I really want to hear more from you. Babycon Song Selection:3 Technique:2.5 Interpretation:2 Personal Appreciation:2 Comment: I had a very hard time trying to listen to your voice, for the little I could get, you have a sweet voice but I could not really make much of it, at least you were in tune. Work a bit more on your control since sometimes you seem to lose it and you get pitchy. But nice job! The only advice I would give it hold some of the notes out. It seems like you cut the words off to make the notes shorter, and your voice is very nice, so I'd like to hear a little more it at the ends of those notes! In order to be able to sing properly, you gotta be able to listen to the music, try to work on your notes a little bit. For what I could hear you have a nice voice, in tune, I liked it regardless the technical difficulties. Kuma-Kei Song Selection:3 Technique:3.5 Interpretation:3 Personal Appreciation:3.5 Comment: Too plain. Try not to overuse your head voice. The end of your phrases are off so watch that. Basicamente para poder cantar hay que ser entonado , pero creo que con un poco mas de trabajo podras mejorar en ese aspecto por lo que puedo oir en esta cancion. You didn't pick something too high or too low. Technique: 2 - You go off key every-so-often and don't really show much by the way of advanced vocal technique. You do, however, have a very nice tone. Interpretation: 2 - You sound very unsure at the beginnings of the choruses. Transitions are just as important as everything inbetween. Again, you have a nice tone and a good sense of dynamic through a good deal of the song. Personal Appreciation: 2 - I think you could have done much better if you'd have rehearsed the song more before recording it. Work on your pitch and you'll make a wonderful singer.Overall Score: 9 Babycon Song Selection: 1 - The song is simply too low for you to sing comfortably. Technique: 2 - You go flat every now and then and have a great deal of trouble projecting. Interpretation: 0 - This is where projection is really important. I can barely hear you in this performance with my speakers turned up high. You should work on singing from your diaphragm and simply singing out. You have a very breathy tone. This isn't always a bad thing. However, it's difficult to pull off well. Personal Appreciation: 1 - You get one for trying. Overall Score: 4 Kuma Kei Song Selection: 3 - Picking a cutesy character voiced song goes both ways with me. I really don't appreciate most character voiced songs, but you did a good job at it despite my bias. Technique: 2 - You stay on key through most of the song. You do, however, lose your pitch occasionally. Aside from that, I can't give you any points on technique. Interpretation: 2 - The voice gives you a point in interpretation and the verses were done the way I feel they were meant to be. However, you lose all interpretation during the choruses. You don't have to sing powerfully or loud for such a song. But a lot of feeling is lost when you switch to your head voice. Personal Appreciation: 2 - I'm keeping my "Anti Character" voice bias out of this one. Still, the breathy tone you carry through most of the song irks me a bit. (*Apologies if I'm being a bit harsh here*) You should work on hitting those high notes without relying on your head voice. Once you get past the initial fear of voice cracking, you gain a new outlook and feel for singing. Overall Score: 9 Gecast Song Selection: 3 - Nice pick for your range. Technique: 1 - You go flat all over the place in this performance; especially during the choruses. Also, work on your microphone control. Sometimes it sounds as though you're chewing on the poor thing. Interpretation: 1 - You lose a lot of steam during the pre-choruses and continue that dynamic during the choruses. You sound as if you're trying very hard to sound sexy/cool. The problem with that is that you do so without projecting from your core. Personal Appreciation: 1 - You get one for trying. Overall Score: 6 Noriko Song Selection: 3 - It's within your range and you do well with the subtleties of the classical Japanese style used in the song. Technique: 3 - You stick on key and have a nice vibrato. Your tone, however, could use some work; especially for a song like this. It helps a lot to practice singing vowel sounds (short and long versions) on one note while concentrating on breathing from your diaphragm and keeping your mouth wide and round in shape. Interpretation: 2 - I like your pronunciation and, like I mentioned before, use of classical Japanese techniques in singing. However, the quality of the recording hurts your interpretation greatly. Personal Appreciation: 3 - I liked it.
