@eureka: im looking forward seeing your new pics @ich: i love rahxephon!! in the anime, it was a painting, but it really works with a charcoal! you could replace your drawing with the one in the anime lol @izumo: amazing! the bground of ilya & berserker is just so perfect. i usually dont try drawing bgrounds after drawing a main subject that ive done well, because im afraid to ruin the pic by making shitty mistakes after.... i really want to learn interior/architechture drawings to practise it.. |

Hey y'all! I just finished my new pic! It's from God of War 2, featuring Kratos fending off some baddies!   Enjoy! Please offer any comment or advice for improvement! Now then, @Without You, how elegant! Pic 1: That's a beautiful girl there! Her cute pose is fantastic and I especially adore the detail of the entire thing. Quite impressive, the charcoal medium suits ya well! @Ichvon, excellent! You're an awesome new artist! Pic 1: I remember this exact scene and it's a pleasure to see it redone so lovingly! Charcoal is beautiful for images like these! Very serene! Pic 2: Wow, I love everything about this one! Shimuka is beautiful and looks so cute there, excellent! Your style is incredible! Pic 3: This is one of the coolest poses ever! Ringo never looked more...alive! Very stylish and cool job here! Every bit of it is perfectly done! I recommend a Deviant Art profile for you! @Imppy, I can tell! Naruto's a pretty addictive series filled tons of cool characters! I'd love to see a Bleach or Death Note series in the near future, but you're the maestro, anything's cool to see! @Izumo, WELCOME BACK MAN! I've been dying to see more Izumo-style artistic delights! Pic 1: Whoa! What an awesome contrast between cutely dangerous and monstrously powerful! Every little detail is top-notch and I love the shading style terribly much! Even the tiny detail in the background is impressive! Pic 2: *nosebleed* j/k Very sexy pic! Rin looks great, and just proves your complete mastery of the female anime form! Pic 2: This pic looks incredibly stylized! The guys looks very cool gathered together and the shading really accentuates every aspect of the piece! Detail is fantastic as well! @yobo: Very nice sketch. I can't wait to see the finish good. I hope you didn't chop off her knees though. :) @ichvon: Nice drawing. It is a refreshing perspective. The legs looked a little dislocated. :) Nice charcoal drawing. It is simple but the message is beautiful. As to my style, all I can tell you is try drawing with smudging and identify contrast in your drawing. By that I mean blur versus clear, dark versus light, thick lines vesus thin, etc. @Eureka: I think your drawing is great. Excellent layout on the characters. Very good use on the black and white contrast. I love the unique style that comes through. I think you have a career ahead of you. Keep drawing. @izumo: Very well done. I love all the detail. Post more! @Roq: Thanks for the comment. I really love your drawing. Very original. I love the intense action depicted. I think you and Eureka have a career ahead of you. :) Great job everyone. Thanks for your compliments everyone. @Ich: By the look from your drawing, you're pretty skilled... very skilled. I see that you're a fan of Air Gear. I prefered your drawing on Simca the best. Hope to see more of your work next time. Colouring my drawing... hmmm... didn't I once did that long time ago and posted it at 'You Draw Anime?' 2nd thread? @without you:...... actually i did chop off her knees.... i always do this, like the whole body never fits inside the paper.... its because im too careless. i have this habit of drawing from a face in the centre of a sheet. and theres no background again  |

@yobo: Great job coloring. I really like the color variation on the hair. How was that done? Do you layer it? Is it water color or is it some other medium? One thing I would suggest is a little more shadow around the nose and the neck. As it is now it look kind of flat. It could be monitor not showing the right color. |

Wow everybody!! Great new images! Props to Roq for his GoW picture, and Yobo for swicked drawings and colouring!!! I am working on a whole bunch of new arts, so I will hurry with those (while taking my time?) and post them here. ^^ Thanks everybody for comments on my pictures.... Didn't think they'd be actually likable..... whatevs! |

The drawing's in pencil, but since I suck at coloring I use photoshop for that. Maybe the kitty can make you smile too?   |
