@ everyone - sorry, really, my router decided it was going to die, and took the net connection with it, so I've been internet-less for the last few weeks...then finals. Anyways, i've read what ive missed and thanks to where I left off I can get back in pretty easy... Aeon | Village outskirts -What Aeon was doing during the battle- Aeon had lost Vincent and Aoko a while ago when he was trying to get the spirit stone to work again. In order to pick it up he had to cancel some magic that was protecting it, and in doing that, he caused the stone to stop working. Deciding it was in his best interest to find the others, he gave his full attention to finding a way to fix the spirit stone. Of course, the large amount of magic produced from the nearby battle distracted him, and he went to take a look. When Aeon arrived at the battlefield, all that was left was his fellow graduates, with what appeared to be yet another newcomer. "They sure like the extras" Aeon sighed to himself as he walked towards the group. "Yo!" he yelled as he walked up to them, "looks like I missed the excitement" he said when he got closer, as he glanced around the group. "Sorry I couldn't have arrived sooner, I was having some issues with this" he said, producing the now useless spirit stone, "but hopefully we can find Anke without it". After informing the others about the stone, he walked over to Vincent. "You, injured? Can't say I saw that one coming. How'd it happen" Aeon questioned. |

Anke "Aeon, I'm right here, I just took on a different body for the time being... You know a body transfer spell..." Anke smiled at him and then turned back to Vincent having not yet gotten the answer she wanted from him, but now she had a chance to offer Vincent another alternative to walking on his own... "You know Vincent, you could lean on Aeon since he is closer to your height... and you're uncomfortable with leaning on me..."  |

OOC: i don't know when exactly, but sometime this week my computer's going to get fixed and i won't be able to post for a few days... [Vivian][Village Outskirts] As Fenris ordered the Stormcaller Army out and Aeon returned to their group, Vivian was still being carried by Fenris. I really don't like being carried, Vivian thought, I mean, I am being carried by Fenris and all, but it just makes me feel like I'm missing out on everything... She sighed, and then turned to Aeon. "Well, it's good to have you back with us." Vivian said. She meant it too. One more person to help out when a crisis arises, Vivian thought, That will certainly help out. Vivian was thinking about how useful Aeon would be in battle when another thought came to her. A big group means that it would be easier to spot us, she thought, Come to think of it, the last few groups to attack us all had five members at most. The one that just attacked us only had three... Having a large group like this can be good, but then again it can make it easier to spot us, and thus more vulnerable to attack... Plus, it's even easier to find us if some of us are being carried around like I am... Vivian sighed. I guess I should tell them this... Vivian thought. She cleared her throat before she started telling them. "An idea just came to me," Vivian said, "That having a group this large can hurt us instead of help us. Think about it, if we have a large group, it's easier to spot us, and it leaves us more vulnerable as well. I mean, in most cases it's good for battle, but when you add the element of surprise, it's not so good. And, if you haven't noticed, our attackers have been coming at us in small groups..." Vivian didn't know how to continue what she was trying to say, so she just stopped there and waited to see what they would say on the matter.  |

@Toyumi - Understood. I don't think this RP will move that fast, there's usually only 2 or 3 posts a day, if that. @king - No problem. I figured you just lost interest. [Village Outskirts] Vincent smiled and shook his head a little. "Just forget I said anything, you're thinking too much in to things." He made his way over to Anke and leaned against her, still holding his stomach gently. Aeon had caught up with the group, it didn't look like Aoko would be returning to her previous form any time soon and Vivian was mentioning something about splitting up. "Is that really such a great idea, considering the shape that three of us are in?"    |

Anke Vincent smiled at her and shook his head a little. "Just forget I said anything, you're thinking too much in to things." Anke smiled at the thought of winning over his stubbornness and allowed him to lean on her. She allowed him to find a some-what more comfortable position and didn't mind the extra weight, though she would probably get tired after a while... That could be remedied by channeling some of her magic into her muscles. Vivian had mentioned something about splitting up, and Vincent had protested. Anke had to say she agreed with Vincent on this one, though normally Vivian has excellent ideas this one could not have been her best. "I don't think it's a very good idea either, I mean once we split up it is hard to find one another again, and that wastes precious time. If we stick together we may be easier to spot, but the more eyes we have on our side the easier it would be to spot and fend of any potential attackers." |

