[Vivian][Stormcaller Mansion] "Yeah," Fenris replied, "That's what we decided isn't it, but does Anke want to visit her home first?" "So we're still going to the West as we planned earlier," Vivian said, "That's good. And about visiting Anke's... I think we would have gotten away with a trip to Anke's home when we were going to travel to the West casually, but now that we're under a bit of pressure here with this attack, I don't know if we can risk going there now. If our group heads directly West, then it shouldn't look suspicious, but if we have to stay in the North for a little bit, that might make it look suspicious to our attackers..." Vivian trailed off as she become deeper in thought. I would really like to visit Anke's home, Vivian thought, But as I said, it would make us look more suspicious. I don't want anyone to get hurt, let alone die, so it does seem safer if we go West and skip Anke's home... Though I can tell Anke is really concerned about going back to her home and making sure her body is still fine... "Well, we should let Anke decide if she wants to go back to her home or not," Vivian said. She then turned to Anke, "So what do you want to do? Go back to your home for a brief visit, or are you fine with heading directly West?"  |

@ all: soorrry!!! I've been really busy the past few weeks, and I'm probably not going to be getting on very often for the next few weeks, so if you need to Jon and Toyumi can take control of my character!!! ANKE l Stormcaller Mansion Anke was just about to open her mouth to agree with Toyumi, and add her own input, but the door bust open and in came Fenris. He looked frantic. "Excuse me," he said, "But we need to get going. It seems that the Mansion is..." Anke just stood motionless as she watched her best friend zoom around the room. She adjusted the cloak that hit her and continued to watch her friend rush to shove things into bags. She stopped moving when she set down Anke's bag and threw her's onto her shoulder. "I'm ready." Vivian announced, "So I'm assuming we have decided to head West? Or are we heading somewhere else?" Anke just stared at the bag Vivian had put on her bed. She then piked it up, "um... thank you..." she said awkwardly moving toward the door. "Yeah, That's what we decided isn't it, but does Anke want to visit her home first?" Fenris said in reply to Vivian's declaration. "So we're still going to the West as we planned earlier," Vivian said, "That's good. And about visiting Anke's... @Anke - That's no problem. It's been rather slow all over the forum lately, most people are in testing mode. (I'm waiting to hear back from Ken before I continue. His reply is going to determine how I go about things as they currently are.)    |

[Talisman] “Whoa, whoa. Are you telling me I should run, Vinland?†said Talisman. “I know things are about to get hectic, but I’m not going to run. I’ve seen much worse odds than this; mercenaries shouldn’t be that much of a problem, if it were military, then that may be something considering running.†-That may have not been very wise of me mentioning military,- thought Talisman. –But for me, I don’t run unless the situation calls for it or unless my prey is running itself.- Talisman took his sword and strapped its sheath to the back of his right shoulder and turned his head to Vincent. “From what you said, ‘so they’re back’ it seems you're itching for a fight yourself, Vinland.†said Talisman. “That remark and look on your face says it all, you know these people. Don’t think because of my age I’m going to run, because I’m not. I bet I’ve seen more bloodshed than any of you, I’m not a coward; I stay and fight.†Kota jumped onto Talisman’s shoulder making a quick glimpse at the small group of people approaching the mansion. “Talis, calm down,†Kota whispered to Talisman. “If they run, they run, you can always track them again. I know that that spell of yours started to act up a week ago; your bloodlust is going starting to get to you. You can barely contain the adrenaline running through you, and that is starting to make you careless, everyone can see that lust for blood in your eyes. Think about what Master would say right now if Master saw you this way, ‘Stop acting like a kid and think about the situation’. Yuri would agree with me right now, you are usually more collected than this, your judgment is starting to cloud your mind.†Talisman’s eyes shifted to Kota from his last remark. “That was a cheap shot, Kota, using Yuri against Me.†muttered Talisman. “But you're right.†Talisman took a deep breath and turned his attention back towards Vincent. “Look, if you guys run, then they are most likely to track you guys down and try again,†said Talisman. “So I recommend you all get away while you have the chance, I’ll stay here with the people fighting, to buy you guys more time, if you want to stay and fight then I won’t stop you. So which will it be?†-I’m giving the chance to let my targets get away,- thought Talisman. –This has to be the dumbest thing I’ve ever proposed, but it may not be a total loss. Someone else might be after them, I might be able to get information out of the people behind this, if I find them.- Talisman waited for a reply from Vincent or the others as time grew short.    |

