Since I'm dropping out of my college this quarter, I'm not sure if I can hook up my much faster internet at home, though I should be able to.
Honestly, it's whatever you want, I'm still getting it the day it comes out which is next Tuesday!!!!

P.S. If you saw new footage of Naruto, it LOOKS INSANELY AMAZING!!!!!

The thing with NUNS2 is the price, my dad usually caps the grades rewards at $40 dollars. I don't think he'd let me get it if it was 60, since he was really shifty when it came to $50 dollars. So that pretty much leaves NUNS2 out.

And now my parents aren't letting me get a job. They don't want me asking for much, which I don't, but is it too much to ask to get a job so I don't have to rely on them for everything little thing I buy?

@DA - I just sent it to you through PSN. It says the code expires on September 20, so I'm not sure if it still works since the beta was delayed until October (it was supposed in September but got pushed back, so I assume that they pushed the expiration dates on the code back to October 20 as well).

[@Ray] lol, that demo boss fight is NOTHING compared to what the real game will include!

[@Maiku] Hmm, not sure if I updated the official game thread here or not with new videos.
You can browse around youtube, I already saw 42 of the apparently announced 44 characters in the game,
so 2 characters are either going to be DLC, or special unlocks in the game, not sure...

I just hate how pretty much every boss fight has been spoiled for me, lol,
but the new move system is a TOTALLY improved plus for the game, not to mention the FRIGGIN' AWESOME AWAKENINGS SOME CHARACTERS HAVE!!!!

[@Haseo] Yeah that sucks, I only really say Naruto cause that's really the only game I'm getting.
I never buy games with actual cash, I usually end up trading in other games for in-store credit.
I'll probably do the same for the first Storm game as well, even though it was a good fight, but no point in keeping it, right?

[@Jon] Yeah thanks so much man. I think the beta's out for a month or so, game comes out like next month I think?
I also think they're adding things to the beta so who knows.

@DA - It's no problem, like I said, I doubt that I would get the chance to actually play it anyway, and chances are that if I did it would only be for like 1 night.

I have Atelier Rorona now. It's an okay game so far, but it has a time limit system (which I hate in games) and it seems to move really quickly (I usually lose about 5 days just by going to a dungeon). The combat seems to be utterly worthless as well, since you barely get exp or money from battles.

Valkyria Chronicles 2 on the other hand has completely lost its ****. What little enjoyment I was getting from the plot has just up and left because around the month of August in the game the plot totally falls apart and goes berserk. I won't spoil anything here, but things happen that should not have happened so easily or quickly, characters die for absolutely no reason other than to have a death scene in the game and none of it makes the slightest bit of sense. I still like playing the game, but the plot at this point has become almost unbearable to push through. It feels like a chore to see story scenes play out now.

Castlevania : Lord of Shadows is good. I'll at least give it a 7.9/10 but that's my opinion from playing the demo.

@Jon : Valkyria Chronicles 2 doesn't seem very good from what you're saying. So chances are that I'm not getting it, the anime scenes didn't sit well with me anyways.

@Yuna - The gameplay is great. If you liked the gameplay in VC then VC2 will feel great. They made a lot of improvements, added versus and co-op ability, and (despite the fact that I don't really like 2 of the classes) they have really diversified the classes. I took Marina from being a Scout, to a Sniper, to an Anti-Tank Sniper, which is awesome.

The only bad part about the game is that it lacks all the charm of the first one. The in-game graphics are good, but they aren't the beautiful watercolor graphics from the first (I guess you can blame it on hardware, but that is just more reason for them to have gone back to the PS3). The characters are much more anime cliched now than before. Finally, the plot starts off weak and completely falls apart at the point I am at now. VC didn't have a perfect plot, I loved it but I am well aware that it was rather cliche, but VC2's plot offers little to no surprises or emotional moments. You will pick out a few characters in the cast and stick to them, you will love going through their mini-plots and classmate missions, but those side plots are about the only fun I had with the story.

