|| [Vermilion Sisterhood Compound - Underground Prison] || Zen Kaizer || As the group began to wander into the prison cells, Miranda noticed a body propped into the wall. Zen lingered around the area, looking for other clues. She quietly walk along the dark hall of the prison, the eerie silence of the prison make Zen be alert and cautious. She thought that there may be a trap in the prison considering the abrupt abandonment of it. "We should be careful, there might be an ambush. Better be careful than sorry." Zen warned, as she studied the footsteps left behind by the occupants. As she walk farther, sensing someone watching her, she decided to stop. Her keen eyes studied the surrounding. Her companions are at least few meters away from her, and they might notice if someone would attack any of them. She hold her sheath and readied for any attack but several minutes had passed and no attack came. She don't know how many of them, but one thing is for sure, they are skilled fighter or fighters. |

You make it sound like I'm going to disappear in five days or so, Jonathon. I've got until next January, I think. And yatta~ for a long, formal introduction post. ------------------------------------------- Boom. Boom. The sound of heavy bombardment, explosions. The dark, decrepit prison shook and small stones fell to the floor with every impact. The ceiling though, already had a huge gaping hole in it and one could tell all sorts of evil, vile things would fall in. Such as Tempests, armed to the teeth with weapons capable of killing tens of men in a single strike or a hail of blades that would eviscerate someone's limbs in an instant and unfortunately, everyone that was near him. It didn't know about any of that, naturally. It couldn't move. It was phasing in and out of consciousness...in pain, hunger, melancholy. Like it had been for the past few months. It fell from the sky directly into the ruins of a certain Lucine city, and they found it. They found it useless, of course. What use would the Vermillion Sisterhood have for something that wouldn't budge an inch, or speak? She was fed rarely, just enough to keep her alive, to conserve food and water in the dark hell hole they were in. They only kept her alive because she fell from the sky. Her armor. Her Avirian origin. When the first explosion blasted the daylights, or rather, hell out of the prison's roof, light, bright, burning and blinding light poured into the prison for the first time since its construction. Debris piled up under the hole, and smoke filled the prison. It would have been killed the instance the explosion hit the prison, if the cell was close enough. But luck would have none of that. The last thing it saw was shadows of...other humans. Jumping down into the hole, and talking amongst themselves. After that, she faded into the darkness of unconsciousness. Miranda noticed it lying in the corner of one of the prison cells, made her way over and knelt down, then began poking at it. Miranda always poked at things that looked out of place. When Miranda found an inlet and poured in a little bright, glowing green liquid, it stirred. It's mind stirred. It was that familiar feeling. Of a bright green liquid...Anil. Ah..., it thought. It was slowly regaining strength, energy. When Miranda began tugging at the chest armor plate, it slowly opened it's scarlet eyes. The first thing it saw, was the emblem of the Guild, on the person who was tugging at the chest armor plate. It wasn't very well-hidden after all that tugging. The enemy of the Principality of Avira, The Aigle's Gale Guild. It looked into Miranda's eyes with its own weak, half-opened scarlet eyes. Usually one would think, "Ah, you shouldn't be pulling on a girl's shirt because of what lies underneath.". But it didn't. It was lying there, so fragile. If someone flicked it on the forehead, it would probably lose consciousness instantly. It raised the oversized stake with unusual attachments on it's right arm, up to Miranda's chest. ![]() |

[Underground Prison | Arden Wingshadow] The group landed safely to the prison. Arden inspected the surrounding. It was abandoned though he felt that the occupants didn't leave this place in a long time. He looked at the supposed-to-be-dead girl slowly opening her eyes. Arden took his attention to the girl. Suddenly the girl raised an oversized stake. "Look out!" Arden tooks out his sword. As the girls tries to stab Miranda, he intercepts by attempting to block the stake with his sword. |

...! There was a loud clang of metal clashing as the tip of the Stake struck Arden's sword, deflecting it off to the side. The sword would've been shattered, but it couldn't muster the strength to thrust the Stake fast enough to shatter the sword. There wasn't any point in using one of the explosive cartridges for a sword that was deflected, it was taught. What was more pressing, was the girl tugging at her chest armor plate. It returned it's view to Miranda's eyes. "You're here...to steal the Tesla Drive...the children...unveil Avira's..." It narrowed it's eyes in lethargy, raising the Stake higher and higher until the hard, cold tip of the Stake was millimeters away from the skin of Miranda's chest. The Stake didn't move any higher. It didn't have any more strength left to move it's right arm higher. ![]() |

