |

-The Merging- 4:38 "I'm not in the mood, Dante. Haven't you learned your place yet? Or is it still your practice to show up an hour too late to save anyone? Please don't put yourself on a pedestal. I'm not even a knight anymore, and I was here before the trouble started. Keep letting your head swell, and it won't fit between the trees as you leave." Rictus turned, looking back into the forest. He knew that he shouldn't be so harsh, but his memory was still fresh. The bite in his voice was uncalled for, but Dante was being a bit more annoying than usual. "If you want to talk that way, you might want to start doing your job better than the man who quit more than a decade ago. I have a separate life now. I only visit out of affection, and you lecture me?" While Dante smirk at Rictus "Do not be so aggressive with me Rictus, Im just play with you." Dante realized that Rictus was staring at the mark in Hanna's back. He looks at Rictus and grin and looks down at Hanna's body, which he maintains. "How odd that she has indeed received the mark as well no Rictus?" Dante positions Hanna on his left hand to reveal the mark on her back, she is small so it makes it easy to handle her weight, he places his right hand and with his index finger traced the mark on the back of Hanna. " What is the mystery behind this Mark & what it has to do with the Rivehall's?" He tilts his head to the side smiling." How beautiful ... " He rises his gaze towards Rictus and throws the unconscious body of Hanna. towards him" Take Care of her well... the worst is yet to come!" He tells Rictus & the others as disappears.

RYOU MISAKI The Merging 4:40 PM As Dante left, Ryou's flood of anger had gone and he ran over to Rictus, looking at Hanna. "Hanna..." he said, tears forming in his eyes, "welcome home," he said, a smile starting to form on his face. he knew hanna was unconcious, it was the only thing he could think of saying however. he was never too good with words. He looked up at Rictus, "Can we surely take her bacl to the Mansion? At the sight of me, they'll all pull their weapons, and I'm NOT leaving Hanna's side." He was intent on styaing by her. he had just got her back and he didn't want to lose her. "I promised her when we were young I'd always protect her. I'm not one to break my promises." Ryou looked around The Merging. All was calm. "Just like that day..." he said, remembering everything. His "body" started to shine, if you can say a spirit has a body, but after twenty seconds it stopped. Ryou held up his hands amazed. "I..I can feel things...does this mean...I'm alive?!"

The Merging, 4:41pm Rictus looked mournfully at Dante as he caught Hanna. "I'm afraid you'll find out far too soon... this mark, and its meaning." Ryou hurried over, seeming quite anxious. "Can we surely take her back to the mansion? At the sight of me, they'll all pull their weapons, and I'm NOT leaving Hanna's side." Rictus shook his head. "They'll do no such thing if I tell them not to. As long as you fight for Hanna's well-being, you will be welcome in the mansion." He turned away, walking into the forest, Hanna curled against his chest. "Come along, everyone. Back to the mansion. Someone go ahead and let everyone know Hanna's condition and Ryou's new status."  |

5:00 PM, Violetta Mansion, Guest Room "Okay... Lucifer? What's that?" Toru was still reading the book. "Powers unknown, but may differ by the individual. Said to be the rightful masters of all demonkind. They stand head and shoulders above almost all other demons in the Superior class, and absolutely shouldn't be made enemies of." Toru sighed. "I'm bored." He decided to have a stroll around the mansion.

Kozo was sitting out side the club house. thinking back to those days of old. days he long forgot from his youth. FLASH BACK an 3 year old Hannah, and 6 year old Ryou and Kozo are sitting in the backyard of the mansion. Kozo: "Ryou-san, Hannah-chan, we'll always be friends, right" Ryou: "Of course we will. Won't we Hannah-chan?" Hannah: "MM!" she nodded. Ryou: "Ya, and if anyone hurts Hannah-chan I'll beat them up." Kozo: "ME TOO" Ryou: "then its a promise between men." Kozo: "what's that mean?" Ryou: "i dont know, but it sounds good." they all laugh as it fades back to the present. PRESENT DAY Kozo comes to seeing the time. 5:30pm. (he's asleep between were you guys are and this time.) "i better get something to eat before heading out." he makes his way over to a sack he brought with him. he pulls out a sandwhich and a can of juice. "itadakimasu." he stated before he took a bite and started to eat his dinner.