@ Jon- well the computer's been fixed (the appointment happened to be the other day), and it went faster than i thought it would. [Vivian][Village Outskirts] After hearing her friends protest, she sighed. I didn't mean spilting up to the other side of the world, Vivian thought, Guess I have to explain it a bit more. "Well, I don't mean like going in two totally different directions," Vivian said, "What I mean is that one group should go out in front of the other on the road, just in case if someone is going after us, we don't look like we are together. It might fool our attackers to a certain extent. The group ahead would still be in the eyesight of the group behind, so the group ahead will have back up in that respect. And if the group behind gets in trouble, they can just shout and stuff like that. Or, if they are somehow silenced, they can use a spirit stone to warn the group ahead." |

@Anke - Understood then. [Village Outskirts - House] Vincent merely shrugged and replied, "As long as it gets us moving quicker, then I'll go along with whatever you want." Vincent didn't feel like debating their course of action. He never really had a problem with Vivian's plans, but he would prefer to go about his own strategic thinking as opposed to that of another persons. Having her planning things kept the group moving more quickly however, so it was better for him not to go questioning things too much. He shifted his eyes down to Anke briefly, whom he was leaning on. She seemed stronger than usual, although the thought remained in his mind that her current body was that of a deceased ancestor. 'It's like she's finding new ways to creep me out each and every day with magic. I have never regretted learning the small amount I know, until I met up with her and Vivian. Still, I must admit that it is nice not having to see my insides every time I look down. He sighed a bit and smiled, closing his eyes. 'On the other hand, I was hoping that my first show of combat ability in front of her would ended on a slightly more impressive note.' |

Aeon Aeon walked silently listening to the welcomes from Vivian, then the suggestion that the should split up. "That's not a good idea" Aeon thought "A strong enough barrier could seperate us long enough to do serious damage." He glanced around at the numerous injured in the group. "Well, it could be fun though" he said quietly and laughed to himself. After all, the whole point of him travelling with them was to fight, and he had missed a lot of that. "So where exactly are we headed?" he asked anyone in earshot, "and how many are injured? It seem's like only Anke and myself are fully combat ready, and that's assuming Anke's body transfer ability allows her full use of her powers." |

[Road - Just Outside the Village] Fenris: I have to agree with the others Vivian, splitting up right now might end up really badly. He felt Vivian wrigling around in his arms. He smiled as he could guess why she did that. Fenris: And as for your question Aeon, I think that the only one fully ready for combat is you. Vincent is injured, me and Vivian are quite exhausted and I think Anke has used quite a bit of her power already. And right now we are heading for the Stormcaller Mansion, where we should have plenty of time to recover and plam pur next move. He let Vivian down on her own feet. Fenris: Hold still for a moment please Vivian. He placed his hand on her back and transferred some of his stamina to her. This was the primary energy transferring skill that the members of Wolf Guard possessed, it allowed the spellcasters who had used up their energy to move to safer location on their own, leaving the Wolf Guard free to deal with any pursuers and such. Fenris: There, you should be able to walk on your own now. He smiled and searched for her hand, after a moment he found it. Fenris: So shall we continue onward?   |

OOC: @ Anke- Alright, fine by me. Although this rp has been going slow lately... (or is it just me?) [Vivian][Village Outskirts] The others disagreed with her idea, and Aeon did bring up a good point to her as well with the barrier part. So she put it off. Maybe for a time when we're all in good shape, she thought. After Fenris was finished talking to Aeon, he put her down. "Hold still for a moment please Vivian." Fenris said. At this point, it was hard for Vivian just to stay up, so she tried her best not to fall down. He put his hand on her back, and as he did so she felt energy coming back into her. Not much, but she felt better than she had before. "There," Fenris said, "You should be able to walk on your own now. So shall we continue onward?" Vivian looked up at him and smiled back, and she kept a firm grip on his hand as well. "Yeah," Vivian said, "Let's move on out. As for the separation thing... It's not a good idea at the moment. When we're all rested up, then it might be an idea to consider..." She waved her free hand as to push the idea away. "Forget about it," Vivian said, "Concentrate on walking for now. Let's get moving." Vivian started to walk forward with Fenris, taking her time so the others could follow her lead. I've never been much of a leader, Vivian thought, But desperate times call for desperate measures, I guess. |

