hello bleach fan!!...mind if share my opinion? yachiru?hmm me to!!....anyway i wanna see to how though yami the espada 0..abarai and the other sure gonna has though time there...but is he really that strong?...kido and swords?the only one i see can fight using both till now is only aizen and byakuya...aizen..i wonder how really strong he was...but what i really wait for is the bleach game where all character can unleashes bankai...XDD...but must wait till the stories reveal them first... |

Shuuhei's Shikai is elite, no doubt. It'll be interesting if he does have some skills, though I wouldn't be surprised if his is just a pure melee type like a few others. Perhaps he has something, though. As for Yachiru, I agree I wanna see more from her. She's in Hueco Mundo now, but if those other Captains and Vice-Captains join in the fight against Yammy, maybe we can see something from her. And Yeah, I doubt Shuuhei has a Bankai, but it would still be Epic, haha. Oh and to touch again on his Shikai, he may have some special effect that he hasn't yet shown, like you said with Kira. It'd be awesome for him to maybe have like a effect that makes his Shikai more physically powerful or maybe can allow him to unleash a special attack at a certain time. |

They haven't even shown anything in the manga yet since they switched over the Karakura Town. Like, I forget who's fighting Yammy, like, Renji?? Kira's the only Shinigami that has an effect with his Zanpakuto. Everyone else has abilities, which is different. He's one of the elite Lts, but nowhere near Captain level yet. I mean, Ikkaku has bankai (which is forbidden), and he's only a third seat. We've seen Kenpachi already, and nothing on Yachiru, which only proves she's probably the most strongest. There's no way it's some troll, cause a small bit of her reiatsu was released during the Kenpachi/Ichigo fight during SSC.

Yammy is apparently faced with Rukia, Renji, and Chad -- but an actual fight hasn't been shown. Just him releasing and being that giant with them at his feet, looking like little pesky ants compared to him. >_>; And a few Zanpakuto have abilities, and I'm pretty sure that like Hanatarou's is an effect, since he can only use an attack after his blade takes enough damage -- and then it's all released in a beam. No doubt though, Kira is pretty elite. And it's not forbiddden for Ikkaku to have Bankai; He just hides the fact he has it because he doesn't want to leave Squad 11. If Yamamoto found out, he'd make Ikkaku a Captain to fill an open slot. Ikkaku doesn't want to leave his Squad 11 family. And Yeah -- I'm sure Yachiru is pretty hardcore, no matter her looks ~ |

Yeah, ugh, I get confused with the manga and the anime. In fact, episode 226 was the last (before the fillers), and the Espada didn't even change yet. Ugh, I re-watched some of it yesterday and still bummed how they had to censor some of Hallibel's mask. D: And yeah, Hanatarou's is an effect. And yeah, you're right. I know that was brought up in the series, I forget with what though. I always thought it was with him. Yamamoto's a pretty tight stiff, he'd refuse Ikkaku's refusal to leave. He's strong, but I can never see him as Captain, especially in his current position (his Bankai doesn't compare to others).

As far as Ikkaku goes, I think he could make a good Captain if he wasn't afraid to use his full power -- and if he was a Captain, he would have no reason to hide his full power. Right now he rarely uses his full power because he doesn't want to be picked for a Captain, but I think if he grew alittle stronger and maybe showed his Bankai had another ability, he'd be a top-level guy. And yeah, the anime and manga can get a little confusing back and forth over time, since there are a few things one does that the other doesn't. And Jack, I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say that.. o_O; |

Speaking of spoilers, it seems Hachi figures out Barragan's weakness, but Barragan is easily able to break Hachi's barrier.  |

[@shuyin] Well Ikkaku's only a bad455 because we know what he's capable and we see him in the actual bankai. He gave some advice to Renji who later obtained it way back during the SSC (apparently). There's a test that you take to become a new Captain, you don't really get cross-promoted (at least I don't think), then again since Yamamoto is in charge of Gotei 13 duties and Central 46, he'd make it happen without any work... Plus, I don't Kenpachi would agree to letting him ago (unless he doesn't really care and would rather spar for fun). He wouldn't really fit in with the other squads, but I can definitely see him with a Captains haori for sure. Speaking of Hachi, his mask is so awesome. :O  ...and Mashiro's body is so tight. Love it. D:<

