I just want to give a heads up to members in CotS, P:TLaL and UtPBS that I'm not sure how active I'm going to be over the next few weeks (at the very least, I don't expect my post quality to be at its usual level). I've been having an incredibly stressful month so far, with incidents involving customers at my job, the fact that I'm still having no luck in finding full-time employment with my diploma, lifelong friend is moving away for University, and now the fact that the family dog is going to be put down next Thursday since his illness is finally overtaking him. Anyway, I'm not sure what I'm going to be like for a while. As it currently stands, I'm already having difficulty getting to sleep at night as well as concentrating, so I want to apologize in advance if I wind up not posting much. I've already posted in Pokemon and UtPBS, so hopefully I'll be feeling better by the time that those RP's advance far enough for me to post again. As for CotS, Tem is absent for the time being, so I'm not sure what to say as far as that RP goes.    |

It's good to see you back Anke (not sure if you want to keep being called that or if you want to go by Renee now). You've been gone for quite some time. There's not a particularly wide variety of established RP's to choose from at the moment, as you can probably see on the Gendou City page. Under the Pale Blue Sky: You were part of this one before you left, but quite a lot of stuff has happened in the story since the point you stopped posting. Besides that, I'm ending the RP after this short arc so that I can start a new RP to pick up where this one leaves off. If you have any interest in rejoining, then I would suggest waiting a little bit until I get that set up. How long it takes will depend on when the others start posting in it again (as well as how I'm feeling later in this week). The Calling of the Seas: Toyumi's new RP. It's a pirate style and has a bit of a focus on roles. The only downside for joining this one is that you would have to go with a Sailor character, since all of the other roles are filled (I believe). Pokemon: To Live and Learn: It's a Pokemon RP, simple. Right now the only people in the RP are Haseo, Toyumi, Fenris and myself (and we've been the only ones in it for quite some time actually). Not sure if you have any interest in Pokemon or not, so it would mainly depend on that (RP'ers don't seem to want to join unless they are in to Pokemon, from what I've seen). I don't know much about the Eden RP or the Human Gene RP since those are relatively new. |

@ Zero - Ahh!!! Thank you! It is good to see you again too! @ Jon - Thanks! I'll hang around and wait for you to start the Pale Blue Sky sequel. Also I don't really mind if you call me Anke or Renee! :) Calling of the Sea looks great but if nothing else I may start one. I had an idea for a Phantom of the Opera meets the anime world themed RP. I am just not sure how many people would be interested, especially since some may not know me. |

@ Anke- Of course I remember you! It's nice to have you back! Like what Jon said, I recently started an RP based on Pirates, The Calling of the Seas. It's only on it's second page, and most of it has just been introductory stuff so far. We've only just started the first real "battle" of the RP with my last post there (Which was 6 posts before the latest one). Although, Jon's right that the only roles left are Sailor roles (Although I do have to see if Icarael is actually in the RP or not since he hasn't posted in it at all, if that's the case then a Carpenter Mate role will become available). @ Jon- I hope you feel better soon, and I really do hope that you're able to find employment! I'll definitely be sure to keep that in mind as Calling of the Seas progresses. As far as Tem goes, just assume that her character is there (Even though your character is separated from hers for the time-being). If she's gone for too long, then I'll PM her or something (Sayuri did say that she's on vacation, but if she's gone for 2-3 weeks or longer then I consider that cause for concern). [Edit] @ Members of Calling of the Seas- I got a response from Icarael that he has dropped the RP, so now the Carpenter Mate role is available. I'm going to offer it to those who have sailor-only characters for now, just to give them a shot at having a character with a bit more authority since the Mate roles were taken fairly quickly. If you want the role, please PM me about it. I'll decide who gets the role with a randomizer thing, if there's going to be any sort of competition for the role at all. XD  |

