Yeah, the Summer season looks kinda bland. For Spring I saw Shingeki no Kyojin, Suisei no Gargantia, Oreimo 2, Nyaruko season 2, Yahari Ore no Seishun and Hataraku Maoh-sama. I consider Maoh-sama to be the best probably.

For summer I guess I will watch less then usual. It reminds me of the Winter '112 season actually, not much to my taste.

Blood Lad, Silver Spoon, Gatchaman Crowds, Kimi no Iru Machi and Kamisama no Inai Nichiyobi will be all I am watching.

I am actually more interested in the movies which has Kaze Tachinu

Welp, theres only 3 titles that have me drops the verdict of definitely watch, which is Genshiken 2, Dangan Ronpa, and Kamisama no Inai Nichiyoubi.

Oh right...

Seeing that anime which have made the moefags cried to KyoAni, Free! I'd definitely watch that as well. I highly doubt the chance of me continuing after first episode though.

The summer 2013 anime season has officially started! So far I've seen Free and Dangan Ronpa so far, and I'm probably going to stick with both of them although Free will probably end up being my guilty pleasure of the season.

I haven't had a chance to watch Kamisama no Inai Nichiyoubi yet, but I've heard good things about it so I'll probably stick with that series. Symphogear G I've heard mixed things about, and I wasn't too thrilled with the first season so I may or may not watch it. I also haven't watched Genei wo Kakeru Taiyo yet, so that's still a maybe until I see it for myself. The only one I'm still waiting on to come out is Uchoten Kazoku.

Anyway, a very rough and basic Fall 2013 chart has come out and... So far it's not so good. It doesn't even compare to Fall 2012 remotely in my opinion, or (As of now) Fall 2011 since there will a couple of good series that aired that season as well.

Fall 2013 Chart

So far the only series that kind of interest me are Log Horizon, Coppelion, and Pupa, and all of them are maybe's in my book.

@Toyumi - Hey, there is nothing guilty about the ladies getting a bit of fanservice for a change. Nothing wrong with that.

Personally, the only one that I am going to try and watch a bit of is The Devil is a Part-Timer. I'm not sure when that came out though, so it may not be one of the 'new' series.

As for the Fall 2013 lineup, I'm still not seeing anything I would likely watch. Going by the outfit the girl is wearing in the Walkure Romanze, I was kind of hoping it might be a WWII themed/military show like Valkyria Chronicles, but the description says that it has to do with Knights or something so that isn't really my deal.

The Gundam one sounds like Custom Robo, but the character designs on the poster there don't seem to be to my liking. I may try the first episode, but I'm unsure.

@Jon - Err Jon, The Devil is a Part-Timer/Hataraku Maou-sama is already over. It was for the Spring not the Summer season. Season 2 has already been confirmed and is ready for Spring 2014.

@Toyumi - The best thing about fall? Infinite Stratos Season 2 YESSSSSSSS!

I stand by what I said about Summer, it really is bland this year. Blood Lad's art is slightly off putting but I will stick with it for now. As I expected, Kamisama Inai Nichiyobi will be a show to watch. Dangan Ronpa is a bit of a surprise that I will keep my eye on. Silver Spoon is the one I will be following the closest for this season.

Also, I found a much better and recent Fall'13 chart:

http://i4.minus.com/ibpnru1wwuvbln.jpg

Cheers everyone. It looks much better then now. I am interested in Galilei Donna, Samurai Flamenco, Magi season 2, Infinite Stratos 2, Outbreak Company, Coppelion, Walkure Romanze, Golden Time, Strike the Blood, and Blazblue Alter Memory.

@ Jon- I heard that The Devil is a Part-Timer is good, I didn't watch it but some of the anime bloggers that I follow did and they enjoyed it.

@ Roxas- That doesn't mean he still can't watch the series, the episodes will pretty much always be around.