It is not a bad game, but it in no way measures up to the original in overall enjoyment. The only point I can give to it is that they improved the game aspect of it. VC3 seems like it keeps those enhancements but gives us likable characters and a better story, at least, I hope it does. Overall, I would rate VC2 a 7.5 or 8.

There I go, rambling again. >.> And not making sense.

I got the first ultimate ninja storm and finished it the other day. The fantasy is awesome but what I didn't like was that the story was in missions. There was practically no story development. You only got narrative at the end of each arc. But it was still a bada** game. I've been watching the ninja stories development videos, storm 2 looks like its gonna
be epic

Yeah I saw you playing it the other day online. And yeah, I was kind of disappointed about that too, also no trophy support.
The second game will not only have mission mode and story mode separate, but there's three separate story modes.
Online play, co-op, mission mode, better characters, unlockables all over, the game is gonna be one of the best of the year (from me).

People who are familiar with the series and doesn't get it are missing out hugely.
I've seen so many spoiler videos online though, but regardless I'm still just as excited, if not more.
The only thing that has not been spoiled are the last two characters (out of 44). I know 42 of the 44 characters thus far.

Also the whole new revamped fighting system is gonna be awesome.

I got myself a racing wheel today for the upcoming GT5. I tried it out on the Dirt 2 demo and while it does work well, the steering is a little touchy. It only seems to kick in after you have turned it past a certain point.

Still, I think it will do me fine for GT5. It could just be the way that Dirt 2 handles as opposed to the wheel, or maybe it's because Dirt 2 is a rally game which means it's harder to control by nature.

@Jon: I get what you're saying, But I'll always prefer the first Valkyria Chronicles what attracted me to it was the mood of the game storyline wise, I'm looking foward to VC3 and learning what Squad 7 of the Gallia army thought of the Squad 7 of the militia, seeing as it's during the same time I think?

I just tried the new Sonic the Hedgehog 4 demo and well I have no opinion of it. Kind of stuck between "It's okay' and "Are they freaking serious?! Sega screwed up again" So if you're Sonic fan give it a go.

I just played star wars unleashed 2 demo and oh man it was a major step up from the first, and the first one was pretty awesome. It is even god of war esqe in some ways. I love how take off limbs now too when you use a light saber. Can't wait for it.

EDIT: paid off my reservations on star wars force unleashed 2 and ultimate ninja storm. So I'm definitely getting them both. Il probably get it day after release since I live I a small town

@Yuna - It is set during the same time, but I just read up a bit more on it a little while ago and apparently it isn't Squad 7 of the army. It's a squad in the army made up of, I guess you could say, rabble. The main character is apparently a disgraced army officer for example. They are all assigned numbers instead of names (which was why the main guy in the trailer had a '7' on his uniform). My only hope for VC3 (leaving out the things I mentioned earlier that are basically here to stay) is that they do a better job with the characters and story.

I just finished VC2 and I found it pretty disappointing overall. I already voiced my opinions on it (twice I think), so I won't get in to that. Suffice it to say, the ending is nearly the same as the first game in my opinion and the last boss was pathetically easy. The final battle ended in 2 turns without a single downed (or even injured) unit on my side. As for the ending itself (after the last boss), I thought it was decent by my standards, but it wasn't memorable in the slightest. So, here's hoping that they keep the game play improvements in the next game, but do a better job on the characters and story.

GT5 has apparently been delayed by about 2 weeks, supposedly anyway, so I should have a bit more time to finish Atelier Rorona now. I was thinking of getting Star Wars: Force Unleashed 2, but I'm still on the fence about that. I may just pick it up after Christmas because I was thinking of getting a figurine ordered in this payday, but who knows, I am impulsive. I really should be saving my money though. >.>

I don't think I'll be getting NSUNS2 until Christmas time, same goes for Black Ops (if my parents even let me get it).

However, I AM getting Sengoku Basara on Friday, and I'm pumped for it. This is the game that actual set me off on getting a PS3. The gameplay looks sick (although there's still moves that I still don't know how to pull off even from playing the demo). You guys should try the demo out yourselves, it's a great game.