@Destiny - Judging by how fast posting has been moving around Gendou City lately, it will probably only feel like five days. [Vermillion Sisterhood Compound - Underground Prison] The body that Miranda had been picking at had somehow managed to come back to life and was attempting to attack her. Arden intervened just in time however, and Miranda quickly scrambled back to the entrance of the cell while holding her scythe out in a defensive manner. "She. . . she came back to life?! What is that stuff, zombie juice?" Miranda looked down and noticed that the center of her chest was bleeding very slightly and one of her bandages had been ripped. She first pointed her scythe at the girl, but then had it disappear as she removed a strip of cloth from her pocket and began to wrap it back around to replace the damaged one. "And don't go pointing that weapon at me. I have enough scars as it is, the last thing I want is for you to ruin the last two parts of me that haven't been cut up or stabbed yet." Her scythe returned and she proceeded to point it at the girl once more. "So you better watch it. I brought you back to life, so I can always put you back in the grave if I have to. . . at least, I think I can. I'm not entirely sure of what's going on with that to be honest." |

@Destiny - you can always faint of hunger or something and remain unconcious until you return :) [Underground Prison] Ryuu observed the events without iterfering. He believed his companions were strong enough to restrain a half-dead girl without his help. He was keeping an eye on surroundings, in order to avoid falling into surprise attack, as most of others got completely distracted by that prisoner. As he did however, he was thinking of an explanation for a corpse becoming suddenly alive. As he usually discarded any possibilities of resurrection, he could only find a single explanation. Ryuu: Life-support system. I assume that armor is more than it looks. I'm not sure if armor kept her alive or not, but I think that potion worked as a charge for it. And that thing had enough energy to wake her up. His further phrase was directed to a now-awakened prisoner. Ryuu: I'm not sure what happened to you, but I clearly see that you're a prisoner here. We're here to FREE the prisoners, or at least so I understood from that old man's explanation. So if you still value your life, as well as lives of Avrian children, I suggest you cooperate. |

Nyahaha Massacre Town, two years. Two years of the army. I doubt someone could faint from hunger for that long :P Unconscious, more likely. I'll let time and how the RP progresses, decide. Let's have some Kyon-ish monologues for now~ ------------------------- It listened to the clear, human voices. Something that it had not heard in a long time. It panted, lowering the Stake. Silently processing what the human voices had told her. So...they aren't...the enemy...? But the emblem of the Guild...did something happen in the last few months...? Did they lie to Avira or maybe they're now friends...?, it thought to itself. It looked up at the bunch of people, none of them really paying attention. "...", was the only thing that escaped from it's lips. What...do I do? The children...prisoners...old man...cooperate? Old man...Elder? Standard operating protocols indicate that more data be gathered before executing independent action...course of action confirmed. It let out a slow breath, getting a feel of it's body again. Left arm...shield, Stake, both legs, okay...right arm...slight exhaustion. It slowly tried to get up. Require more Anil to move..., it pondered. Analysis of situation recommends utilizing Tesla Drive for mobility until more Anil can be obtained for natural body movement. Straining it's limbs while clutching the stone cold walls to straighten up, it lifted a feet to step forward. A loud boom resounded through the prison. The stone slab under it's foot was prominently cratered. Ah..., it thought to itself. "Tesla Drive..." The rear of the armor sputtered once. "...maximum output!" Then, a blast of green particles drowned the prison. It was bathed in the green particles, silent. An emerald green light illuminated the shadowy prison, unveiling skeletons, rats, cobwebs and all that was associated with grim places. It felt lighter now, and looked up at the group of humans. "...follow...you." Slowly shifting it's gaze to Miranda, it opened it's lips and spoke again: ![]() |

