| i love japanese school uniforms. its something i've never personally experienced or seen with my own eyes besides movies and dramas. to me its always been imaginary, like its only in anime and stuff. i mean who wears school uniforms in la and that's where i live |

| First post on here! I love teh japanese school uniforms, they are soooo kirei! I am in Australia *waves* and my uniform has a japanese-esque type of bluse collar and skirt. I must say I look damn fine in it! XD XD XD! |

They change everywhere. Where I am, the school I attend has a more western style uniform, although the girls still have private competitions to see who can wear their skirts the shortest. LOL. Coming up to winter, it is very funny on the windy days. The thing is that whilst the girls do things like that and try to look suggestive, they are soooooooo innocent. It's only when you start getting to koutougakkou ni-nen-sei girls that it gets a bit more frivolous. But cute, definitely cute. UncleChan |

I think they totally rock and I'd love to have one/wear one... although it depends from which school/area you're talking about because every where you go in Japan the uniforms are different. Some have longer skirts then others or as you grow older or head up to the high schools they tend to checnge, but over all in general they rock... (I esepecially like the one's from CCS they're so KAWAII!)

Trivia: japanese school uniforms are designed as sailor-type. The title for sailormoon came from these (girls with magical power in a costume of a uniform.) >we wear japanese summer design uniform in our school the differences only is our skirt is very long and we dont wear another pair of uni. for winter coz we dont have winter..oh! how i loved to get a chance to wear it!!!!KAWAII >the design for the uni. classified how rich the student's school, they even hired top fashion designers just to make one uni. >Is the jap. for jap. uni. is Seifuku???? if im wrong tell me onegai!!

In taiwan, they force students in junior high and some senior highs to wear uniforms, and they're usually very uncomfortable and look like crap. I've always discussed about getting an anime fashion designer to come in and design a set of comfortable and attractive uniform for schools, i've sent my request, but no school has answered. Most of the uniforms would look like crap in real life though, the skirts won't hold upright, the shirts will crumble and the bow ties won't stay up. I've made a set of Air uniform before, but to make the skirts into that angle I needed to implant wires into it.

Roy Mustangs dream come true, hah...mini skirts....well personally I think its pretty awkward for girls and very stylish for the guys...I mean the girls have trouble all the time! Sheesh!   |

I love Japanese school uniforms! Not because of the mini skirts or something but its the cuteness! I like azumanga daioh and school rumble. The colours are nice. But theres a problem for the little plump girls.. KUROSAKI [ ICHIGO ]
