I'll ressurect this thread. Nah, I'll just give my reply. At first I love Pokemon and I hated digimon because I thought it's a ripoff. I'm a Pokemon addict when I was in the 2nd Grade, and I mock digimons all the time. When I reached 5th grade I lost in touch in pokemon and became a digimon addict even now (nickname? Avatar? familiar?) Actually, Digimon came first than Pokemon, but only in the pocket games like Tomagochi, etc, Pokemon just aired in tv first than digimon. Note: DIGIMON IS NOT A RIPOFF, neither is Pokemon! it came FIRST than Pokemon. Pokemon only aired first than digimons in televisions, it's only coinicidental that the two are partly similar.  |

1. pokemon 2. digimon (except for the whole of the 4th season it was screwy) 3. pokemon 4. pokemon 5. both years ago this whole list would've been digimon but then came digimon04 and it messed up the whole thing (i mean tuning into digimon, what were they thinking) also how can u compare pikachu with raremon seriously he smells and ugly i also hated matt and sora and ken when he wasnt evil and all the guys in 04 except the fat 1 and the little guy i liked evil ken and henry and joe and izzy though ^^ the pokemon games are cool the pokemon songs are better in season 1 digimon the song had like 11 different words in it

Pokemon, though it is about to release ANOTHER SERIES. This "sorta anime" can join with InuYasha and Detective Conan! My fave pokemon is Mewtwo because he's original and he's uncatchable (even though I caught him in other games and such) and he's unbeatable. And I love the whole them of Mewtwo. Mew is also cool!

The Pokemon movies were actually in good quality. They followed of the regular series and I enjoyed the fun action. I also LOVE the beginning movie. I think it's called "A Pikachu Movie". That's when it's only the pokemon having fun, and having little adventures and such. I think it was the one in Mewtwo Strikes Back or something, when Charizard got his head stuck in that well or some sort and a whole lotta pokemon helped get him out. p.s. Char' cried when he was in there as well...such a sensative pokemon, XD. Digimon is also fun though every single monster ends with -mon I think. LOL!!

Both are okay, but I'm done watching those kind of anime..^^; Digimon has better story, but Pokemon has PIKACHU!!!! Kawaii Pikachu. ^^ I still have a little stuffed animal from kindergarten! O_o |

when it comes to the strength, digimon is one of it but for the other one is some cuteness, it's for the pokemon, but i both like them when im a 10yr old kid back then even now but i dont watch any of the two now

I'll say pokiemon LOL.. with digimon I couldn't get the story cuz I didnt get to watch it much I liked pokemon backed when it was a craze but now it's like that old GI Joe action figue you put away realizeing there isnt a knife weilding clown in the closet. ( BTW I literally belived this back then)   |

| well i have to say having watched both each has its high points in each catagorie leadership goes to digimon hands down because you can tell who's the boss of the groups. adventure both have it and yeah cuteness well I gotta say pokemon cause you just get some strange lookin digimon other two equal |

I dunno Digimon and Pokemon got teamwork and Leadership and the cute part is Pokemon becuess Digimon only cute in there basic Form as for Pokemon the Evolve the get cuter or they still cute Techniques hmm gunna have to say Digimon is got em Adventures probly be Pokemon cuess the series is still not over! lol and storyline hmm just about the same but choice Id say Pokemon cuess there still not done yet but Digimon looks might have won this looks evan to me after they were made just about the same time they sound alike Poke'mon and Digimon. no further comment |
