@Riiko-san: Ummm better we get everything prepared before we open the resto ^^ maybe you should put the opening date at the title (example: Gendou's Restaurant.. Will be opened in a week) ^^ coz i think it's good for our publicity and.. i think it's better if we have grand opening party.. no need to hurry ^^ and Riiko-san,, may I know this resto's menu.. please send it to me through PM.. In relation with the plan to have a co-operation with the cafe ^^

@Riiko: yea I agree with DN, put a link to the restaurant in your siggy.. About the menu and pics: it's a good idea to put small pics beside the name of the food/beverage, but as we grow bigger it's gonna occupy a lot of space, so might as well just put the links for the pics too. ^.^ When they order, you can also give them the link..like what DN said. :] *looks at melon bread* mmmmm.....@__@ I think its better to post all info (opening date, menu, recipes, links, etc.) in your first post too. Phew...wow we need to work hard.. ^.^ Ganbatte minna!    |

Hmmm.. grand opening party.. we need to get prepared ^^ decorations.. lots of foods and drinks.. turkey ^^ fireworks... how about mask party >.< ahh.. forget it ~_~' ummm... dance ^^

*Enters kitchen and looks at other staff* "Ok hi everybody. Since we have the grand opening about to take place I figured we go a little off menu and make sure we have five items. We do two finger food. Two main dishes. Then finish things off a sweets table to end sweets table. We will use two of the menu dishes just so people can get an idea of what we do on the norm. I know Evan is the head chef however when the sun goes this place is mine. For finger foods I was thinking spicky fried chicked over white rice and dirty fries. Then for the other finger food we will do sushi. I want to have ready eal, tunna, and lets do shrimp rolls as well. For the main course lets do the lasugana and my specialilty chicken la greco italino. For the sweet part of the evening lets do the chocalate cake but also lets do a nice white and dark chocalte fountin with fruit, pretzels, and grahm crakers for dipping; oh yeah have marsh mallows. Smores are always a favorite." *Walking though the kitichen Damon grabbed all the ingreditens he would need for his dinner. Afte grabbing them he placed them on a table as he prepared to show the rest of the staff how do his own recepies.* "Ok we know how to do rice. So lets do the Chicken and fries." *Takes the chicken breast and cuts them into strips. Then dips them into a special herb and spices before throwing them into the frier.* "Now what makes them spicy is the jerk spices along with the red pepper thrown into the mix. The chicken by itself is to spicy though and not good." *Takes out chicken and puts to side. Then he cuts poatatos and slices them into nice circles. Dips in the spice bowl and throws them in the same fryer* "Now what makes these dirty if you haven't figured out yet is the fact that they are coated in what coats the chicken and then fried in the same oil.* *Cooks rice with spice that cool and mellow out flavor and then finally plates the dish* "Now this has to go just like this. Put the fries on the plate, then the rice and finally the chicken on top." *grabs first one and eats it. Then passes the plat around to the staff.* "With out the rice to help mellow out hte flavor and the fries naturall taste this dish would be all heat and no spice. Now make this dish as well as the sushi and prepare the lasugna. One we have enough of that ready we will move to my next special dish the chicken greco italino. Remeber just because this is test run dosen't mean we can slack off. I want this to work good and then we will be able to knock them dead in one week." *Damon went to work with the rest of the staff preparing for the opening.  |

Nice job Damon.. ^.^ Your recipe looks delicious.. mmm >.< Alright let's do our best to prepare in one week! @All the Chefs: Prepare your specialty! :D More ideas are welcome. this is making me hungry.. ~_~' ..xD and the breakfast menu looks good.. ^-^ |
