Rolo killed Shirley because she was a threat to Rolo ne? Not a big one...but a threat nonetheless in Rolo's eyes since she talked bringing Nunnally back...just one little mention of Nunnally and Shirley was killed for it. T^T Sad and unexpected twist in R2. I was waiting for one...but I didn't know it'd be this extreme >o< I've never liked Rolo too much (he has a case of brother complex though I felt bad for him when Lelouch was all like, "I'll use him [Rolo] and wring him dry like a towel!! Mwahahahaha!" >:D or something like that in the beginning of R2) Rolo went a bit too far here...even though I don't like Shirley that much either ^o^' Loved the new opening by FLOW (anything by FLOW is good) >w< And Sayoko was awesome in this episode. XD |

yah I agree with danchou... somehow the last part was very intruiging... eventhough it looks like that rolo killed shirley still there's no evidence after all aside from the looks in his eyes. But furthermore I think this is another twist-up event in Code Geass xP I think its better to expect more of this scene.... |

The wound was pretty nasty, and they showed a clip of it, too. I wonder what Rolo used if he did do it. =w= ------- |
Re: Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2

Look carefully and you'll see that the wound on Shirley is actually form a gunshot. So maybe Rolo Geassed her, took the gun(which was in her hands), shoot her and place it back.

Okay, so now we know Rolo killed Shirley... The funeral was sad. Lelouch was so pissed off, he was going to sacrifice Rolo during battle, but at a ironic turn of events, Cornelia appeared to help destroy V.V., who got away. This leads to the final scene where we see Charles, one of Lelouch's mortal enemies! There's still so many things going on at once. Since Cornelia was never after Zero/Lelouch, but V.V., does that mean she'll be on Zero's side now? It was pretty reckless to destroy the innocent people found in that area where V.V. was hiding. Though those kids with Geass were really freaky. A lot of losses in this episode for C.C. and Rolo. I felt it was wrong to kill them since they were just innocent people. Then there's the suspicion that Ohgi is a traitor along with Viletta (her true mission?). It's still hard to get over the fact that Shirley is gone, at least for me. o( _ _ )o A pretty exciting episode though. Zero without the costume this time, woah~! ------- |
Re: Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2

lelouch is acting irrationally once again, killing nearly defenseless researchers simply because geass killed Shirley. What irony that he is a geass user himself....If Lelouch go down this path, he is no better than Suzaku or the Emperor...In fact, we really don't know if the Emperor is actually "evil" or not. We don't know his plans. Next episode we'll learn more about Charles.... |
Re: Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2
|
@devils-angel If you recall back in Code Geass season 1, Ohgi would never betray the Black Knights for they (almost) have the same motive. @wakka9ca Well, justice or evil merely depending on one's state of mind and their belives. Therefore, Lelouch belive that his actions are justice and the emperor, who is opposing him, is evil.

wow! Genocide! o.O This event kind of reminded me of Euphie mass murdering lots of innocent people. Anyway, Lelouch has lost it... Get a grip of yourself Lelouch! Everything is now messed up.... I have a strong feeling that the Order is gonna break down from this. And what's with Suzaku?! argh! Don't use Refrain on Kallen! o.O Next episode might be more interesting since they only showed a still picture as a preview for next week. There might be lots of revelations. |

[@Uryuu] I might remember something like that, not sure. :P The more I listen to the tv sized version of WORLD END, the more I'm starting to like it. Suzaku needs to like, back off. I was hoping he would've slipped and fell off of the panel he was standing on. Tch... ------- |

Jesus christ what an episode. Following up on Ich's spoiler, so be warned. Of course Charles's power would overthrow Lelouch's simple Geass to the curb, but who would've guessed of THAT great power over Geass!? It's a shame C.C. lost her memories, Kallen's still captured, Nunally's being suspicious, once again it's all problems that aren't helping out Zero/Lelouch. A normal human being would've committed suicide with all the pain and suffering he's been through already. Next episode seems like Zero will go on the offensive again. Suzaku's... ugh, I hate him so much. How dare he uses force on Kallen! I doubt Charles would die so easily there. I mean that area makes him an immortal basically (since Lelouch shot him several times). *sigh* This episode is just another stress factor for Lelouch. I hope something very positive happens soon for him cause it's been one bad thing after another. Death of Shirley... Kallen's kidnapping... Charles encounter... C.C. loosing her memories... And now Suzaku is trying to find Lelouch face-to-face, though he was one step ahead of him by using Geass on the Agency members. ------- |

Code Geass is one hell of an anime! There's seldomly an anime which is so nerve wracking every single episode. Unexpected turns of events one after another. I hope C.C. will get her memories back one day..... As for Suzaku, I think he's a nice guy in his heart. His goal was to bring peace to Nippon, but he went astray on that. He just got too fixed on capturing Lulu/Zero. Just like Lulu once almost forgot about his reason to fight: Nunnaly And now again he's losing his way to his new raison d'être: Create a peacful world so that they can be happy together at Ashford Academy. Guided by his wrath over Shirley's death he just flattened the Geass research lab. But those twist are making this anime so thrilling. |

[@Jansuke] Chigau, baka! Different anime. XD I hope he finds his way soon cause I want something positive to happen next. Everything's that happened lately has been against him in the end. I have to admit though, that Geass reflection mirror thing was COOL! A failed attempt though, but that was so awesome. ------- |

I agree Lelouch needs some more positive aspects in his life. He is losing every single girl in his life: Nunnaly, Kallen, Milly, Shirley, and now even C.C. I also feel sympathy for C.C for being so conflicted between her original desire to end her immortality and her feelings for Lelouch. Kallen slapping Suzaku was the highlight of the episode for me! He finally got what was coming to him, although it wasn't nearly enough to what he really deserves. And here I thought Shirley's last words to him about forgiveness would spark something in him. I forgot how thick Suzaku's skull is........ |

Suzaku really needs to burn and rot in hell...(sorry suzaku fans! personal opinion!) This whole last part kinda threw me off this time tho... so then what exactly is the role of the person with the geass that lives on for eternity? and, seemingly C.C. has lost it now, which means...Lelouch has it? (i.e. lulu cant be killed now?) as a side note, that scene with C.C. naked and with both eyes with geass was sexy. *drools* I want it as a wallpaper....
