@DA Wrong lol I'm asian, I have curly hair... can't get it to straighten without some type of hard work involving straightener and/or water and hairdryer lol. depends on whether you want compliments or just the "eh" look really. I try my best to look my best, i dun like to half@$$ it anyways. Maybe get a bigger sized hat or something, to have it fit over your hairstlye. Lol... iunno, I'm not one for hats... |

The whole walkin up to random girls thing just aint my style at all... @L: I play the drums and trust me i guess i can C why your dad wont want one in the house xD and right now im on the hunt 4 different types of rock music so i can see if i can get some thing new @DA: lol the g phase is one style i would NEVER get into xD because its what almost everyone here in Boston is into. [@L] lol, what's your ethnicity? I guess maybe asians in general or certain types of asians? XD The hat is like a winter hat, it's not a fitted hat or a sports team or anything like those cap hats. I guess I'll wear the hat sometimes, but gel may hair everyday I don't wear the hat. I don't plan on wearing it often actually, I tried it on and before with the longer hair, it felt like I had more room to work with, but if I have a faux mohawked styled up, it'd be difficult to wear the hat for sure. D: [@Kira (Boa)] Yeah, that phase was just a "trend", though when I moved I quickly adapted into what I truly am. XD Not to sound offensive or anything, but I think the "G" style should be kept to true G's. Where I grew up, everyone is G so it's pretty much like you just fused in. Like when I see asian girls on TV who are "G" and act black, I'm like "nooo~!" and break into tears, haha. Out here where I live now, everything is more mixed up and there's more "variety" anyways. I'm like my own style though, a more asian-pop/rock/punk-music style.

@DA I'm like ASIAN. I'm Chinese through and through, although I've been mistaken for Korean and Japanese before... I think it's that eyelids thing, where chinese people useually have the layered eyelids whereas Koreans and Japanese don't. I don't. Besides that, and the fact I have curly hair for some odd reason, I'm full Chinese. I remember I wore a hat once, and I found it easiest to style ur hair to be smooth and stuff. since that type of style stays whether the hat is on or off. I used that hairstyle when I was forced by my friends to join my school's carolling group and had to wear a top hat... @Kazuma Different types of rock music? Hm... Since you already listen to GazettE and Dir en Grey, why not try Maximum the Hormone or Moi Dix Mois? the last one is very... hm... gothic sounding.. but that is because Mana mixes rock with classical and makes it blend well. Nightmare is ok i guess, but you should check out Girugamesh. Some of this stuff is the same type i guess, but totally different styles. Ooo Porno Graffitti is another different type. Yes, their name sucks, but it's worth listening to I guess XD. I still want a drum set... I don't have a backround beat for any of my music until I do. Meaning, until I get a drum set, I can only write ballads... there are only so many ballads a person can write before going insane. |

@DA~ lol If you do it enough. You get use to it. I have never had any problems cutting my own hair. I always cut my own hair, if I forgot to ask my mother to do it. lol lol You have a mother and daughter fighting over your hair! XD Me and my family are not that close. More than half the time I am being told to shut up. T.T I definitely want a girl, who is into her looks but not too into it. Intelligence and personality is a must too. lol I think I am asking for too much! XD What kind of girl are you looking for? I have no physical attrativeness either. Plus, me stuffing my face. I think its more a turn off. XD @L~ Then I am assuming that coplay you did took a while to get your hair straight? O_O I know it takes a while to get curly hair to go straight. *and I have straight hair* I do wonder what I would look like with curly hair though. o.o @Kira~ I can never just walk up to a random girl and just start talking. [@L] How curly is it? Is it from sleep perhaps, like instead of hat hair, sleep hair? I got that a lot so I always rinse my hair in the morning before getting dressed for school. I might not gel it until I get the Gatsby, so I might just use plain water (it actually looks nice but only for a short period of time obviously). Returning back to school is going to be rough, and not doing the swoosh like I normally did with longer hair and bangs. Btw, where did you order your Gatsby from? [@GM] Yeah I always wanted to try it, but scared I'd mess up too badly to be able to fix. And yeah, like I have a friend and her mom either works or owns a Salon, I forget, but she works in it anyways regardless, and my friend doesn't want her mom cutting my hair. Her mom always wants to cut my hair cause I'm actually a good friend of her mom and she always like feeling my hair. My friend does the same thing, too, like I'm some dog or something. Like, if I'm over at her house just relaxing, watching TV or something, I'll sit on the floor where she's sitting on the couch behind me or something