[An ability, rarely ever seen, at which its user can move a ridiculous high speeds, leaving after images. Mastered only by a handful of people. Mostly of the Shinmei School. Style controlled through Chi.] A style used in three stages, 1st is Shundo‘, usually ranging from three to seven meters, range can be pushed farther through brutal training. 2nd is Koku’ Shundo’, similar to the first stage, with no limitations in range, but can only be used in midair. 3rd is Mukyo’, same to its brother, Shundo’, Mukyo’’s range is far more powerful than that of Shundo’’s, usually ranging to high minimum of 750 meters. Highest distant ever performed is 1609.34400 meters, 1 mile. -Lightening based -Shadow/ Dark based -Magia Erebea: A dark forbidden spell. A spell where the caster takes the attack magic aimed at his enemy (or at him) and instead takes it into himself, fusing it with his spirit. The caster lets it eat at his flesh and soul, but in exchange it gives him twice the power of a normal person – an insane technique. The spell also allows the user to also discharge the spell he had fused with and use it at his targets. This can only be learned from a scroll. Using the spell for long periods of time continues to let the spell eat away at him. Also if the user is too compatible with darkness, the spell becomes risky to use, meaning darkness has nested deep down in the users heart, in his first memory. The spiral markings on the users’ lower arms are a sign that the person has fully learned the spell, by using the spell multiple times in a short period of time the markings slowly grow, risking the chance of being completely consumed by darkness. Personality: Calm, Quiet, Intelligent, Rarely kind, Collected, Very harsh when something triggers a memory, somewhat emotionless, Stubborn, Strong-willed, and very tactical. Picture/Description:  Usually whereing a black sash tied to the left side of his belt and a black headband pulled down a bit putting a dark shadow over his eyes so no one can see them and to cover his ears both with the Dog Tribe symbol marked as an outcast and black gloves. Also whereing a black cape with a hood marked with the military crest on the left shoulder, to hide his tail. Throwing knives strapped to both of his thighs, back of his belt, and behind his shoulders (has a holster rig for the whole thing) and carrying a satchel bag over his cape. Usually seen carrying his sword “Yunagi†in his left hand or in its bag being carried behind his right shoulder. (Lower arms are usually bandaged up.) Bio: Left in the forest of a hollow tree when he was just an infant, and was found by a passing group of Swordsmen of the Shinmei School. Shocked to see he had the ears and tail of a dog, they brought him to the dog tribe to bring him to his family. No one had claimed him to be their child, and the dog tribe had said he is to be an outcast. One of the masters of the Shinmei School did not like the decision made upon him and decided to take him in as her own and was his master. When he started walking his master saw potential in him and decided to train him to be a Shinmei Swordsman at his young age. He mastered techniques quicker than most of the students and manage to hold up to the challenges the masters had set for him at the age of five. When he turned eight they then decided to put him in classes with other students, during a sparring session on his second day he was pushed to his limit and turned into his beast form temporarily, the set actions scared the other students. They then resented him. Three years later, he could decide when and when not to change without struggle, but that was the only thing that managed to change for him; the other students still hated him. He went to the dog tribe to try and find out why he wasn’t with the tribe. They had told him he was an outcast and had giving him a black sash and a bandana with the tribes logo, only the ones he received had a red line marked across the symbol marking him as an outcast. Weeks later after meeting the tribe, one day after his training, his master had introduced him to a girl. Talisman had figured his form would scare and make her hate him. His thought had been wrong. Not soon after that meeting they became good friends. Three years went by and they became close, they had both fallen for each other, months later she had left. Another year went by and Talisman soon finds out that he has no memory of when he and her were ever together, only the memory of when they met and glimpses of seeing her in school. It was all gone. Months later after finding out about his missing memory, he had someway found fragments of his memory with the girl. After going over his fragments, he decided to try and find a way to recover the rest of it. He then joined the military knowing they have archives after archives of information on memory spells only accessible to special military officers. He graduated at the top of his class because of having the ears and tail of a dog give him the senses of one and his stealth abilities,and was qualified to join despite his age. They let him join because of his high marks and put him as a special op. As the years past, Talisman and Kota trained like crazy in hopes of being the guardians of their home, to do this, Kota struggled to master Shinmei’s Hypnotism style. With Talisman working in the frontlines, Kota would provide support from a distance. When Talisman lost his memory, Kota decided to join Talisman with his mission and help him regain his lost memories of Yuri. Since they left their home of Shinmei, Kota and Talisman both joined the Special Forces for the military. Being Black Ops, they had access to archives of forbidden magic spells, but even then they had limitations to how far they could go into, for the reason the military had kept secrets from the rest of the world. Taliman turned to his partner seeing if he had anything to add. His partner said nothing. "Well your right there. Really is nothin' more to add is there, Kota?" he said. "They've also said some things I can use to my atvantage. And the little girl there is a new add. Tho I suspect the other girl there with the dark hair to be Anke of the Faustus family. Hmph, easy to see through that spell, and I have just the thing to nullify it making it a corps again." Talisman sighed as he rubbed his foehead. He then sat down on the branch he was standing on. "Sigh, I need a drink", he said. "Now that I'm a Lieutenant Colonel, I still get these pathetic missions. Hmph,I guess it's somewhat worth it if I get more access to the archives and some more medical supplies." Talisman stared into the sky. -Just alittle more, I just need to hold out alittle longer.- he thought. "Indeed so Talis", his partner said. "Hmph now you talk, Kota", Talisman said.    |