I could see Ikkaku as Captain of the 9th with Shuuhei as his Vice-Captain, but I can't see him actually becoming the Captain there. As far as the Exam goes, Yamamoto could force Ikkaku into a Captain's spot or to take the exam if he found out about his Bankai. I don't think he will find out before Bleach is over, though. We'll just have to see. And speaking of Vizard, I think all their masks are pretty awesome. I can't wait to see them possibly use some Cero v. The Cero of Espada, and I also hope they maybe use Shikai to help further augment their powers. MASHIROOOOO KIIIIIIIIIIIICK! :D |

If Ikkaku becomes a Captain, I don't think any of the three squad's Lieutenants would fit him well. Hisagi, Kira, and Momo are the ones, but I somehow see Momo best to be his Captain (odd match up for sure). But Yachiru probably hides her powers indefinitely because she'd probably impress more than Ikkaku's bankai! I know the current arc has huge potential to finally show her powers (possibilities), but I just can never see Ikkaku leaving Kenpachi's squad. Him and Yumichika, are very loyal to him, and if Ikkaku became Captain, he'd want no one but Yumichika as his Lieutenant, for sure... Read the latest chapter... introductions are gone, and some of the fights have began. Hisagi has been in three battles (including the one he'll be in with Tousen). He's getting a ton of air time, but I don't want him fighting Tousen. It's the Vizards time now, I want to see them in action, but wow, DEATH CANNOT DIE! Barragon seems literally uneatable, and Stark must be able to put a stamp on his presence since he outranks him, let alone Yammy!!! Felt good reading this after reading new Naruto (a lot of discussions right now).

Lol Yeah, Ikkaku would porbably never leave the 11th or his friends behind -- but he of course could if he wanted ~ Yachiru may be able to do something big this arc, but I have a feeling Kubo wouldn't let Yachiru get her "spotlight" until it happens in the manga and people consider it Canon. And these fights so far are looking awesome, and I love the interaction between Toshiro and Hiyori -- because of that, sooooo mnay of my friends are shipping them as a couple now u-u;... And Yeah, Shuuhei is getting alot of airtime -- it was almost demanded by Bleach fans that had wanted to see him in real action for so long. What was most surprising though, is Mashiro is just owning -everything- in her path, hahaha. As for Mr. Death over there, if not even Hachi could contain him, the ONLY person I see being able to beat him is Orihime. Her powers would be exactlly what was needed to counter and to beat him, so it may be her that has to do it. This is the Vizards time, though, and I'm loving all of it *~* |

Yeah, but I think Ikkaku wouldn't be able to live up as a Captain. There are so many duties you have to fulfill, including annoying paper work, and we know by now he's one lazy guy who drinks with Iba. :D But compared to other Captains, I don't think he'd be compatible in terms of strength. Yeah he has bankai, but overall he needs time to grow stronger. The only time I saw him as a leader was when he used his bankai in the second movie. I HATE if he would do that, that's so unfair! To Yachiru fans LIKE ME! D: Why put something else in the manga at a LATER time when you have new stuff in the manga and anime separately...? I'd laugh if she just tags along Ken-chan's back like usual, lol. I forgot to mention that Hyori and Hitsugaya confrontation. Definitely hear that "nan ya" from her during that moment, for sure in the anime (later on). lol, why is he always stuck with the kids? And HE babysits Matsumoto! XD The first fight he had in the bag once he revealed his shikai, then when he tag teamed with Kira and totally got owned, that should've been the last (until he recovered to stand), and now he wants to take on a former Captain of the Gotei 13, lol. He has some stamina, that's for sure. Orihime vs. Barragon? How would she leave Hueco Mundo? lol, she almost got killed by Ulquiorra, now you want her to face Death itself? XD Barragon, thus far has proven to be unbeatable, then again Kyouraku is still taking forever to unleash bankai! >_<;;

Lol, I wasn't feeling well for a couple days and still no more responses in here, eh? Guess we are the only ones keeping it going, Rofl. Yeah, Ikkaku wouldn't be able to fufill alot of those duties unless he went through a major character development that changed him. He would also need to improve his strength, like you said, since his Bankai is sorda "incomplete", like Toshiro's. It's a Bankai for sure, just not at it's full potential. As for Yachiru, I would like to see her do something -- but also, she may just tag along with Kenpachi, rofl. And the whole Toshiro-Hiyori thing was really cool, to the point I think Kubo sticks him with Kids because he himself is really a kid but he acts more like an aged adult, so it's Ironic. And Yeah, Shuuhei has always been implied as one of the stronger Vice-Captains, so perhaps that's a big reason he's got the stamina. And I think it may boil down to Ichigo and Company being freed before the final three espada are taken out; and Orihime could use her ability to sorda turn back time and whatnot with her 'healing', and maybe reverse the process of death onto Barragan rather then him using it on others. |