@Toyumi - Thanks. It was all done with today, and I'm not feeling nearly as bad as I thought I would (although it might just be that it hasn't really set in yet). I can't say that I'm feeling good of course, or even okay, but I'm not the wreck that I assumed I would be. I've just been playing games and working on that RP I've had in mind in order to keep my mind occupied. Either way, there hasn't been much activity here over the past few days, so it seems as though it wouldn't have mattered if I wasn't around. @Anke - I wouldn't worry about people not knowing you. Most of the RP's started here now don't have any trouble getting members to join. The problem is that those RP's have a hard time keeping people from leaving after the first 2 weeks or so. Also, I hope that you will join in on the next UtPBS. I'm not sure how long it will be before it starts of course, seeing as how it tends to move along pretty slowly. I don't intend for this arc to be very long though, so it will probably wrap up once I make my next post (which will have to come after the others have posted). I also have another RP in the works, but I'm not sure when I'll have it ready. I've been moving towards more light-hearted stuff (like Pokemon) since I turned Under the Pale Blue Sky into a pretty dark RP. I'm sticking with the light-hearted style for this new one. I've been having a bit of writer's block however, so I'm actually looking for a bit of help. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I tend to have an easier time writing once I've decided on the title of the RP (I know, I'm weird that way). I have a few ideas so far, but I'd like a bit of input as to which one sounds nicer. Here's the general premise first of all: The RP will be something like Super Sentai/Sailor Moon/etc. It's set in the present day and the characters will have partners called 'Knights'. They sort of look like little fairies that regular people can't see or hear. When they bond with the characters, it transforms them into an armored form so they can fight. So these are the names I've come up with so far. Let me know if any of them are particularly noteworthy. Eternal Knights Knights for the Night A Knight for a Night I Dub Thee... Of course, I'm also open to any suggestions. As I said, I'm having a bit of writer's block right now. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Edit: Here's the (almost) final logo image for the next Under the Pale Blue Sky RP. I'm still unsure about the subtitle, so it may change slightly. I know that this isn't exactly a "better" logo compared to the first, but I suck at graphic arts stuff, and I don't really want to go contracting people from the Sig/Claim threads for something as insignificant as an RP Logo. At the very least, this logo isn't as pixel ridden and badly edited.  Icarael is the only one to have posted in UtPBS since I made my plot advancing post nearly 2 and a half weeks ago, so I'm not sure where to go from here. I may just wait a few more days, and if there are no other posts then I will end the entire thing during my next post. I know that Roxas has some work stuff on the go currently, but I don't know where everyone else disappeared to. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Edit: @Haseo - No problem. @Jon: I just want to let you know that my posts in the pokemon rp are going to be a lot more infrequent now that school has started for me. I'll still be able to post on weekends, so just know that if it is my turn to post, it'll probably have to wait until the next weekend. Also, I'm going to wait to post in the rp for a bit. As it stands now, I have nothing to do with Parker except sit and watch the battles, and I'd like to avoid a small filler post as much as possible. Fenris and I have a plan that's going to be coming up soon, once the gym battles are finished, so I'm going to wait to post until then.

@ Jon- You're making Adele seem like such an attention hog in the Pokemon RP. I know you don't mean it that way, and it is kind of true, but still. XD Anyway, regarding the Pokemon RP, I'm going to try and post there with my part of the gym battle sometime before this Wednesday, since that's when school starts for me. Hopefully I'll get it done with tomorrow, but if not then, then it will be up before Wednesday. Also, about your second part to UtPBS, I think I'll rejoin the RP. Although, don't expect me to post my profile for it for a bit, I have to make some changes to it (Well, not really changes per say, but I want to add in a little something as to why Wren left the group, and what happened during that time). As for what you posted about your RP a post back, if it's a light-hearted RP then I'm certainly looking forward to it. I really like the mood and the pace of the Pokemon RP, so if it'll be something along those lines then I should be interested unless school, etc. prevents me from being in it; although I don't this this year will be as chaotic for me as last year, save for getting my college applications ready. >> As for the titles you have in mind, I like Knights for the Night or A Knight for a Night. I'm fond of wordplay. XD @ Calling of the Seas Members- Like I said to Jon regarding the Pokemon RP, I'm going to post in Calling of the Seas before Wednesday as well because that's when school starts for me. I definitely plan on keeping up the RP though the school year, so long as people are still posting in it. I was actually waiting to see if more people would post in the RP before I posted again, but it matters not. With my next post I'll try to get both of the groups towards the end of the battle. Also, I'm going to say who gets the Carpenter Mate role in my next post, so if you want it then PM me soon! I do have one person who's interested in the role though, so I'm not too concerned if no one else wants it. XD |

Hey guys, just dropping in real quick. Been working non stop at my store and another store sp ibe been exhausted lately. I go to the other again tomorrow and work at my store Monday so I'll try to be back by then to see where im at in calling of the seas. @jon just letting you know I'm still interested in utpbs2, just won't be able to post a profile until Tuesday maybe Monday if im not still tired. If you start tomorrow then I'm just wondering if I can join later when I get the chance.