Well I have internet so I'll be able to stay caught up!!! @ Toyumi - yeah it's moving kinda slow, but it's still going which is good because secrets of the crafted started at the same time and that died lol!!! Anke moved her hand up to rest on his shoulder tossing her long, newly black hair, over her shoulder. She looked up at him and smiled. "You're so strong, you're barely even leaning on me, and you were just wounded!" she told him. She beamed up at him, "I feel bad for making everyone look after me, because I'm so weak." she whispered absently so the others couldn't hear her. Just Vincent if he was only listening. Vivian was walking again and the group began to make some progress. |

@Toyumi - It's mostly just slow. king doesn't really get on much, and I think we're in the middle of a vacation period for most people. I need to pick things up a bit, as I have just been hoping that Kenji would show back up eventually. @Inugami - As the current person running this RP, it's fine by me for you to join. [Village Outskirts - House] Vincent lowered his head a bit to Anke's ear. "You are far too hard on yourself, you know that? Try having a bit of faith in yourself once and a while. After all, you don't have a scratch on you, stopped that big guy long enough for Vivian and Fenris to get a solid hit and prevented my guts from spilling out after I went and got myself cut up." He reached up and patted her on the head gently. "So who looked after who during that little skirmish?" He raised his voice from the whisper he was using to speak to Anke, to a more natural level. "As for the me being strong part, the only reason you aren't currently carrying my mangled body out of here is because my legs didn't get torn up. I wouldn't consider that strength so much as luck." |

Aeon "Stormcaller mansion, huh" Aeon said. He sighed. A place with a large amount of people, a large amount of potentially strong people and a large amount of people who could potentially recognize him. Well, not that those would be issues anyways, his travelling companions would prevent any problems from arising. As he started to pick up the pace he heard Vincent say "As for the me being strong part, the only reason you aren't currently carrying my mangled body out of here is because my legs didn't get torn up. I wouldn't consider that strength so much as luck." "Luck is a strength, to an extent" Aeon said to Vincent, "you need luck to survive to get stronger in battles." He paused before continuing "though I don't know if getting injured the first time you try to attack would be lucky" Aeon teased, "maybe you should hang back from now on, just in case". He grinned at Vincent before walking a bit a head of them. "Oh" he said to both Vincent and Anke, this time seriously, "if someone does attack us, stay behind me. My barrier will protect you from any ranged attacks, and you can watch my back in case anyone gets too close." |