[Liel Vanguard] [Vermillion Sisterhood Compound - Underground Prison] The group arrived at an underground prison of Lucine origin, after Malvinder explained, following by a lengthy speech by Ryuu about the possibility of the prison's layout and interrogating enemies. Miranda ignored the long-winded speech, and starting to wander around the cells, looking for clues. Zen and Liel soon follow suit. Liel explored the prison in the opposite direction of Zen's, after noticing that Miranda is approaching a figure who was positioned at the wall. Silence filled the area, as Liel slowly advances through the cells. "So... quiet." She said to herself, cautiously. Then, a loud clang echoed in the air, and Liel quickly turned at Miranda's location. A distraught Miranda pointed her scythe at a heavily-armored girl, at the entrance of the cell that Miranda was in, threatening to end the girl's life if she tries to attack again. Ryuu, after witnessing the event, said that the very liquid Miranda poured inside the armored girl's suit, replenished her energy and later, he reasoned with the prisoner. What happens next was rather... astonishing. The armored prisoner soon clutched the walls with both of her hands, while lifting one of her legs to move forward. The result? She made a crater on the ground. Her lips muttered, before a blast of green particles illuminated the vicinity of the prison. Liel was awed by the sight, while wondering how did it happened. Soon, the prisoner looked at the group. "...follow...you." And she apologized to Miranda for what she did earlier. "Wow... I..." Liel was speechless, looking at the armored girl. The outstanding intro by the extraordinary Avirian was soon cut short, as footsteps were heard. "We got company..." ![]() ![]() |

[Malvinder Leonheart][Vermilion Sisterhood Compound - Underground Prison] Malvin simply raised his eyebrow at the antics of Miranda and the so called 'zombie juice'. As the armour seemed to power up, and request to join them, he overheard footsteps coming their way. 'Someone is coming, and they don't seemed that surprise or panicked. That's interesting...' Liel: "We got company..." He subtly shifted his stance and spoke softly but it was enough for his comrades to hear him, Malvin: "As Vanguard stated, we indeed have company. They are quite cocky it seems to move so relaxingly. All of you, decide now! Split up and search or stick and push? We are running out of time. Our hosts might even start to move some of the prisoners while we are wasting time here!" ![]() |

OOC: Sorry, to be honest I forgot I was involved in this RP. . . I’m very sorry! Xenkar | Falling towards Vermillion Sisterhood Compound One by one, the others jumped off the ship and plummeted down towards the ground and into the large hole created by the cannon. With Miranda as the last person jumping off the ship, Xenkar sighed and stood near the ledge and took a deep breath. He placed his hand over his head and saluted at the old man in a military fashion right before he tipped over the ledge. The sound of wind rushing past his ears grew louder. As the others were fortunate to make it through the hole unharmed, Xenkar was immediately struck by a magic beam from below that threw him off course, far from the hole and towards a solid thick wall. This was the perfect time for him to test the strength of his magic; it would also decide whether he was strong enough to live as an adventurer. In the response of death, he immediately formed an arrowhead shaped barrier with twenty great swords as he plummeted towards the wall. [Vermillion Sisterhood Compound - Barracks] Within seconds of impact, the barrier of swords pierced through the wall without any resistance. His barrier smashed through several walls of the complex and he encounters numerous of alerted soldiers. Alarms are suddenly raised and the mass concentration of troops focused at Xenkar’s location. Edit: sorry my mistake on the fortress part. Xenkar pulled out a small rock and placed it near his head and spoke quietly to Liel, whom hopefully had her stone with her. “Hello? Anyways, I hope you’ve got your stone with you, because I’m standing in the middle of a hundred soldiers, so. . . Please finish quickly, I’ll get their attention, not that I had a choice.†Xenkar reached for his pocket and pulled out a strange mask and quickly wore it. A slightly visible curtain of transparent swords formed a barrier around his body and two weapons formed in his hands (a dagger in his left and a strange sword in his right) as he stood ready for battle. Several soldiers begin charging at him at once from the crowd of hundred. |

There was a...fortress? ---------------------------- ..., was the only thought in it's mind, when the sound of footsteps started bouncing off the cold, stone slab walls, into the ears of the invaders, prison breakers, bunch of people here on a noble mission. It listened to the person speaking softly, about moving out. Splitting or sticking. No data on current location...separating in an unknown location has a high risk of individuals and small groups being neutralized by ambushes, traps and losing sense of direction in this labyrinth...lack of means to communicate poses a challenge to coordination of future actions. Optimal course of action would be to remain near these...people..., it thought to itself. However the individuals may have other plans on hand...await for their decision before moving out." Blinking once, it took a few steps forward closer to the others, gently assimilating itself into the group of people. Watching silently, it awaited for a decision to be made. ![]() |