And I guess I have the exact opposite views as you regarding the summer and fall seasons. I think this summer season is the best in the past couple of years as far as I can remember, while even with the chart you posted the fall season still looks pretty bland to me (Maybe because I'm not interested in any of the sequels that are coming out, but still a lot of the new series coming out aren't very appealing to me).

For the summer season the only one I dropped from my last post here was Symphogear G (No surprise there since I didn't like the original), and I'm sticking with Dangan Ronpa, Free!, Kamisama no Inai Nichiyoubi, Gen'ei wo Kakeru Taiyo, and Uchouten Kazoku.

For the fall season, I'm planning on (And they're all maybe's, although some more 'maybe' than others) Coppelion, Galilei Donna, Log Horizon, Pupa, Golden Time and BlazBlue Alter Memory (Although I've had bad experiences with numerous game to anime adaptions, and BlazBlue is a series that I was kind of into at one point in time so I already know the general plot and how it will turn out unless they deviate from the original). Maybe some of the others that don't have much information out might seem interesting later on (I'm looking at Samurai Flamenco), but the fall season for me is pretty much going to be a 'wait and see' event.

I'm really excited to see some other MS from the past series

Infinite Stratos Season 2
from what i read in the Light Novels ooohhhh how i can't wait!

*sigh* too bad that Miyazaki Hayao might this time be retiring but who knows maybe
he's taking a break to come up with new ideas i really love his works first
movie that I've seen was Kiki's delivery services then followed along with Castle in the Sky
then Howl's Moving castle and so forth what was everyone else's first film from him?

@ JC- From what I heard I thought that Hayao Miyazaki was retiring for good.

Here's another Fall 2013 chart with a couple more dates than the one Roxas posted including the date for the KYOUSOGIGA ANIME nskhahdklhahdlka.

I don't have much time in uni (The only anime I continued from the summer season since I got here was Free!, but instead of watching the Dangan Ronpa anime I read through a translated Let's Play of the game instead), but I'm definitely watching the Kyousogiga anime and I hope I'll be able to watch Galileo Donna as well. If I end up having time to add in a few more (Which I doubt) then I'm also really interested in Samurai Flamenco, Pupa, Kyoukai no Kanata, and Coppelion.

Also, here's a very rough Winter 2013-2014 chart, so far nothing on it looks exceptionally good yet (Except for Silver Spoon S2 if it's something you're watching).

Once again, nothing really catches my eye.

But for Pokemon X and Y, don't tell me that they are still keeping Cilan and Iris as traveling companions. Are you kidding me? Are those two really that popular? I was seriously hoping they would have dropped at least one of them and brought on somebody new. >.>

I liked this line-up better than this season's.
It seems like there's quite a lot of action type of anime in the next season (but depends how the studios executes them... as a lot of them are from light novels).

My biggest worry is Little Busters as it was done poorly the first season so I hope the Refrain won't be messed up. Com'on J.C Staff... was Sakurasou just for show?

Oh, and I found "Yuusha ni Narenakatta Ore wa Shibushibu Shuushoku o Ketsui Shimashita" is also in this line-up (Source: http://www.animeph.com/fall-2013-new-anime-season-preview-list...). I read the manga and it feels like Hataraku Maou-sama.

Might as well post this here to give this thread a bit of a bump, a Spring 2014 chart (Probably incomplete, but it has quite a few series on it already).

Spring 2014

So far I'm interested in Knights of Sidonia, Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei, Captain Earth, Nanana's Buried Treasure, Mekaku City Actors, Hitsugi no Chaika, and Black Bullet. All of them are still maybe's though, I've only judged them based on the short trailers I could find around on Youtube and the descriptions in the chart. Hitsugi no Chaika and Black Bullet are more so maybe's than the other series, while Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei and Knights of Sidonia stand out a bit more than the rest. I've heard really good things about the novel that Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei will be adapted from, while I just really like the trailer and premise for Knights of Sidonia.