She still thought she was holding the group back some, but she guessed that she should hide her fears of that from now on. "So who looked after who during that little skirmish?" he continued and Anke smiled thinking back to the conversation they had, had when she first drafted Vincent into the group. Though it had really been Vivian's work Anke had kinda given him no choice. Which is what she was good at doing. Vincent leaned back taking his head away from hers. "As for the me being strong part, the only reason you aren't currently carrying my mangled body out of here is because my legs didn't get torn up. I wouldn't consider that strength so much as luck." Aeon had heard the last part of their conversation and decided to interject, asking them to watch his back next time so he could put up a barrier and prevent something like this from happening again. When he walked ahead of them again she looked up at Vincent and smiled. "Fine, if you're aren't strong, and Aeon says you're not lucky, then what are you? Personally, I think you're just dedicated to keeping your promises. You promised to protect me and Vivian, and you've done a fine job! That is a strength." |

[Forest Outside Village] [In Tall Tree] "Your work in setting up the tags an' camoflageing them is very impresive, Kota" said Talisman. " We now can hear everything they're sayin'. Good work." "Thank you, Talis" Kota said. "But it was your work on the tags that made them effective. And the spell you put on them so they can blend with their suroundings." Talisman took out a card with a magic circle on it and placed it on the side of his head. "Kota," said Talisman closing his eyes. "The credit belongs to you for hiding them so well. The spell I put on them isn't all that good. Plus the way you hid em' makes it imposible to find by anyone other than yourself. So shut it and take the credit for somethin' thats very useful to us." "Hmph, I guess your right, Talis" Kota said bowing his head. "As your servant, I will continue to as useful as I can." "Kota" Talisman said in a stern voice, turning to Kota. "Your doin' it again. We've been working together for years, and thats still a bad habit of yours. You are my partner, and a most reliable one at that. He focused his eyes on Anke and Vincent. Vincent had patted Anke's head, Ankes face had turned red. "Hm? Whats this?" said Talisman. "The girls face is turnin' red. She sick or somethin'?" Kota sat up and looked over Talisman's shoulder and through the circle in his hand. -That expretion is called blushing.- Kota thought. -You can be so dence somethimes old friend.- |

[Vivian][Outside of Village] As Vivian walked, she would have loved to join in on the conversation that Vincent, Anke, and Aeon were having behind her. But I don't want to waste the energy Fenris gave me on something like that, She thought, Like I said earlier, concentrate on walking. Their small group walked on, and she could see something that looked like a large house in the distance. The mansion? She thought, That has to be it. We've been walking for a bit now, although it looks like we have a bit more to go until we finally reach it. "Hey, guys," Vivian said as she pointed to the mansion she noticed, "I think I see the mansion in the distance." She wanted one of them to help her confirm this, even though she was pretty sure that it was the correct mansion, she could be wrong. There seem to be many large houses and mansions in the North from what I've seen, Vivian thought. |

[Nearing the Mansion] Fenris had been walking silently he felt a sliver of magic directed against them, it seemed too weak to be clairvoyancy, but you could never be sure. He ignored it as he felt the magic radiating from the Mansion. Within the Mansion he knew there was great collections of magical arms and armor and also considerable amount of magically talented people. Brought together they made the Mansion immune to magical scrying, as the raw energy leaked by the objects and people would sever all those connections approaching the Mansion, the sole exception being the Spirit Stones. Vivian: "Hey, guys, I think I see the mansion in the distance." Fenris put his hand on his forehead and peered ahead as if trying to see something in the distance. Fenris: Really? I don't see anything, you sure you ain't imagining it? He stopped walking and let the rest of the group catch up with them. Fenris: Well we are going to arrive soon it seems, once we arrive I think I'll ask Ranek to put a hold on the feast. I think we all would like some rest now. I think the Southern Rooms are fine for us, they are basically series of rooms on the southern side of the Mansion linked by one large central room, the small feast hall, healers and the showers are near those rooms so it should be ideal for us. I visited her once during my training at the Fang, if you're wondering how I know these things. |

Aeon Aeon was focusing on the large amount of magic energy ahead of them when Fenris and Vivian stopped walking. Then Fenris informed everyone that they were nearing the stormcaller mansion. "Great" Aeon thought, "I was right about that mess of magic being the mansion". "So those southern rooms you mentioned, are they somewhat seperate from the rest of the mansion?" Aeon asked Fenris, hoping that it would be the case. |