[Outside Stormcaller Mansion] Vincent listened as Talisman talked through his conflict of feelings. He put on the cloak that Fenris had thrown him before moving forward slightly and drawing the Phantom, keeping his left hand in his pocket. "For someone with a lover out there somewhere you seem rather inclined to put yourself in danger." Vincent said as he chuckled a little. 'Sorry everyone, I guess I'll have to catch up with you all some other time, for better or for worse.' The group was nearly within range of the mansion, and Vincent could see that the three attackers they encountered last week were indeed leading the way. His only concern at the moment was killing the one wielding the scythe, it was all he could do to try and protect everyone for the time being, regardless of certain views they may have on life. |

@ Anke- That's fine, like what Jon said a lot of other people are testing as well so it is pretty quiet. [Vivian][Stormcaller Mansion] "We can head West immediately, I don't want to put other people's life in jeopardy." Anke replied to her. Vivian could tell that Anke was sure about this, so she then turned to Fenris. "Okay," Vivian said, "But now, should we go and help the others that are outside? Or stay in here and help with defenses?" Personally I would like to stay for defenses, Vivian thought, Maybe find a balcony high up and watch what's going on from there, and just provide support to those that are fighting. But then again, that's just my style... But then again, only Aeon and Vincent are outside as far as I know... I have no idea where Toorop is. For all I know, he could be helping the enemy, although I kind of doubt that happening. "Well," Vivian continued, "With whatever we do, we have to wait for the fighting to stop, or for the others to meet up with us again, before we head West." She turned to Fenris, waiting to see what they should do. |

Aeon | Stormcaller Mansion "Alright, here we go" said Aeon, as he finished gathering the energy for a big attack. "Something that looks flashy and powerful should hold them back for a bit." he thought outloud. He dropped his staff beside him, as there was no need for precision. He opened his hand towards where the attackers were coming from. A large amount of energy gathered around his hand, and Aeon closed his eyes. When he opened them again a few seconds later the ball of energy had formed in front of his hand, and it looked like it was hard to control, with surges of energy pushing out on all directions. Aeon controlled the ball of energy until it floated over where the enemies were approaching and he released his hold on it. Beams of energy exploded from the ball and continued for a while before the ball had dissappeared. Aeon grinned at the damage his spell caused and quickly looked to see if he could see any one else around the mansion. He saw Vincent, who looked ready for a fight, so Aeon decided to stay put and maybe provide support. |

[Stormacaller Mansion] Fenris: I don't really like this, but I think the three of us and those waiting for us, should leave immediately. He noticed that Vivian and Anke were about to say something, but he raised his arm to silence them. Fenris: Let me explain, please. He sat down on the couch and looked at Vivian and Anke. Fenris: This would be great opportunity to throw our enemies of our tracks and give us time to find out why we are being chased. If Aeon and Vincent stay our opponents might think that all of us had stayed here. And even if we seperate we would be able to find each other again using the Spirit Stones. He rose form the couch and walked next to Vivian and Anke. Fenris: So what do you two think, should we leave or stay?   |

[Vivian][Stormcaller Mansion] Fenris answered her question by saying that they should leave the mansion and let the others catch up to them. Vivian was a bit shocked as he first said it, but when he explained his reasons it made a lot of sense to Vivian. Tricking them into thinking the entire group is still here would give us more time, Vivian thought, And we might even be able to find out why so many people are chasing after us if we stay in a small group. But I am a bit concerned about leaving Aeon and Vincent behind... Well, as long as there are Stormcallers to back up Aeon and Vincent, then I guess it would be okay to leave them behind... "As long as there are others to back up Vincent and Aeon," Vivian started to say, "Other Stormcallers that is, then I agree that we should leave. It's getting hectic here, and as you said, we can make our attackers believe that we have all stayed here." She looked at Anke, who nodded as to agree with her, then turned back to Fenris. "So let's get going," Vivian said, "Before we lose our chance to get away." |