Wait what? Fortress? [Arden Wingshadow | Underground Prison] Arden was surprised seeing his sword were deflected. It was thrown away. He looked at the girl. ". . ." Arden then looked at his sword. "Wh---" Arden then looked back at the girl. "What in the..." He was really surprised that a physically fit guy like him got his sword deflected by a girl in an armor that supposed to be dead. He then picks up the sword. He inspected it. He then looked back at the girl in awe. "How did she got her powers... She got the sword bent!" Arden could hear footsteps coming from a direction. He throws away the sword that is useless now and then arms the axe. "I'll say we fight them..." Said as he took his battle stance. |

Finally someone woke up. [Underground Prison] Ryuu already had his weapon ready, so he didn't need to prepare for combat. However, he was relaxed until Malvin mentioned possibility of enemy moving the children. Ryuu didn't rush, as he was sure they could hold their ground, and enemy will eventually run out of soldiers, after that leaving them a chance to easily explore the prison. However, as a warrior he didn't even consider a possibility of winning through retreating, even on enemy side. Ryuu: I guess we have to hurry. Hurry enough not to wait for enemy to come here. As, judging from the footsteps, someone rushed towards them from the darkness of a tunnel, while the party was standing still, so their location wasn't certain for those rushing ones, so the situation was a perfect for setting an ambush. Ryuu made a step towards a stone wall, and ran his spike into it and some impact occured there. The next moment he pointed that spike towards the darkness of the tunnel. On that spike there was a large piece of stone impaled, something that he just teared out of the wall. As he finished aiming, the stake made another impulse, shooting the impaled stone into the darkness with a speed of an average arrow, if not faster. In a few moments, screams of someone crushed by that rock resounded in the the tunnel. Ryuu: Not much of an ambush, but well. We can always conceal our numbers. Really, that's why you have to provide a decent lighting, even at prisons. Saying that, he dashed in the same direction he fired that rock. (Well, simplifying the explanation, Ryuu can fire anything impaled on the stake of his Requiem.) |

Sorry I'm late getting back. @Frozen - It's alright. Things haven't really been moving that fast. Also, all the characters are in the underground area of the prison. The Avirian ship is bombarding the compound above ground. You can stay up there though, but I don't think there will be a whole lot going on for the time being. [Vermillion Sisterhood Compound - Underground Prison] Miranda still wasn't too pleased with the stranger, but she had to shake it off for the time being. She took one last look down to make sure the bandage was secure and then made her way over to where the group had gathered. Someone approached them, but they were quickly taken care of by the others. "Okay, so they know we're inside the place. I guess we should get some clues as to where we should start. Hey, metal maiden, you wouldn't happen to know where we could find some kids would you?" [Vermillion Sisterhood Compound - Underground Meeting Room] "How are we doing?" One of the masked women turned and bowed slightly to Jillian after receiving a report from one of her subordinates. "It will take a little longer before we can move the children. It seems that they have the belief that they are going to be rescued and are doing everything possible to slow things down." Jillian was scratching at her head and getting incredibly irritated by the slow progress. "They're children! Avirian children! Do I have to do every damn thing myself!" The woman shrunk away a little as Jillian burst out in anger. "What do you plan to do?" "I'm just going to bite the little urchins and paralyze them. That should slow them down enough for you simpletons to finish the job. I honestly don't know why I even bother training any of you sometimes." |