-Forest Towards, Manison 5:02pm- As they walked the forest the evenings is slowly turning into night,Rictus holding Hanna curled against his chest,Sleeping for momnet. The sky painted gray, the clouds slowly dropped beutyful tears of ice. It was beginning to snow, They could feel the cold air approaching. While they continued walking,Rictus feels Hanna move a little in his arms, they were snow-flackes falling on top of Hannas Black silky hair. Hanna opend her eyes slowly, but at all times kept looking down, without saying a word. Her eyes not very opend but he could see that she was consents already, a bit tired but awake.Her exprecion was not defined is as if nothing existed for her. She was quite, no even consurnd of what had Happend,her look was empty. She murmured something no one could listen, Rictus only saw white air coming out of her mouth by the cold atmosphere. As they were reaching Riverhall territory,It could be seen the entry gates,The Lower Rank Knight had repaired the minor damage that had the mansion, not to far they could see the new guards at there position. -Guard 1: Hey!, There someone coming! -Guard 2: What? Who's coming... whait i can see now is... As they could see Rictus, Miss Hanna Ryou & Nyl approching. -Guard 1: Hey there coming with that demon kid that almoust distroy the mansion! -Guard 2: What!?, Hey Sir. Rictus is holding some one?... I think is... -Guard 1: It is! is Our Mistress! They quickly hold up there guard and walk towards them, getting ready to attack Ryou as they though he was still an enemy.  |

(5:02 pm, Mansion, Hallways) "Hey! There's someone coming!" "What? Who's coming? Wait, I can see it now. It's..." "Hey, they're coming with that demon kid what almost destroyed the mansion!" "What!? Hey, Sir Rictus is holding someone... I think it's..." "It is! It is our mistress!" This yelled conversation from outside caught Toru's attention. He went to the window and looked outside. It was the first snowfall of the year, and Toru saw two people walking toward the mansion. They weren't even wearing snow boots! One of them was carrying an unconscious girl in his arms, and that girl really caught Toru's attention. Long black hair, soft yet strong physique. Her sleeping face was really cute! Toru resolved to get to know that girl better, see if she was his type. "Hey, who are those people?" Toru asked a passing maid. The maid set her laundry down for a moment and came to the window. "Them? It's... It's Rictus-sama! And Hanna-sama with him! And... I don't know the other one." "You mean the girl?" Toru asked. "No, that one's Hanna-sama," the maid replied. "I see... sorry for interrupting your work." Toru said this apologetically. "No, not at all," the maid said, and returned to the laundry. Toru looked back out the window. "Hanna, huh..." he muttered.

RYOU MISAKI Violetta Courtyard 5:03 PM They were stopped by the guards as Ryou had predicted, and Rictus told them that there would be no threat. Ryou then drew his attention to a window higher up in the building. Toru was standing there. He thought to himself, "Great...it's that punk from the school... What's he doing here?" He shot Toru a cold look, then looked back forward to be let in. He still hand't noticed hanna was awake, since he was too busy looking around for any threats. And he had found one but it wouldn;t be a problem till he was in the mansion. He whispered to Rictus, "That demon up there in the window, he attacked Night, Drakar, Sah, and Nyl. We can't trust him." Ryou was very serious about this. He had not known any idea of what Toru had been up to lately, but Tiru would not be within ten feet of Hanna as long as Ryou was around.

