:D Thanks for cheering me up guys I really needed that. Sorry for feeling all down. @ich Thanx tutorials do help and I like to follow them whenever I feel the need to try something new. I'll look forward to your tutorial, I bet it will help me quite a bit. :D Your other tutorial was pretty informative and I like it a lot. *hugs back* @renma I'm glad that you won fair and square. I really don't know if I found my own style as of yet but thank you for the encouragement I really appreciate it. :D I don't know but maybe simple is the way to go, and I tend to make avatar for people new to gendou or just for a simple request.  |

Hey everyone! I have an idea. At the end of the year, or a really big holiday, we could try a signature contest. Now don't nag at me, I know this is the ama and not the sma, but I though if we needed some type of huge contest or something, that would work :3 Just an idea. @rin & Renma GREAT JOB!!! @renma nyahah!! well thats enough ^^ congratz again ^^ @Freya thats ok o^^o as long as you practice your skill, your going to develop more and I can guarantee that one xP btw are you using Photoshop CS2?? nice idea but I think rather than just doing a sig, lets make it a set?? mostly makers, or other gendounians mostly changed as "sets" [AVY] + [SIG] combo i think this would be interesting ^^ btw Im one of those person who change as sets xP

@ich Yea I do use PS2 to make avatars. I used to animated with ImageReady until I saw your tutorial and realized that I can animated in Photoshop without using ImageReady. :D I'll be sure to keep on practicing and developing my skills and try to get better with time. :D |

when is the next competition? lolz I might join for fun~ xD I want to help handle the next competition but I'm pretty busy and I rarely check this lolz. So maybe I'll handle 1 on summer. edit: @clyde below me: everyone that make animated avyz use imageready since thats the only way we can make it into gif XP But most likely PS works for everything~ IR is just for saving, and IR we can always use it when PS might die for some people like mine before. xD |

@inx sowee bhebhe >,< but if you want i'll finish it?? just let me know so that the award wont be double xP btw good job ^^ "Otsukare sama deshita!!" ãŠç–²ã‚Œæ§˜ã§ã—ãŸï¼ï¼ @Freya wow nice!! with that I can teach you more ^^ and keep it up!! lol im not the next organizer ^^; ask Inx for the next organizer xP and the next organizer shall decide whether he/she will approve the [AVY]+[SIG] Event xP but this will be sure interesting!! xP its not bad to use IR actually but the thing is that IR is hard to handle compare to PS..and also its hard to edit in IR >,< so tats why I focused much on CS2 xP and also guys here some tips that I had recently develop, TIPS: For Scrolling Image [NO IMAGE AVAILABLE] If your animating using 1 image and scrolling it to view the whole pic, the best thing to do first is to edit the main image. Crop the main image then erase the BG so that the file size will be smaller. Remember that big dimension affects the size of the avy especially with 20+ frames. Now the point here is to multiply the movements of frames to various positions using the main image only. When tweening, 3-5 frames are mostly used but the truth is that, if possible 10-20 frames are better dependind on the movement of your animation. From smooth to stiff. Smooth = 15+ frames Stiff = 5- frames since you erase the BG, you must design your new BG. This will improve your idea on how you must work with colors since the BG will affect the color of the text and the main image as well ^^ hope this help xP