Ooh, metal maiden~ I'll try something...different with this post. ------------------- It was standing there, silent. Watching a male toss a stone slab into the darkness and the tingling scream of a human. It just watched in silence, while the Tesla Drive silently spewed out its green particles, softly illuminating the area around it. It slowly turned to look at the girl that fed her Anil, she was speaking. It took a step, cratering a stone slab under it's feet, and another, then another. It took a good ten seconds, until it reached the opposite wall. It moved slow, very slowly. It closed it's scarlet red eyes, put the side of her helmet to the wall, listening. "..." There were many things capable of neutralizing vibrations and sounds, it knew that much. Taking a few steps away from the group of people, it leaned against a wall, one that looked newer, cleaner and firmer than the rest of the decrepit prison. Running it's armored, gloved hands over the wall slowly, feeling for the familiar signature of something. It looked around, to make sure there wasn't anyone near it. Clenching it's fist, it raised it's arm with the Revolving Stake under it, to a stance akin to stabbing someone, something. Utilizing the full power of her right arm to drive the Stake into the stone slab, the Stake penetrated deep into stone slab, pieces of stones falling off and the stone slab, cracked. One explosive cartridge should... ![]() A smokescreen formed. Chunks of fist-sized stones flew out from the smokescreen. Stones that wanted to hurt people. However the chunks of stones were deflected, bounced off or broke up into smaller pieces when they struck it's armor. Green fragments of the magical barrier showered it harmlessly, landing on the ground and starting to fade. The smokescreen quickly dissipated - a pile of rubble, debris and a huge gaping hole in the wall. It unclenched it's fist slowly, to point inside the hole. Two visibly frightened children were cowering together under a blanket, far, far away from the hole in the wall where they were not affected by the Stake's explosive entrance. It opened it's mouth to speak, but nothing came out. It took a short breath. ![]() |

[Liel Vanguard] [Vermillion Sisterhood Compound - Underground Prison] Malvinder shifted into his offensive stance. "As Vanguard stated, we indeed have company. They are quite cocky it seems to move so relaxingly. All of you, decide now! Split up and search or stick and push? We are running out of time. Our hosts might even start to move some of the prisoners while we are wasting time here!" "I'll say we fight them..." Arden replied afterwards. Liel covers the rear flank of the party, while Ryuu approaches the prison wall, tearing out a large piece of stone, before shooting it into the tunnel covered in darkness ahead of them. Screams echoed afterwards. "Huh, such power..." Liel was impressed. Then Miranda asked the armored girl about the whereabouts of remaining Avirian children. With that, she moved towards to the opposite wall slowly, before listening to the wall for any clues. Later, the Avirian moved away from the group and arrived to a wall which looked newer than the rest of the prison walls. After making sure that nobody is around her, the armored girl blasted the wall to bits with her weapon. The result? 2 frightened children were found inside, away from the very hole that the Avirian has made. "I...maybe...the...children are separated around...prison. Magical barriers...could indicate the special...to hold important...subjects. This is only...one of the possibilities, and it...could be...wrong..." "If that's the case, then we better get moving, fast." Liel answered. Before they can move on, another group of enemies approaching to their current location. "Get them!" The leader of the group shouted before they charge towards at the party. "Oh great... this is just..." Liel blocked a strike with her sword before continuing. "Great!" ![]() ![]() |

(It seems it ended up with me defeating the whole squad. I didn't plan to, but oh well. I'll assume that the group my character was fighting consisted of three enemies, with one being crushed by the rock, one impaled on Requiem's stake(He's wearing it on right hand) and shot into the wall and final one's head being torn off with Ryuu's left hand. Including surprise attack, that fight should only take several seconds) [Underground Prison] As the group found two children, Ryuu's voice could be heard from the darkness, along with his footsteps, indicating that he's returning. Ryuu: Come to think of it, did anyone confirm how many children there are? About the same time that a new group of enemies appeared, Ryuu returned to the bright spot. His Requiem's stake was covered in blood and in his left hand he was holding a severed head of someone who appeared to be a member of those assassins they met earlier. As he noticed the new group, he lightly tossed a head he was holding into that group. By a reflex, one of them grabbed the thrown object and started looking on it, without fully understanding yet, WHAT was thrown. Ryuu however, now ignored that group and stood next to the children, guarding them. (Ryuu sometimes does brutal things, like tearing off enemy heads, turning enemies into a formless heap of meat and such. A form of a psychological warfare to reduce enemy morale) |