(I'm used to it just being me and someone else, so who cares) I can see Ikkaku as Captain, in the grand future. Opposite of the Pendulum Arc. I think he has what, one move with his bankai, or it's just a nasty physical attack, but it's just at a low level, though with strength, will make your bankai more "complete" (if there's such a thing as a "complete" bankai). That's the whole Hitsugaya character, which makes him one of the most popular ever (by fact). Is that the depth of Barragon's ability? He didn't actually die, and become 'death' (like dead soul), he literally took the form of what is known as death himself, but can her healing abilities reverse his released form? That'd be a pretty confusing turn-around. We can't tell how they'll escape, and with Yammy there, they gotta take care of him first. But like I said before, they haven't shown ANYTHING from that surprising transformation since Ichigo won his fight. Doesn't seem like any of these Espada are going down anytime soon, since there's going to be a bit more talking with some of the fights now. With all Hisagi's doing, he better have some ability with his shikai or better yet, develop a bankai right on the spot.

@ Ichimaru — I hadn't seen anything about that myself; I figured Shunsui was just taking his time, or perhaps never got a chance to bring it out before he got attacked. @ DA — Rofl, fell ill again and still not much, guess it's just the way this anime forum likes to run, haha. But anyway, Hasagi best do something -- or else he'll just be in the way for the fights, letting his stubborness outweigh his knowledge and skill in battle. He wants Tousen, but that may spell his doom. Also it seems Mr. Death got punked by Soifon and Hachi pulling a mean combo on him to trap him and launch that attack; we find out this week what that did. I thought it was pretty crazy what Hachi did, too -- He started swinging around Kido after Kido I had NEVER heard of or even thought about. I mean, I know he's awesome with Kido, but think about this -- He's only the VICE CAPTAIN OF THE KIDO CORPS. Tessai was the Captain, and even though we have seen him use powerful kido, His skill must be beyond anything we thought if Hachi is down here pulling powerful Kido out of thin air... Btw, Toshiro is like my favorite bleach character, so I get what you mean ~ Also, I won't be able to talk the Bleach anime for a bit cause My internet went down while I was sick, and I'm back on handy-dandy dial-up for abit. |

Sorry to hear dude. Is your health okay overall? Hope you get better. I admire his courage, but he needs to step aside. Tousen may be one of the most self-contradicting characters ever in Bleach, but he's no push over. Remember now, he's a former Captain, but he also knows bankai. Unless Hisagi actually has a trick up his sleeve (for some reason I feel his does), Tousen's bankai will take him out (that shadow room is kind of cool). I remember way back when Komamura and Tousen tried to double team Kenpachi. They just got owned, especially Tousen. But Hisagi is no Kenpachi, so that move will be a lot more devastating, but we'll see. He nearly took out Shinji, so I'll give him some credibility for that anyways. Freaking Hachi, that's SOME KIDOU maneuvering, holy S***!! lol, Soifon's eternal hatred against Urahara. XD When she made that face, it reminded me of the Pendulum Arc where Yoruichi suspected she had a secret crush for him. Hahahaha. That move looked insane with that box combo (lol, sounds tasty), but I doubt it did much. I think his ability to avoid damage was broken down way to quickly, but who knows. He's only been unbeatable 'til that combo move, so we'll see. Tessai showed a glimpse of his power when he took on Aizen with Urahara. I wouldn't be surprised with what he could (or used to) dish out, but I still would be since it would be too awesome NOT to be surprised. You could still read the manga, but it'll take like half a minute to load one page, lol.

Like over half an hour total. u-u; As for Hisagi, he either has something up his sleve or he is destined to get owned in the fight and have to be saved. I would think though, he wouldn't get owned after getting all this screen time. LOL @ Soifon's face she had, and even though she ended up wanting Urahra sealed in a barrier for a week and claims to hate him, she may actually have a crush on him. I wouldn't be too surprised. I also think the whole Kenpachi owning them fight may have been alittle much, because at that time I have a feeling they weren't fighting at full power -- or at least the level of power reached and shown now. And Yeah, we'll find out what happened to Barragan. I doubt he met his demise so quickly, but it may have at least done SOMETHING to him. |