[Violetta Mansion, Front Porch. 5:01 PM] Dylan sat outside the doors of the Violetta Mansion, watching the first snowfall of the year. Snowflakes trickled down, and Dylan caught one on his finger, watching it melt into water. Looking behind him, he saw the new arrival, Toru, looking at the same snowfall. Dylan still couldn't believe that Dracar let him use the guest room. That room was for guests; for people who announced ahead of time that they were coming over, not for people who sneaked in and hid in the shadows, and poisoned maids at the slightest provocation. Or at least, that was the word from the house guard. I'll have to keep a close eye on this 'Toru', Dylan thought. Poisoning a maid of the household does not a good first impression make. A chorus of voices sounded from the distance, shaking Drake out of his reverie. "Hey! There's someone coming!" "What? Who's coming? Wait, I can see it now. It's..." "Hey, they're coming with that demon kid what almost destroyed the mansion!" "What!? Hey, Sir Rictus is holding someone... I think it's..." "It is! It is our mistress!" At the mention of Madam Hanna, Dylan stood up and ran towards the three figures in the distance. As he ran, he looked back at the window, seeing Toru eyeing Hanna with an odd expression on his face. ************************** [Nearby.....] "So, the pieces are set." Halphas muttered, perching on the branch of a tree. The group of crow demons at his heels croaked and flapped their wings, eager to dive into battle and feast on flesh. "Patience, my darlings," Halphas said. "We just need to wait until the other force we... erm... 'borrowed' is in position." He closed his eyes, focusing on establishing a psionic connection with a lower minion of his. Lauviah, are your troops prepared to attack? Not quite, Master Halphas, an oily voice echoed. I see. Carry on. Inform me when you are prepared. Your will is my command. There was a slight tugging in the back of Halphas' head as Lauviah severed the connection. Halphas turned his mind back to the task of commanding his troops, then spoke. "Remember, we are here to knock the Riverhalls off balance, not to fight them." He fluttered his wings a bit, smoothing over his feathers. "We just need a bit of time before our... friend musters his forces."

Is it too late to create a second character? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Violetta Mansion, Window, 5:03 pm) Toru forced his gaze away from the scene and into the branches of the trees. There were crows in the trees. Lots of crows. As the girl's unconscious form tugged at Toru's attention like a lodestone, Toru forced himself to memorize the birds' pattern... as though they even had a... Wait. They did have a pattern. They were arrayed just outside of easy visual range from the main causeway to the front door. Anyone who didn't look for them wouldn't see them. It helped that the snow obscured visibility. A military operation if ever Toru had seen one. No one casually strolling would see them, and they were in a prime position to attack anyone on the grounds. Toru got out the book. "Let's see... Morrigan, page 69. Okay, here goes." He turned from the index in the front to page 69, midway through the Lesser section. "Morrigan. Crow demons. Hunt in flocks, and are organized around a leader by means of vocal calls. Each member of the flock has its own call. Avoid fighting on their terms. Use a ranged weapon from a sniping position, or a bladed weapon with sweep tactics to disable as many as you can. Note: They have sometimes been domesticated by humans." Toru closed the book. "I'll watch them for a few days, see if they do anything suspicious. Maybe mention them to someone in charge." He turned his attention back to Hanna.

On Riverhall Territory -5:07pm- "Ah ... the first day of snow." Dante in a place not far from the territory by the Riverhalls, to be exact was a few meters from the famous club house of Kozo's, Dante smiles and looks inward and sees Kozo. "He doesn't have the slightest idea that I have come... I'm insulted Oh,Well" He turn his gaze to the entrance of the mansion. "My Miss Hanna, you are or are you lucky? You have so many people that appreciate and almost died for you and still you feel alone,poor girl." His gaze shifts of more serious moment.You're so blind you do not realize it...Silly girl!, in the middle of an upcoming war, if you knew that you are the main target those crows are not there just to stare at you; because of that mark in you're back that you didn't choose to have, Lets see what kind of heiress you can be on your own. When all you're little pawns have died out. And there's no one left to save you!. " As he smirk's and keeps watch" Check and Mate?

The guards began to fuss as the ragtag group approached, but Rictus shook his head. "She's fine, and he's clear to enter." "That demon up there in the window, he attacked Night, Drakar, Sah, and Nyl. We can't trust him." Ryou had an edge in his voice, like he would like nothing more than to snap Toru's neck. Rictus started to say something back, and then he stopped. He tilted his head up, ears and nose twitching. His eyes narrowed, and his voice lowered. "Ryou, you get to stay with her. I'd like it if you'd keep him away from her. Do NOT leave her side, and do NOT let him see her until I can meet him. If he tries anyway, you tell him I said that. If he still tries after that, I want him dead. Nothing like a rude house guest. On that note," he said, turning to the guards, "can you have a few rooms prepared? I intend to stay for a couple of days." He lowered his voice. "Put the house on alert. We're not alone. Stay calm, show no anxiety. I have two days before I absolutely have to leave. Let's hope whatever happens will happen before then." He proceeded to enter the house, making plans for later that night. I'm going to need access to the catacombs, a geomancer, an alchemist, and a few animal spirits... And one heck of a moon. |