[Talisman] Talisman’s ears twitched under his headband and his face turned slightly red from Vincent’s last remark. But Talisman couldn’t help but sneer a wicked smile. “Heh, don’t let it fool you. I’ll just say I benefit for these kinds of things.†smiled Talisman. “I constantly put myself in danger so I can find a way to get my memories back. My sword, Yunagi, reminds constantly what my goal is.†-The whole reason I joined the military was to use their archives.- thought Talisman. –Their archives have to have a way to find out how to get my memories back.- Aeon unleashed his own attack at the group of enemies approaching. Talisman reached his right hand behind his head and grabbed hold of the handle to his sword. Talisman had drawn his sword from its sheath and swung the sword in front him once before resting him arm beside him. Kota stood beside Talisman ready to follow at the order. Talisman pulled out two telepathic paper charms and stuck one under the back of his jacket and the other under Kota’s collar so the both of them can talk without anyone knowing it. Kota began to telepathically talk to Talisman. -“So, what is the plan, Talis?â€- asked Kota. –“Things aren’t going as we thought they would.â€- -“Honestly, I’m just making things up as I go along.â€- said Talisman. –“But this may be fun, I haven’t fought in a long time since my promotion in rank, I can probably let loose.â€- -“I should have known.â€- sighed Kota. –“Let’s try and find the people behind this, we may be able to get some information out of them.â€- Talisman nodded his head and turn to Vincent. “I’m a better fighter than what you assume, Vinland. So, what should we do about these guys?†Talisman asked Vincent. “Anyone I should watch out for? Or is there someone you got dibs on and I should let you handle instead? I’d be grateful if you told me who I should go after, I’m itching to fight a strong opponent.†Talisman stood griping the hilt of his sword tightly waiting for a reply from Vincent. Kota’s fangs and claws grew sharp as he stood ready to follow Talisman. |

[Stormcaller Mansion] Vivian: "So let's get going, before we lose our chance to get away." Fenris: Yeah, let's. Fenris started leading the two towards the gate. When they arrived at the gate Ragnar, Sven and the Ravenguards were already waiting for them. Fenris: We need to get going. Hey you take this to Vincent or Aeon. Fenris handed one of the guards a short note where he explained what they were doing and told Vincent and Aeon to find them after the attack using the Spirit Stones. Fenris: So this is our group Moriar. Moriar: You trust these two? Fenris: With my life. Moriar: That's enough for me. Okay, if you would put the hoods on so we can get moving. Fenris, Vivian and Anke put the hoods on while Moriar started chanting. Few seconds later a surge of magic was released from within the cloaks increasing the feeling of lightness. Fenris: Moriar, you three take point, Ragnar and Sven watch our backs. Go! Moriar and his two companions leaped away as if the gravity wasn't affecting them anymore. Fenris grabbed Vivian and Anke by their hands. Fenris: This will take some time getting used to, but for now try leaping after those three. I'll help until you get the hang of it. Okay, here we go. Fenris leapt pulling Vivian and Anke easily in the air with him. There was rushing sound as they soared though the air. As they landed Fenris supported the two easing their landing. He then made few more jumps in the same manner, noticing that Vivian and Anke were both getting the grasp of moving like this. Fenris: It's quite thrilling being able to leap like this isn't it?! Fenris was yelling so that they could hear him over the sound of the wind. They landed once more. Fenris: Okay, you seem to have gotten the hang of it and rather quickly I must say. I'm impressed, but let's concentrate on moving for now. I'll race you. Fenris was grinning widely and threw kiss to both of the girls before leaping ahead, waving at them to follow. |

(Alright, Ken still doesn't know when he'll be back in to this. So soon I'll be taking control of main villains temporarily to try and advance the plot a little bit.) [Outside Stormcaller Mansion] The attacks were deflected by the barrier Maria had set up, but a few of the hired soldiers began to get jittery. One of them nearby Sven spoke up. "We can't take on these guys, you must be crazy." Sven was getting himself ready for battle and kept moving forward. "Just get ready to attack, or you won't be getting paid. As long as Maria is with us you don't have to worry about them using magic against us." Arumaut ordered Sven and a few of the mercenaries to rush the mansion. "First wave, go! Second and third wave, follow at a distance!" Arumaut and Sven lead the first group towards the mansion. [Mansion] Victor began to walk forward. "Don't worry, he'll be coming straight at me, no need to keep an eye out for him. Oh, I would watch out for the big guy over there though, he can take quite a beating. Other than that, I guess you're free to go nuts." Victor turned back to Aeon briefly. "Try and keep them out of the mansion if you can. If they find out it's empty then they might break off the attack early and go looking for Fenris and the girls. I'll give you a hand when and if I take out the grim reaper." He leaped in to the air towards Arumaut and launched several shockwave attacks from his sword. |

