Is it ryugu or ryuya? I'm pretty sure it's ryuuya yeah those two kids are also interesting... It's their shilouettes in the title after all... I also think that they're the next cursed reincarnation. Is there actually a story about them? |

Sora at first was just a bird that Mizusu befriended...this at the same time she met Yukito. So in a ways Sora is the first to come in contact with both Mizusu & Yukito. So when Yukito wished to return to Mizusu.....he was given the form of the first to come in contact....which was Sora. Mind you this is all just my speculation.....there may be a deeper meaning & clearing description. Yes...it is Ryuuya...i wasn't paying attention to what i was typing....sorry for the confusion. As for if they are still cursed....that is a possibility....like i said in the game the good ending the curse is finally broken when Mizusu died. The 2 kids may be the next generation....or it could be just that since the curse is broken the two kids are just reincarnations of Yukito/Ryuuya & Mizusu/Kanna finally being able to live normal lives....so when he said "It's a beginning...".....the two are finally together without worries of the curse. Again just my speculations from watching the series.....it's one of those endings you make your own ideas of what happened.  |

@ Huy-san - Actually in the last episode (recap) in the beginning Sora is shown....Misuzu stumbles upon it...you know...she says "did you lose your mommy?...i wonder if it'll follow me?" She was looking for a friend....Sora perches on her shoulders...than she sees Yukito sleeping with the seagulls. She asks Sora if she should say hello...takes a deep breath & approaches him. That was there first encounter....also when they were looking for Yukito's puppet....Sora is there & it was him who found the puppet....I also think that Misuzu called him Mister Crow cause they already met. To me Sora is actually the REAL Yukito...& Yukito was kinda like Ayu/ or Makoto in KANON....a spiritual body for him. Which kinda explains why he kinda disappeared when he left Misuzu. In the end of the series he continued his journey to find Misuzu again.....again this is all just my speculation. Watching it again yesterday.....i believe that the 2 kids are reincarnations of Ryuuya & Kanna...cause if you notice they look very similar to the two...especially the girl who almost has the same hairdo as Kanna. The boy senses that Yukito & Misuzu will eventually die...which is why he says "to them, cruel days".....which means that the curse may/can be broken...so that these two will begin anew. So in a sense Misuzu & Yukito sacrificed themselves to break the curse.....kinda like what happened in the good ending of the game. @ Wkr-san - Yeah i'm awaiting Little Busters! as well!!!!!......did you get the regular edition or Limited one with the puzzle? I preordered the latter!!!! Also awaiting Eien no Aseria 2!!!! You can see the video for it in my profile!!! Been so long since i played a good RPG "visual novel"....since Xcross Scramble!!! |

I started the series yesterday night. Only got an episode down so far, but I'll watch more later tonight or so. So far, it's freaking awesome! Reminded me so much of Kanon (Remake/2006). The anime's so well made, but yeah wave to KYOTO, would ya? I also have to watch the Summer Special and the movie. Torrents are old, I know, but I'll just leave it on an entire day of school or so. :3

» Sai, yeah I heard the ending's... sad and whatnot, but I'll see it for myself. But yeah, this anime is definitely going in my favorites. I'm on episode 5 or so now. I'll finish it before finals star for me next Wednesday or so. :3

Air is great anime. :D And quite sad. T.T (God, I cried when I watched it!) But it is also a quite... confusing? Yeah. Confusing. :3 And it has been a while when I watched it so I really can't remember it too well now. ^^' But anyway it was confusing. :3 Heh. |

i just hated it when yukito turn into a crow.. (because he stupidly wished to see the past) and all the scenes was like going back in circles.. but i like the ending where the two children are talking, because at that time, those two will inherit the same fate of Yukito and Misuzu.

I'm not sure why he turned into a crow actually. It was all very strange. I just finished the entire series... summer special is next and the movie, too, right? Ahh... now I need to find 'em... The ending was so sad. I forget what episode I became teary-eyed on. 12 or so? I forget... T-T; Ahh... so many thoughts; not sure what to say...

I still believe that Sora is the REAL Yukito.....anyways the game/series is broken down into 3 story arcs. The first is DREAM....which is why i think that Yukito is a spiritual body...like i said kinda like Makoto in Kanon (who was a fox who became human). The entire part with Yukito was kinda like a "Dream"....after Yukito left if i remember it switched to a brief part of the Summer series. Which is the next story arc...SUMMER. Although only 2 episodes it showed the past of what happened & why the characters are in the situation they are in. Uraha is a decendent of Yukito's mother which is why he has magical powers....& the journey to find a way to remove the curse lives on in Yukito. Finally the last arc is AIR....the final few episodes are shown in Sora's point of view. It basically goes back to the DREAM arc but is seen through Sora's eyes. Yukito is nowhere to be found....since Sora IS Yukito. I agree with wKr....the 2 kids probably won't suffer from the curse. I still think they are reincarnations of Kanna & Ryuuya. Anyways...everyone has different ideas of the outcome & who/what/where/why things are they way they are. The main conclusion is that this is a series everyone should have the chance to see cause it touches every inch of your emotions....& they most important aspect of a series is that it will be remembered for many years after! Question to all....WHAT IS YOUR MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT IN AIR?...happy or sad. Mine...episode 12....when Misuzu get off her wheelchair...& slowly walks toward Haruko. When she finally reaches her....she says the words i will never forget (other than "piko" :P)...."Goal"....& falls into the arms of Haruko. Definitely broke my heart. I knew it was coming since i played the game...but seeing it....heartbreaking...T___T!!!!! |

well, most memorable moment... i guess its the same as izumo says. The "goal" part. along with the music aozora. Yep thats sad alright. Yeah but the movie of air had a lil different story with the tv version :P yukito wasn't sora in the movie :X >< Signature? LooL!~ |

most memorable eh... Yeah, that one and when misuzu ran to haruko shouting "MOM!!" at the beach... And the lesson of how precious friends are... anyway, izumo, rather than referring the Dream arc as yukito's existence as a dream, don't you think it's more fitting if we refer it to misuzu's dreams? Heheh... As you said, there are many interpretation aren't they... |

Mines would be both Sai's and Izumo's. The beach one, Sai's favorite, was really touching. Izumo's is also as heartbreaking, too. I was wondering... did she like, pass away? I was building up near the end. XD (T-T) [side n o t e] That same Crow reminds me of the Crow in Air Gear. I'm currently watching it, though I hate the Crow that hides all the "good" parts of the episode. DX< I can't find other subbed episodes that doesn't have it either. =.=;