(Hi Everyone Just Posting the †•Creature♦Cure•†: Snowfall Soundtrack =} I'm crazy! i know but... Rictus we will escorted you and Sir: Ryou inside As they reach two maid were waiting for Sir. Ryou to take him to his Room. Guard 1: Sir. Rictus they will take you to the second floor and escort you to you're respected room, as for you Lord Rictus one of the Master Rooms close to Miss Hanna's will be prepared in this instance. As maid were seen going up to the second floor with bed sheets. Guard 2: Ummm... Sir. Rictus will you like me escort Miss. Hanna to her Dormitory? As he steps a little forward and puts his arms as a cradle in front of Rictus to carry the half asleep Hanna to her room. Guard 2: If you wish, sense you will have much to do... Sir? |

(Nice sound track mistress ^^ ) -------------------- -5:08pm, mansion- Kazuma walked into the front hall where everyone was gathered around, Kazuma walked closer and saw that Hanna was in the arm's of Rictus. Kazuma froze from not being able to realize that his mistress had left the house in what condition she was and not being able to help at all. Kazuma walks up to Rictus as a Guard moves "Is she alright?" |

(@mistress: i've been wondering if it was too late to create a 2nd character myself? i was thinking of playing one of those demon kings that couldnt get along with the other mentioned awhile back.)

5:10 pm Mansion(outside) As everyone went inside Nyl stayed outside, he was going to have to make sure that Sah didn't go crazy on her hunt. "Why does she have to go on her hunts so late? I'm gonna have to sleep during class again." Nyl thought to himself as he sat on the steps of the mansion. MEANWHILE... "Ahh that nap was refreshing, now time to go on my hunt." Sah told herself as she got dressed in her demon garments(only used for hunts) "Wait, this aura I sense, it's just been awaken(yes she's talking about Hannah's Aura) I think I'll go look for that."  |

5:08 pm, Mansion, Outside Toru stepped outside. It was chilly, but he was used to that. It was snowy, but he knew he had to make do. What he wasn't used to was the fact that he felt that he had to come here. "Hey, uh... Is she going to be okay?" Toru yelled from a distance. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I got special permission to create another character, believe it or not. -First Name: Nemesis -Last Name: Amrist -Age: 2003 human years -Gender: Male -Role: Demon/Rebel -Appearance: He usually uses his human form, which is a middle-aged old man in a business suit. His true form is a wolf demon. -Ability's: Demonic: Claws: He can change his hands into claws at a moment's notice. Bite: When he's in wolf form, he can bite his opponent quickly. Other: Poker face -Bio: He was Kasdeja Zadrichter's lieutenant back when he was trying to take over the demon world. But when the Bloody-Handed Tyrant rose to power, he tried to kill Nemesis, and nearly succeeded. Nemesis was left for dead for twenty-five human years, and finally awoke with revenge on his mind. He declared himself Zadrichter's nemesis (pun intended) and created a resistance to try and unseat him. That was a hundred human years ago. While the army hasn't yet struck a decisive blow against the Resistance, neither have the Resistance made any mnajor moves. For now, they're just biding their time... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Sir, the plan is in place," said a lieutenant of the Resistance. "Good," Nemesis said. He didn't smile, he never did. He had sworn not to smile until the Tyrant was down for the count. "The bombs are ready to go?" "Yes, sir. Our scouts say that the army is just waiting for the challenge." "All right then. Mobilize our troops, and send up the flare." "Yes, sir," the lieutenant said, and left Nemesis's tent. The 'flare' was actually a burst of hellfire that was aimed straight up. It was meant to shoot down powerful aerial enemies, or in this case, act as a beacon. The general of this particular regiment of the army was a Minotaur bull demon. He had very high opinions of himself in various fields, not the least of which was honor. He believed himself to be honorable, and acted accordingly. Nemesis himself had delivered a message to him under the conditions of truce, saying that their armies would clash on just these plains. But now, the Minotaur would receive a lesson in real warfare. Concealed beneath the plains were two hundred land mines, stolen from the human world. The army would charge in because that's all they knew, and then... boom. Nemesis could hardly wait...