ANKE l Outside Stormcaller Mansion Anke felt Fenris pull her along with him it was as if gravity did not exists any longer. Anke caught on quickly and soon found herself able to bound though gravity by herself. It was an amazing feeling, and she began to laugh and smile. She was worried about the others that they were leaving behind, but perhaps this would give Vincent a chance to deal with his "little situation" and Anke knew he could hold his own against the Knightmares. Those military people were in for a rude awakening. The students from the Academy had grown quite a bit over the past few weeks. Vivian had been right when she brought that up back at the Mansion. Fenris must have noticed Vivian and Anke catching on because he turned to them and blew them a kiss, "Okay, you seem to have gotten the hang of it and rather quickly I must say. I'm impressed, but let's concentrate on moving for now. I'll race you." He says, "Oh no you don't!" Anke calls after him she turned to her best friend and laughs, then tears off after Fenris laughing as she went. |

[Vivian][Outside Stormcaller Mansion] As they were leaving the mansion, Fenris grabbed Vivian and Anke and started leaping in the air away from the mansion. Vivian could tell that a gravitational spell was used, letting them go farther and making it faster and easier to get away. When Anke and Vivian both got the hang of this way of moving, Fenris let go of them. "Okay, you seem to have gotten the hang of it and rather quickly I must say." Fenris said, "I'm impressed, but let's concentrate on moving for now. I'll race you." He then threw a kiss to both Vivian and Anke before running off. "Oh no you don't!" Anke yelled after him, laughing as she raced ahead to catch up to him. Vivian was laughing the entire time and fell to the back of the group because of it, however once she was able to stop laughing she managed to get ahead of Anke and make it up to Fenris. "My my, kids these days have so much energy," Vivian joked loud enough for both Anke and Fenris to hear. She stayed by Fenris, and managed to kiss him on the cheek as they were leaping side by side. "I'm just returning your kiss from before," Vivian said. She stayed at his pace, not wanting to get ahead of him, as they continued to make their journey to the West. |

@Jon - you mean Vincent, not Victor - right? Aeon | Stormcaller mansion "Sure, I'll deal with it" Aeon said to Vincent, as he put up a barrier strong enough to prevent people from easily entering. "The grim reaper?" Aeon thought to himself, "does Vincent know these people? He seems to know about them". Aeon glanced over the forest from his vantage point on the roof. There were a lot more mercs than he thought there would be, but there were a fair amount that did look pretty shaken up, showing Aeon that his attack did work. But none of them looked injured. "A barrier maybe?" Aeon thought. "Hey, Vincent" Aeon yelled, "is there a strong magic user in the group?". As he waited for the reply, Aeon started to charge his next big spell. |

[Wilderness] They had been moving for a while now and the Stormcaller Mansion had faded out of sight. Traveling this way they would be able to cover 10 to 20 times the distance per day, when compared to walking. Vivian had caught up with him after he had gone ahead and managed somehow to give him a kiss while they were bounding across the land. Vivian: "I'm just returning your kiss from before." Fenris smiled at her and grabbed her hand as they kept moving. He remembered something and he slowed his pace to let Anke catch up with them and once she did he matched his own pace with Anke so that the three of them could talk without too much shouting. Fenris: I should warn you though, we can't move like this the whole day, maybe four hours each day, more if we're getting desperate. Moving like this also consumes quite a bit of energy, but you won't notice that until the magic wears off. They then continued moving the landscape sliding under them as they leaped over the trees and an occasional river. |

