Way...i see many great picts.... Here's another pict vaectorized from the same pict (remember my pict with som many face on it)  I know it isn't perfect cause i still learn how to do vector graphic in photoshop. But someday, i'll vectoring a full body pict, just wait, hehehe..... @Without you Woooooo....*bow to without you* i admire you..... @yobo Nice pict and nice effect...err..girl's eyes is staring at me...hey ! stop staring girl ! @mr.mushroom: welcome, i love your drawing! i agree, a scanner is so useful for me as well. @without you: thanks for sharing your drawing techniques! wowo, the paper towel must have been a great discovery. i hate getting my fingers dirty. i will definitly try one day. @roq: thank you! i visited yours as well! it was great to see your work history. theyre are all so high quality!!!!  ich: the title is called "future girl". trying to pracise futuristic stuffs. dont take it serious, but if we dont yet have an idea of the story, this could be the base for our experimental (practise) story for our manga..... but yeah, sorting out the staffs is more important now, but just to give you an idea ;) *sorry shes a little creepy |

Angel pic, though all your images are nice because you're a kick455 artist. Instead of bunnies, you could've added With... or, at least one With since he is a rabbit I think, but no worries. XD Sweet drawing. Without You:: Another non-anime picture that's pretty god. Was this done in pencil or charcoal? How big is it in your house anyways? It looks huge here, though it's on a computer. @Yobo: That was drawn from a photograph. It was a photograph of my wife. I used pencil and charcoal for this one. The smoothness of the skin is gotten by, believe or not, smudging using paper towel. I stopped smudging with fingers when i discovered paper towel. It is a far more superior surface for smoothing and smudging. But excessive use of this technique will make your drawing homogenous. I used layering to create different levels of shadow. And for the highlight on the hair, I use the soft eraser (the ones that you can reshape into any shape you want, like clay) to take away some of the shades. @Izumo: Your light line style is just as good. I have to be careful using hard lead like 6H because I have the tendency to start drawing shades with 6H and ending permanently, indenting the paper because the lead is so hard. Anyway, thanks for all the wonderful compliment. Now back to drawing anime. ^___^  |

ITS BLOODY AMAZING!!!! you already mastered this style of drawing 13 years ago?? it must be a piece of cake to do now. what did you use to draw? i mean the tone on her skin is soooooooo smooth (natural) that i thought you used photoshop. btw, whos the model? did you draw from a real model or from a photo? @izumo: pic1 never seen the series either, but the layout and effects youve chosen are so good. the flowers (at the back) and the bunny rabbits really warms your heart ^^ pic2 great choice of posing! it looks so cool. the quality of your illustrations always high. @ich: you showed her motion really well with the details on mamori neechans hair. are you working on with any new drawings now? @imppy: tablet debut!!! congratulations! its really well drawn trust me. i especially like the choice of brush you used for the frame. it suits well with the style of NARUTO world. hope you get used to the tablet soon. can i ask you what makes it difficult? AND THANKS AGAIN WITH THE TUTORIAL!!!!!!! i read through quickly, and it was exactly what i wanted!!!!! you are truely wise on photoshop (and finding tutorials). |

@ Ben I'm with pappy on this one.....O_O!!!!! Damn! that is one fine looking portrait!!! So she's the special lady in your life eh?!!! congrats!!! to the both of you.....& YES that work of art deserves to be framed & hung!!! Absolutely gorgeous in more ways than one!!!! Now that is what i call skill!!! I pay you that's for sure!!! About your question....i use to use mechanical pencils but after 2004 i started using graphite pencils with hardness of 2H - 6H. I got use to drawing very lightly when i do sketches...makes it easier to erase when need be. When i'm satisfied with the sketch i would darken the lines using mostly 2H pencils. Occasionally if there is alot of detail i would use a fineliner.... I tend not to use soft/darker pencil leads since it tends to smudge quite often...even when i used mechanical pencils the smudging often gets on my nerves....i feel it ruins the pic. That is why i'm so impressed with you & Ich-san cause you make your drawings so awesome using tools i don't really like using like pen/charcoal....etc.  |

I expect nothing less from a pro like you. It must have taken you a long time to complete these two pics. Great Job. It is a pleasure to see it. I know you use very light pencils for your drawing with Mechanical pencil. Maybe you can try darker pencil. What is your thought on that? @ichvon: great drawing! I love the hair detail. Very nice. I think the breast area look a little odd compared to the size of the head but that could just be me. Great job. @Imppy: Very nice first tablet drawing. I can see area where you might have difficulty controlling the brush. Blending strokes is the biggest complaint I have with the mouse. I think you have done a great even with the tablet the first try. Do you have a Wacom tablet? I am thinking about getting one of those. @Mio: I think you posted all those pics in the previous thread already. And yes, they are big for those whose are speed challenged. Now here is a non-anime style drawing I did a long time ago, almost 13 years ago. The subject is, well, the love of my life, of course. ^__^ This pic is framed and hung permanently in our house.  |

Sorry i wanted to post earlier but my internet connection again has died on me...so i'm using my laptop though the connection is a little weak but good enough. @ Ich-san that is one of the most impressive pics i've seen in a long time! So much detail! so much sense of POWER & force! the use of the motion lines really make the pic stand out on its own!!!! So awesome!!!! In all honesty this was really difficult since i never saw the series before so i used a reference pic for it. It was a cool & cute pic & it was easier to do if i left Daisuke in the pic. Of course i added the bg, the rabbits & changed the expression of Daisuke to the pic. So i take NO credit for the main pic.....it was really difficult. I apologize its not an Izumo original....if i seen the series before maybe i would have hadd a better idea. 2 versions (regular & thumbnailed)  @ Ken Here is your pic of Train from Black Cat....again used a reference for the pic...mainly the pic in the background. The other pic i used a pose from another character (Vash from Trigun) but changed it into Train. Worked on it all day today after my morning shift at work....got home & finished it off. 2 versions (regular & thumbnailed)  Enjoy!...it was fun doing it! |

@MIO your pic is toooo BIIIIGG....use height for refining the size of your pic..well anywayz i love your pic 1 ^^ shes really cute! @GC a plain eraser would do the trick ok then ill teach you: MATERIALS: Ruler Eraser PROCEDURES: 1. first make a drawing...then concentrate at the light source... 2. After deciding the light source, make a point at the center of the light... 3. Then through that point, align the ruler then just slide down the eraser. *NOTE: make sure that the light would not erase everything OK? ^^*