like that rubbing my hair. But yeah, I never found out why she has a thing with her mom cutting my hair. If you describe our relation (me and my friend), we're like brother and sister... who flirt a lot (Japanese anime brother and sister). XD Okay, like my family is from anther country, and they're fully asian (and proud, btw!). And for examle, when my uncles got married, they simply jut went to Vietnam (where they're from, I'm Viet, btw), and when they came back here (America) they were married. Like one of my uncles already had a kid and like, they found their wives fast. And here's what I think about marriage and stuff. I think the younger you are with a person, it'll take longer to figure out marriage, as compared to someone who's say, 25-30+, it'll be quicker to find out their "one true love". You can go out with a person for six years at a mid-teen age compared to an older, more mature and knowledgeable person for merely six years and figure out, "hey, I wanna marry you". Now this is not always true, but something I seemed to notice. Though young couples can go out for six years, and that could be equivalent to an older couple going out for six months, so who knows. I mentioned how close you were to your family because if you're really like your family members, you can be like your dad and uncles, etc. and visit you country of region and find a typical [whatever your ethnicity is] girl. Though Asian Americans can marry a white girl, haha. Parents are so uptight with who you marry, I know mine are... well my mom sometimes. If you're honest with who you want in life, that's fine. I know once you meet someone, it'll hit you in all ways possible so good luck with you for that. As for me, what kind of girl do I want in life you ask? Hmm, let's see. Some basics, and I'm honest, btw, I want a pretty simple, good tender loving girl, relating in ethnicity. I've said this before, and I'm so going to end up with an asian girl in life, it's just gonna happen, haha. Anyways, she'll know how to cook (my mom asks me who will cook food for her when she gets old, and I'm like "my future wife"). XD Like people are like, what do you prefer, looks or personality, and honestly I say both, but I say that because it's going to be a fact. Like... it's hard to explain without sounding like some picky jerk... :/ To make it easier, if you know me, it's pretty typical what kind of girl I'd want, lol. We should hang out sometime if you're ever in PA. That'd be cool. ^_~` Stuffing your face not cute to girls? Well why the heck not? :O

That's great L... go announce yourself as the lead for the Rumba project in the Karaoke club thread~~ The rest is up to you to decide. Jukebox (I sure hope I got the name correct cause I can't seem to find anything about it online...) is like DDR but you play with your hands instead of your feet. Is a 4x4=16buttons game. I'll try to go find more about it and share it here when I go back the next time to the arcade to see it... Hahah! Well... I'm sure DA is one of the few guys (if not the only) whom I've heard that girls approached them when they are stuffing food in their faces... the conclusion... DA is a girls magnet~~~ Sadly... unlike DA, engel though having asian hair as well... has hard to manage messy curls... I haven't even manage to find a stylist who can deal with my hair without asking me to go do "rebonding". Unlike L... I guess I'm not purely Chinese... there's probably a non Chinese somewhere down in the blood line... Hmm... think I recall my dad saying something about being from a caniverious tribe in Sarawak... and I love hats!! Being "a loner" in school can have lotsa problems like how people will stare at you or treat you like an untouchables or something... they may even gang up to make fun of you just because they think is funny... But they'll know that engel is not funny when the joke gets too far. Basically I'm just the sort who just mind my own business and thus I was categorise as an anti-social... oh well... But there are many things one can lose out... like friends, a good "childhood/schoolhood" (which is something you can never buy back once lost), maybe a girlfriend or 2, experience to handle different people with different characters in different situations and such. Well Kira... do try to enjoy your school time... get to know more people and let more people know you, enjoy the time you are spending in school cause there won't be much left, laugh more and learn to be happy... if not, you mught grow up to be a grumpy old hag like me... >.