@ 8008 The thread is mostly dedicated to anime styles but we also welcome a variety of artworks. Also, showing your drawings won't really reveal your identity XD If you're worried about your signatures try making an alternative like an alias for yourself, that way nobody would know your real name.  |

*crawls back up from underground* *GASP!* im alliiiive! jesus, its been ages since ive visited this site again. to show how sorry i am for leaving for an eternity, heres a pic u can point and laugh at.  ta-daa! my very first draw post on gendou ever! i was inspired when most of my friends went through some tough times. i.e, terrible breakups, but they jumped right back like a few days later.

@ Revelation Hiya, er...dunno if I can still remember you, but welcome back anyway d: nice sketch, the expressions are funny lol. @ Hisa Cool colors and the posing is magnificent ^^ I don't see any trouble with the eyes, you can add highlights for better effects! What tools are you using to color it? My computer's acting funny =3=; but I did this thing in MS Paint:  I'm not satisfied with the hands >:[ but I enjoyed drawing stuff in paint :D it's a nice substitute for doodles lol. Sasuke's suppose to be there but he screwed up so I removed him dattebayo~ |

Mass Comment list from April 01, 2008 to April 28, 2008 (PART 2) @ Ich-san Kamiya Kaoru (4/01/08) - Absolutely love the colors you used for the pic. The soft pink background is very fitting for the drawing as well as the attention to detail like the hilites in her hair. It looks like she's glowing which is beautiful. Kohaku or Hisui (4/07/08) - Again i've seen that somewhere before but it was probably of another character...anyways i noticed you changed it from Kohaku to Hisui in your finished CG. Either or it still looks gorgeous so good job as always. Takarou Anzu (4/20/08) - More Ich-san beauties! He looks really cool is all i can say about it. Again nice CG rendition. @ Fai-san Together Forever...(4/06/08) - the pose from the characters in your drawing is very sweet. As for the face i agree with Ich-san, there are many tutortials out there that can help you. Early on the grid lines will work wonders, over time you'll learn to make due without them. Practice practice practice is my best advice. Experiment by looking at other styles & see what fits yours. Fai-san drawing 1993 (4/08/08) - Yes some very precise & clean line-art. Some unique & interesting character designs as well. The face is not bad at all so i wonder why you don't like doing them? @ Suzaku-san Ikuto Doodle (4/08/08) - Now i see why you claimed this character :D Nicely done! Together / Link / Blood (4/24/08) - All the pics are nicely done. The blood one is kinda freaky looking...reminds me of silent hill or one of those games on the PS2. A female Link will probably look like Zelda but still cute. @ Darky-san Random girl & Aria (4/08/08) - very cute sketches...alot of Lucky Star influences which is a good style for reference. Simple sketches that show alot. Aria looks darling & the 'graduation' reference...do you mean the PC game of the same name? Sketch & CG (4/18/08) - a quick & cute sketch i assume. Again simple yet still full of charm. The cg pic is also very well done. Nice use of color & techniques. @ TM-san Girl with large weapon :O (4/11/08) - Thanks again for the comments on my CLANNAD pics. Like i said i've always enjoyed your typemoon style of art. You have some wild imagination when it comes to weapons & the thing the girl is holding is one of your coolest of yet! The CG job is way beyond what i can do so 'thumbs up!' K. Nyaldee Megnard (4/13/08) - I like the accessories in her hair & the chinese style dress. Again the CG job is excellent & the background is simple yet subtle. Arucreid (4/27/08) - A beautiful version of everyones favorite dead apostle...i like the unique style you gave her. Similar to Typemoon but you gave her a style all your own. Kohaku (4/28/08) - Now this pic is freakin killer!!!!! Awesome color work but the main selling part for me is her personality. It really reminds me of Kohaku's playfulness but 'her wild-side' shines through as well. And of course chicks with guns don't hurt either! @ Rin8-san Mana-sama & Gackt (4/15/08) - It would be nice if you managed to fit Mana in the paper...still it looks not bad at all. Drawing goth is pretty tricky & challenging at times but i think you did good. I agree that the hand is very nicely done. You may want to use the facial lines to even out the face area but still a nice rendition of Gackt. @ Sonic Fan-san The Awakening / One Piece (4/19/08) - I like the technique you used to create a smoke-screen effect. Very atmospheric pic. The One Piece pics are also really cool...especially the one that resembles graffiti artwork. @ Roq-san Twewy & Fooly Cooly (4/20/08) - The game is quite popular (the world ends with you), something a little different from Squenix. I can see the same style used for the game in your character. The FLC one reminds me of all the wackiness the anime had. I think one of Gainax's underrated anime series. @ Immpy-san Inu Yasha / Stolen Shot / Renamon's Boobs? (4/23/08) - I remember that Inu Yasha pic...man that feels like ages ago. Your 'furry' self portrait are always cool to see. Love the effects in the pic like the camera flash. As for the 'boobs'...that is some seriously funny stuff. Yeah artist nowadays are all perverted...it's true right? Various sketches of characters (4/30/08) - Your Deidara doesn't look that bad...pretty good if i say so myself. The other drawings have some nice details in them. Awesome job on animal-characters as always! @ Red-san Random Battle & Spellwars (4/24/08) - Again you amaze me with your style for action scenes...all this without using any screentones as well which is impressive. ************************************************** End of vast comment post part 2....stay tuned for part 3 (May) Now that is done here are 2 more samples that were sketched out. Again some mistakes are visible if you look close enough, again i tried to hide them the best i could. First of is the Lacus pic that i started, ended, re-started, scrapped, & finally came up with this. Her face is a tad messed up. The other is my 2nd version of Kurumu from Rosario + Vampire. The reference pic used is from either the 2nd or 3rd DVD cover. Unlike me to not add any background but i got lazy...so oh well. Anyways enjoy these & thanks for viewing them & comments that follow. @Izumo- very nice, that kurumu picture flows very well too @Imp- i'm amazed you can do that much with paint, i can't even draw a good flowing line for the face with paint p.s. @ Darky- you are one of teh greats, for original loli characters, i love the eyes especially, keep up the good work

@ darky yeh, tbh, I barely touched Photoshop nowadays XD Until I get another inspiration I'll stick to ms paint doodles lol tebayo~ @ CombatButler thanks (: I use a tablet, so it's quite handy to draw things in MS Paint. It's quite hard the first time you use it though. |

I've been very busy trying to complete my work , in which I did (like about a month ago :P) but I got delayed by some Internet complications (It does not allow me to on for a long time) . @ Angelus wow, that's a lot of comments :0 hehe. thanks I appreciate your compliments tebayo~! lol the one with the rough lines were made in paint, it's kinda hard to make decent lines ;A; still practicing with this whole tablet thing though woah. the sketch is, really really smooth, looks very 3d-ish in some sort!! 3 weeks were worth it, good job! I like :D @ Mel it is a very wonderful sketch, the way you stroke the hair is really smooth (: I'm also impressed with her eyes lol |