[Malvinder Leonheart][Vermilion Sisterhood Compound - Underground Prison] As the group started to move through the prison, they found two children and they were attacked again with Ryuu primarily fighting. During this time, Malvin slipped away from the team unnoticed due to the action going around. He had a nasty hunch and ran down an adjoining stairway further downwards. 'Something is very very wrong here. They are not bothering much about the prisoners on this level. The best conclusion is that there must be more prisoners on the lower level and those have a larger priority for them.' Any enemy that he met on the way was either swiftly dealt with by his blade or tricked with an illusion from Meikyo Shusui. 'I better move alone. If I am wrong at least the overall fighting power of the team above would not have decreased much by my absence.' He finally reached what seemed to be the lowest floor and found himself in a room with just one exit. Running through he was surprised to enter a large hall of sorts which had light coming from the ceiling. Artificial light of sorts probably powered by magic. Inside, he found something quite disturbing. Several children dressed in rags were crying and whimpering on the floor ahead of him. The reason was quite clear a second later as his eyes landed on non other then Jillian. Before he could blink she bit a little girl that was struggling in her arms making the child go limp. She then grabbed another girl who was crying and begging for mercy. "Stop struggling you, brat! It'll be over soon." Malvin was often a calm person but this was too much. He immediately ran across the hall and jumped up drawing his sword. As he brought it down on her, Jillian pushed the child away and turned with her bladed graves, and barely manged to block him. She must have head him running but it did not matter. He planned to stop her here and now! He applied pressure of his sword further driving her down and spoke coldly, Malvin: "Lucine Royal Guard Captain, Malvinder Leonheart. You are called Jillian, correct?" Malvin gave her a second to reply before delivering a vicious kick to her side sending her flying. She landed as a cat would, spitting and snarling at him. Malvin used his hand to urge the girl to go to the other children, he did not need anyone to get caught in the way of this. He then lifted his sword, snapped open another one to hold two of them in his hands and stood at the ready while trying to glare a hole through Jillian's skull. Malvin: "Normally, I would arrest you, but I hate people who harm children. Not to mention I owe you payback for what you did to my friend back in Usha. Now...I'm here to repay that debt. Allow me to show you what happens when you anger a sleeping demon!" He charged right for her intending on taking her head if he could. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OOC: Just got permission from John. @Massacre - Well Liel was fighting one of them as of Emiya's last post. @Everyone - I'm going to speed things up in my next post. I know that things are moving rather slowly at the moment, but I'm working on it. Just having a bit of writer's block at the moment. [Vermilion Sisterhood Compound - Underground Prison] Miranda was a little disturbed by Ryuu's apparent bloodlust, but shook it off rather quickly as she noticed the children. She passed by Liel who was busy with one of the attackers and offhandedly asked her if she needed assistance. "You want some help, or would you rather handle it on your own? I wouldn't want to butt in unless asked to." Her scythe disappeared from her hand, but she made no attempt to attack the person just yet. The children were understandably frightened, but were nonetheless able to speak calmly. "Thank you. You got to hurry though, everyone else is being hunted down by the spider lady. She's trying to take us away again. I saw Number 8 went that way." The child pointed down one of the halls, but few members of the rag-tag group seemed to be paying attention. |

Will you kill me if I said, "Take your time."? ------------------------------------------------ "...I saw Number 8 went that way.", it heard one of the children say. Number 8...as a...designation...? I was...given a designation similarly...ATX-007-03C 'Excellen'..., lost in thoughts while watching the ex-Imeldan guardswoman parry strikes from the new group of enemies. Multiple engagements, but none of the green-masked people were deployed...where are they? Are these people attacking us mercenaries, like those which Avira employs? It turned towards the hall which the child pointed at. Direction specified. But leaving the children behind poses high risk of re-abduction. No means of removing the children from this battlespace. If only the Navy was here...even a transport or trade airship...if Alt Eisen's transponder is activated, an airship might pick up the signal... Not shortly after taking three steps in the direction the child pointed, a hail of crossbow bolts speared out of the darkness, lighted up by the Tesla Drive's pale green illumination of the dark prison. Some of the crossbow bolts struck while it was unprepared, but were deflected. One of the near-miss crossbow bolts severed several strands of it's hair, continued flying until it struck the shield of the ex-Imeldan guardswoman and bounced off. It switched to a defensive stance to deflect crossbow bolts aimed at it, harmlessly to the sides. Before it could move however, a pale green-masked woman jumped out of the darkness and pinned it in its defensive stance, pushing it's right arm to it's chest. Right arm, Stake, unable to...! The masked woman then thrust her free arm, wielding a magically-infused blade with a strong intention of killing, at it's head. Tactical error...! Should have engaged transponder before moving...! Intercepting the masked woman's arm with it's own left arm, the blade stopped short centimeters from ending it's life. "We kept you alive, yet this is how you repay us, little Avirian girl! You're not taking a single step here, even if it costs me!" The masked woman muttered, with her blade slowly inching closer and closer. It was slowly running out of strength. ![]() |