"I should warn you though," Fenris said, "We can't move like this the whole day, maybe four hours each day, more if we're getting desperate. Moving like this also consumes quite a bit of energy, but you won't notice that until the magic wears off." Vivian took a bit of time before responding, thinking about how far and how long they have been traveling thus far and how fast they were going. This was way better than walking, and at this rate it would be very easy and quick to make it to the West, let alone her house and the Academy if they needed to stop by there (which Vivian was a little bit looking forward too, even though she had clothes and books back at her house, it would be nice to have her old stuff back, and this way they could see what state the Academy was in at the moment). "Well it doesn't matter if this will last only four hours," Vivian said, "At this rate, we can make it to the West, and my house, in a day if we travel like this and then walk non-stop. And I know of a few towns near the borders that we can stop at to sleep for the night, so if we wanted to we could have a safe place to stop at for the night... Unless we're known as outlaws there or something..." Vivian had given some thought to this before, and she knew the they were already outlaws for disobeying and defying the military way back at the Academy. But, to what extent of outlaws they were Vivian did not know. She didn't know if only the military and other assassins knew of this truth, or if they leaked it to all of the West so even the general population would know that they are outlaws. Vivian knew that her father wouldn't turn them in, plus she was thinking about staying in the Guest House on their property. It was common for her Mother to rent it out to someone when her father was away, so it wouldn't seem weird if they stayed there. Not like anyone would find out if they were even in her Mansion, since it was deep in the woods of the West on the outskirts of the town, but they could stay there as an added security if the general population knew they were outlaws. But that's only as a last resort, Vivian thought, It would be much safer if we were in the mansion... But if we had to be hidden then the Guest House would be the place to stay. And my father wouldn't mind... But I still wonder of what he will think of Fenris and I... Vivian became worried as she thought about it. She knew her mother would think that the news was fantastic, but her father was a different story. He's just that kind of guy, Vivian thought, I love him dearly, but my father is so unpredictable. Even in battle, he's a wild card... I know he would like it more if Fenris tells it to him, since it would show his authority. He might want to talk to him about it more in private, but that's about all I can really guess about it at this time... Vivian shook the thought off and managed to stay with the matter at hand, which was to keep on moving. |

Had to be protected by the other two during our last fight! Might want to be wary of her too though!" Arumaut had deflected the shockwaves and quickly closed in on Vincent. Sven ran ahead with the first group of soldiers and headed towards the mansion. Vincent turned back just in time to dodge Arumaut's scythe. "It isn't hard to distract you is it? First that girl's shriek and now conversation." Vincent chuckled a little at Arumauts comment. "I know, I guess I'm lucky you're such a sloppy fighter." |

[Talisman] Vincent told Talisman to watch out for Sven and then ran off to fight. Talisman stood with his arms crossed holding his sword backwards in his hand and took in Vincent’s warning of Sven and processed the thought for a few seconds, after awhile Talisman saw Vincent begin to fight. Kota walked a few steps ahead of Talisman and stopped to look back at Talisman. After a few seconds Talisman lowered his arms and spun his sword around in the palm of his hand and held the sword normally. “I wouldn’t have it any other way,†Talisman grinned. “It wouldn’t be any fun if he wasn’t strong. Kota, stay close and cover me, leave the big there for me, that prey is mine.†“You got that look on you again,†muttered Kota. “But, as you said, I wouldn’t have it any other way.†Talisman stood as if he was ready to run toward the enemy as did Kota; he tightened his sash and headband. Talisman took a deep breath and focused his attention at Sven as he pulled his headband down to darkly shade over his eyes. “Shundo’,†said Talisman. Talisman pushed off the ground and suddenly disappeared where he once stood leaving an afterimage and footprints in the snow behind. About halfway from where Talisman once stood and Sven’s location, Talisman had stopped and jumped into the air. “Koku Shundo.†Talisman disappeared in the air and left the same affects as Shundo, only Koku’ Shundo, could only be used in the air. For Talisman to perform both Shundo’s as he did, took no more than a second and a half to do, Talisman only did it so he could get to the enemy a lot quicker than sprinting. Talisman appeared in front of Sven and swung the blade of his sword down with his right arm over Sven. “Nice to meet ya’ big guy,†said Talisman with a serious look on his face. “What kind of fighter might you be?†Kota followed soon after Talisman had left and appeared behind Talisman guarding his back from anyone who was going to attack. -This might get interesting,- thought Kota. –I wonder what Master would do at the sight of seeing Talisman do this? Might not be good for Talisman in the long run.- |

[Wilderness] Their travel had been rather uneventfull so far as most of the bandits around here regocnised the Ravenguard and let them pass wothout a word, because they didn't want to anger The White Wolves. Fenris looked at Vivian who seemed to be lost in thought for a while. Fenris: I was wondering which one of us should tell your parents? I don't know that much about the customs in West so I was hoping you could tell me how we should do it so we could avoid any unpleasantries. He looked at Vivian as he waited for her answer. |