Hey guys,though I'm not as busy as anyone else,I couldn't post as much as I wanted,since I spend most of the time at internet cafe(I used PSP to surf Net on other times).But once I own a laptop,I will do so,whenever I can. In the mean time,here's some of the new RP ideas that came into my mind these few days: Esper(like Zettai Karen Children;children/pre-teen kids with superpowers of sort.Expect loads of laughter XD) Zombie apocalypse(HOTD style plus Dawn of the Dead,or something like that.Thought of throwing the military ideas in too.) Jurassic war(Quite a lot like Dino Crisis 2;loads of actions with very little thinking to deal with(except for some).A short one to that) That's about it.Let me know if any of the above got your interest ;D BTW,Mistress/Inaby was the one who propose the 2nd idea.I'm just adding a few extras to that. |

@Ray - Don't worry about it. I'm likely going to hold on until Tuesday anyway to start. There's an issue I'm trying to mediate at the moment and I have to go through the RP to link profiles and check to see if some people haven't applied yet. @Toyumi - I know. >_> That's mostly my bad though. I think it's because I left Team Vanguard out of the picture a bit too much. Adele is supposed to be the character that interacts with Vurtia, while Fenris, Parker and Victor were supposed to be more actively opposing Team Vanguard. I'll try and rectify that from this point on. Shinji will likely stick to the same role as Victor, Parker and Fenris. I agree with you on the name thing. I like the wordplay as well. I'm leaning towards that name at the moment as well, so at this point I'm just going to see how UtPBS2 turns out. If it falls apart then I'll move on to the new RP, but if it goes on for a while then I'll launch the new RP once I know UtPBS2 is stable. -------------------------------------Updates------------------------------------- Under the Pale Blue Sky 2 - As I stated above, I'm hoping to be ready to go on Tuesday. I'm in the middle of an issue at the moment that I'm trying to get sorted out and I need to go through the page to link Character Profiles. I also have to come up with a reasonable way to collect at least most of the characters into one location so that we can kick things off. EDIT: Alright, the start of the RP is going to have to wait until Wednesday at the earliest. I have to head in to work tomorrow and won't be home until later that night, so I won't have the time to go over everything. Pokemon: To Live and Learn - Not sure what Haseo and Fenris are up to, but the group will be headed to the museum first to meet up with Shinji's character and Professor Sepal (who I have been sort of accidentally calling Professor Juno, which is not necessarily incorrect). @Jon: Sorry for keeping you in the dark about this. Toyumi and I were planning something around Zephyranth since my involvement in the rp, and Fenris' inclusion was sort of last minute as a way to kick up drama. You don't need to worry about Parker for much of Zephyranth. I plan to keep him away from the group, so he can have some time to himself, but he'll be rejoining them at the end of Zephyranth. Parker will pretty much just be hanging out with Marina until the group challengers her, at that point, I'll just have Parker go out in the city and do things on his own before meeting back up with the group before he leaves. At this point in the plans, at least from the ones I've been involved in, the rest of the Zephyranth plans only involve Toyumi and I, and that won't be happening until the end. Also, would it be too much to ask that the group face a snowstorm on their way to Snowdrop (once we get that far) and have to stay the night in the pokemon center, and have to postpone their trip to the next day? I have more plans then that I'd like to happen as well, more of which, I'll tell you about later when we get closer to that point.

So I'm going offline for a while by choice. Just have some things going on that just made me lose the will to do anything. If things look up, I'll be back but for the time being i feel no inkling to rp or anything rather. @toyumi if you want to kill off ragual on cots, you are welcome to or if you want to keep him around that's fine also. @jon sorry man, wanted to join utpbs2 but life happens

@Jon: I agree we should start soon, as pretty much all RPs I'm in are halted right now. I kinda like my characters in both UtPBS and in Seas. While UtPBS hasn't started yet, I have a feeling noone managed to overcome my last post in the Calling of the Seas. |
