Aww...Pame!!! *_* It's tonight already, in fact, it's, like, 3 in the morning in Cali and there's no results. :D So I'm guessing tonight, really means 4 days? Since the last time you said "tomorrow" or "tonight", the results came out 4 days later. Lawls, j/k. Holidays are busy, busy, busy. |

RESULTS: PLEASE VOTE FOR ONLY ONE PERSON THAT DID NOT MAKE IT. THANKS! BENNY: Hitomi vs Rubysakura Winner: Hitomi Luigi vs Shioyee Winner: Luigi Lucy vs Eeriechan Winner: Lucy PAME Hitomi vs Rubysakura Both had very different styles. While Hitomi opted for a nice ballad that was nice, Rubysakura picked something more aggressive, and it got my attention. WINNER: RUBYSAKURA Luigi vs Shioyee A duel of winners...very difficult. I love Luigi's voice, but some of the high notes sounded a bit too forced. Now, I also adore Shioyee. She has this quality to her voice that I really enjoy listening to. Her technique was spot on. Although I would have prefer something more challenging from her, I still believe she succedeed. WINNER: SHIOYEE Shikamachu vs Naz Umm...difficult choice. After listening to both entries I think I'll go with Shikamachu. WINNER: SHIKAMACHU JOSH Lucy vs Eeriechan Winner: Lucy Both performances were quite nice. Eerie displayed a great deal of power and energy, but Lucy's performance displayed an inspiring amount of passion and vocal skill. Luigi vs. Shiyoee: Winner: Luigi ~ Sounds to me like Luigi just pulled out all of the stops on this one. He shows off a great deal of range and emotion in his performance. Shiyoee's performance is very nice, but perhaps a bit too simple for a deathmatch. Shikamachu vs. Naz: Winner: Naz ~ Good lord~! I think that, of the entire round, these two were the best. Honest shame that they were put up against each other. This one honestly came down to pure personal opinion. When it comes down to it, I'd rather listen to Naz's performance than Shikamachu. Both, again, are great~ CHARLOTTE Hitomi vs RubySakura RubySakura has an amazing Japanese sound but she was really off key a few times through the songs. Hitomi put forth a really strong performance, in my opinion. Winner: Hitomi Lucy vs eERIechan As always, Lucy's voice is just so pretty. I really love her. I really felt that eERIchan put a lot of emotion into this song and her low, sultry tone really won me over. These were both great. Winner: eERIchan Luigi vs Shioyee Wow. This one made it really difficult to pick a winner. Both were really well done, but I think Shiyoee's was just a little bit stronger. Winner: Shioyee JOSE Hitomi vs. Rubysakura Winner: Hitomi Comments: Although Rubysakura's dramatic interpretation was unique and remarkably well done, Hitomi's stood out as heartfelt and down-to-earth, with a warm and inviting sound. Luigi vs. Shioyee Winner: Luigi Comments: Although Shioyee's song choice shows off her range and expression, Luigi's choice - a slow, soft ballad - is taken advantage of entirely, with incredible depth of feeling and excellent technical accomplishment. Shikamachu vs. Naz Winner: Naz Comments: Shikamachu's light and energetic performance is fun to listen to! Naz, however, is crisp, soulful, silky, and almost haunting. TRACI 1. Rubysakura vs Hitomi---Hitomi 2. Eeriechan vs Lucy--- Can I vote a tie??? XD Lucy 3. Shikamachu vs Naz---Ugh this is so hard!!! Can this be a tie too? If not I pick SHIKAMACHU but man they were both sooo good! BUBSTERELLA Eeriechan vs Lucy Winner: Lucy Luigi vs Shioyee Winner: Luigi Shikamachu vs Naz Winner: Shikamachu EVE Hitomi VS Rubysakura Winner: Rubysakura Comment: I am picking Rubysakura. Hitomi has a good tremolo but was a little pitchy on the higher notes. Rubysakura has more presence in her voice, but the reverb was distracting from the vocals. Lucy VS Eeriechan Winner: Lucy Comment: This was difficult, but I pick Lucy. Eventhough, Eeriechan has more presence and gave a nice rendition. Lucy sang a more difficult song and pulled it off. I would recommend really nailing those high notes. Shikamachu VS Naz Winner: Shikamachu Comment: I don't understand how Shikamachu can deliver such a flawless CD quality performance with a napkin wrapped mic. Naz had more heart and the song sounded more visceral, but some pitch issues. I pick Shimakachu. TOTAL: RUBYSAKURA II HITOMI IIII LUIGI IIII SHIOYEE II LUCY IIIII EERIECHAN I SHIKAMACHU: IIII NAZ II FINALISTS: HITOMI, LUIGI, LUCY, SHIKAMACHU.
