Finland. You know, the little country between Sweden and Russia? With the smartest students in the world? (Seriously, go look at the PISA study - you'll see we're on top of the list. 8D) And no, we don't have polar bears, wolves and reindeers on the streets, live in igloos or have snow all year long.