< Me too DN... I got lost too but the way to get around it is... read from your last post.... TT__TT I couldn't finish reading everyone's msg so I'll leave you guys with a song I just completed... @DA~ It does seem you are pretty close to this girl and her family. lol And it does make you seem like a house pet for them. XD With age does come wisdom. But, I have seen it sometime not work out really well. About my family, not that close at all. half in the U.S and half in Taiwan. We never call each other. And the only person in the family that visits back and forth is my grandmother. Plus, even the ones in the U.S we don't regularly visit each other. My aunt and cousin lives like 20 min. away, and we rarely go visit them. My grandmother did say she wanted to find me a girl in Taiwan though. o.o;; lol I turned it down! XD About a girl. It is very hard to not sound like a picky person. I don't believe there is anything wrong with that. Each person is hoping for certain qualities in another person. Its only natural. lol If I ever head to PA we should hang out? That sounds like a cool plan, but I need money and a job first. XD Oh, and about stuffing the face with food? It seems to have worked for you. It definitely WON'T work for me. lol I don't look good/cute stuffing my face. >,< @Onii-chan~ The transfering schools in 3 days and back was easy. My family moved to like in a new school zone. So I had to transfer schools for easy access. But in 2 days I didn't like the school already. So after the 3rd day, they transfered me back to my old school. lol Thing is that it was a 30 min. drive to school EVERDAY. XD lol Trust me onii-chan!! Girls LOVE chibis in the U.S! [@Kira] Well yeah, for girls though remember. And after at least a few months of talking. You kind of "feel it", or just picture her in your head, kind of like "imagery" in books and novels, haha. Use your imagination. Sometimes it's not that accurate, but I'd honestly say it's pretty cute, then at times [rarely], I'm completely off... way off, haha. :P Yeah like say you're with some buddies who wanna get girl's phone numbers and whatnot, and you're all at the mall doing it. Since the mall is an obvious place to accomplish this, with success or not, haha (depending on how active your mall is anyways, but it's a "mall", and girls love 'em so you're bound to find some at least). You're the only one in your group not really willing to be on the same boat as them, they just dragged you along. You eventually get tired and in this case, like myself, get hungry and stop for a break and some food, haha. My one friend actually paid for some stuff cause he was like "you're not having fun are you", well one you guys dragged me here and I don't really "pick up chicks", it's not my style really. So I was following them in the background while eating and eventually they found some girls and try for success, lol. I find an open seat somewhere and sit down, relax, and yeah, I STUFF MAH FACE! >:P For some reason, the girls just noticed me sitting there all innocent looking and just come over, some of 'em anyways. I forget how many girls there were that day but yeah, they're cute and actually fun to talk to. I don't talk to all of them currently now, some's moved away or are busy to talk, etc., but whenever we talk and for some of them, we still talk daily anyways, that's going to be a fun memory on how we met. And usually for me, I ALWAYS forget how I met a friend, online, in person, anywhere, it always happen unless it's really special (like with my cousin, my mistletoe buddy, etc.). ^_~` [@DN] Instead of postingm you should read all the posts then reply with a reply, haha. Hey, I do this all the time. Imagine doing this for more than one thread at times, or more lately compared to over a longer time period. XD I'm nowhere close to a "girl magnet", my eyes are maybe cause if I see a pretty or cute or really hot girl near by or something, yeah I'm going to "take a look". :P What program did you use for your song, Audacity? There are better programs that you could use to change it, if you wanna be more technical, but if you adjusted the volume of the vocals a bit, it'd be more "official", but it's nice. I hate seeing people record around me cause I might sign more than them but they actually record, haha. I'm currently into "CROSS GAME" from Alice Nine. They're another band whom I can sing songs with. [@GM] Omg d00d, they love me, haha. Her dad treats me like a brother and her mom is sometimes in love with me, haha. Her sister hated me before I met her, that I don't know why as well, every time it's brought up in a conversation, everyone's like tuned in deeply, and she's just like "...ummm?" We're not that close, cause when I met my friend, she was like done with college already and moving around a lot. Even today, I've only see her a total of like, three times, and she's always about to leave by the time I come over or something, so yeah. We did have one nice conversation before, but it was still short and our relationship overall is probably like, "acquaintances". I actually forget her name, lol, but everyone else in the family I call like my own family, 'cept her dad, I say "bro". They have a dog, who I love, too, it's one of those really energetic dogs that loves to play. It tackles me every time it sees me. It's funny if you ever see me, I like talk to it and have like real conversations with it. XD lol, Vietnam has some really amazing model like girls, like... seriously. O.o` I'd have to prep up on my Vietnamese though, cause it's really weak. I'd be like, an American to them, roflol~~ About being picky, yeah it seems that ways, with how it's read, but if you go out with someone and describe her, it'd be the same virtually, so yeah. A few minutes ago, my dad wanted to find out directions to the college I'm hoping to get into. He seems to know it, but omfg I so hope I go there cause the surrounding place is kind of like, Japan or something, you have all these markets, but it seems like a busy place cause there's a lot of other universities around. Chinatown is near by and another place we go to eat Vietnamese food is just further, and my dad knows that way very well and it's actually further than my college and he says he knows how to get there. He mentioned how the high way is dangerous and when I said "I'd be fine, relax", he said "no, you'll die", I'm like "geez, thanks pops". lol, if not stuff your face, maybe buy a girl a nice meal or something. Girls love that. (:

@DA there is a store here that sells Gatsby. It's called Mitsuwa. That, and I got my first Gastby actually in Tokyo, after seeing it worked online, I went to Tokyo to find it and ask for opinions lol My hair isn't like curly curly, but more wavy curly. It's wavy, but too wavy to be wavy, but not curly enough to be curly... so it turns out to be a mess. I straighten it often now tho. @Engel ic... that sounds fun! and can I help you re-record that song? You sounded awesome and the song sounds so fun to do! I wanna sing the guy part! @Gmeis lol... you have no idea... thank god I began to learn how to straighten my hair in layers. It's much easier now. But for that cosplay, I had like what, 4 girls at my house that day trying to help me with everything? o.O *shudders at the time and effort it took* I also cut some of my bangs to make it look uneven like Kaname's hair lol. Didn't look too bad afterwards either. |

@DA~ Hmm.. It seems you are a part of their family. It sounds great that you and this girl and her family are so close. Though her sister, its probably due to her not getting to know you as much as the others. I had a friend like that before, but hes away at college. So I never head over to his house anymore. Whenever he gets back, he never tells me anymore. Plus, he is usually too busy with his girlfriend from highschool when he comes back. I stopped going there about a few months ago. It was right after me and his cousin had a huge argument. We have 2 dogs in my house. One belongs to my sister and the other belongs to my mother's boyfriend's daughter. Both of them are extremely lazy and only like to eat and sleep. Its no fun with either dog. No fetch or roll over. Its just SIT and throw them food. =_= The only languages I know how to speak are Mandarin, English, and some Spanish. If I decide to go to Vietnam, I will practically be screwed. lol A college in a China town area sounds like fun. XD I would totally go for it. But knowing me, I would be more into looking at the cusines than me being into the studies. >,< Sometimes though, the highway is safer. I see more accidents on the regular roads than the highway. o.o;; I would totally buy a nice girl a meal. o.~ But I don't meet any here. lol @DN~ I have trouble keeping up too. ;_; But like Engel said, I go check things out from my last post. >.< @L~ I see... [@L] Isn't Gatsby there like, five dollars? I paid nearly 3 times as much when I ordered today (shipping and handling was rough). I won't get it 'til at least next Monday or Tuesday, so this entire week, no styling. Lame. D: [@GM] Yeah, but eventually we might drift even farther apart, especially if her dad works in New York. I think she's going there for college or something, but they might have two houses or something like that, since they have a lot of family scattered around their area of my state. She has a grandfather, who has a friend who one time was like referring me as a Japanese (WWII), lol. First time I met him or so, I was like "oh, wtf!?" Haha well, if I decide to try to get a true blooded Vietnamese girl, I'd go there after I prep up on certain stuff, haha. For you, go to China. Largest population on the world... might be able to find that 'one' right one. XD Actually, China has some amazing models, I've seen pics and magazines, etc. In reality, I maybe know... five Chinese girls, roughly, that's it. Not sure if I still talk to one, people these days come in at times almost randomly and it's confusing, haha. My one friend who's half Chinese and I think Japanese (or Korean), she's pretty awesome though, though sometimes she does not act anything asian at all. I'm in too deep to back off, I have to try to get accept, plus the application cost 50$. Refunds!? A lady actually called me today, but wtf they have like no e-mail system... I actually tried calling her back, but that did not work at all. One time it said try again later and one time, I think I got through, some different sounding lady answered, and asked what I needed, but from the answering machine I could hardly decipher the name clearly so I went downstairs to hear it again, and by the time I replied back with some sort of answer, the lady hung up on me, wtf! They have like, one e-mail, but that's for some director of the staff admission, I want to just e-mail the lady who friggin' called me. She even said "you can contact me directly at...", but wtf didn't she answer... jesus, this is why I hate talking on the phone. Wtf. On another note, the thread is soon reaching it's final posts.
