i thought this thread was asking about the anime history, because the answer would be astroboy. i've found that out when i wrote a papr about japanese animations. nonetheless, the very first japanese animation i'd watched was "candy, candy"? i think i forgot the title, it's about "a girl, a pretty girl, with ribbons on her hair"  |

Princess Mononoke got me addicted to anime. Also that was one of Miyazaki's best works. Nausicaa was pretty good.

First anime - Negima. First manga - Love Hina. I love Ken Akamatsu's work. It's brilliance, and it's so well drawn. *aspires to someday draw manga like him* ... *continues practicing realism in the meantime* ^^;; |

Anime : Voltron and Getter Robo. I saw it in the national television when I was about... 5 or 6? Manga : Doraemon. My very first manga. Actually my very first comic book was like Superman, Batman and Donald Duck. ^_^ Hentai : Kabuto and Gundam. It has a morally-destructive seen that I happened to watch (Suzaku and Sayla/Arthesia). Damn, I was only a little kid T_T . Why did it happened?

Eh... I think my first would be Pokémon or Sailormoon XD I just happen to see them when I was 9 or 10. And there wasn't really the big selection for anime that time, and where i live ^^'    |

I want to say Sailor Moon, but I know it's not true. S I'm going to go with these because I don't really remember which one came first. I just remember I was very young. Akira or Ninja Scroll. Then, later on, it was Angel Cop. I was so young watching those violent movies...rock on!

It has to be either doraemon,sailormoon or pokemon but I think it doraemon becouse I only started to watched the other two at a later time  |
