@Toyumi-Thank you Toyumi my friend. Once I finish one chapter, then I'll paste all of it in one page. I'll continue where I left off. While Yuka is eating her dinner in the cafe, an announcer said, 'We are very sorry for all passengers for waiting. All flights are now running'. Yuka thought to herself while eating, 'Oh good! I can go to Japan after all'. However, she has to wait for her flight for another 20 minutes. 10 minutes later, Yuka has finished eating her dinner. She is now looking for a seat to sit. After 5 minutes, an announcer said, 'Flight to Fukuoka, Japan, go to Gate 17 please in a couple of minutes time'. 2 minutes later, Yuka walked to Gate 17 as quickly as possible to go to the front of line. When she arrived, there are no one in the line. Yuka was shocked that there wasn't a single person in the line. As she wait outside the door, more than 300 people arrived and waited behind her. Everyone in the line are waiting for the door to open for 2 minutes. For the first 2 minutes, they all were waiting patiently, but it was more than 2 minutes. Everyone especially Yuka became very impatient. After 5 minutes, one of the staff finally opened the doors and apologize for taking long. After that, everyone rushed to go to the waiting area after passport checking. After 20 minutes, everyone was exhausted after that. |

@ All: Alright, here’s a part of a story I made recently. I plan on having this story come in short segments, and totally there will be about 5 to 8 parts to it. I also tried experimenting with genres, so this story is… Historical Fiction. I got inspiration for it after learning of tunnels under Rome that were ancient burial sites, and I read a book that said Jews in WWII fled to the underground. Whether this is true or not I have no idea, but I thought it was a good idea for a story, and thus this tale was born. Part 1 My heart was beating fast, I wanted to stop and catch my breath, and I felt like I could trip at any moment. Yet, I kept on running, keeping a hold of my little sister’s hand and dragging her along, forcing her to run as well. We were being chased. And the people chasing, they wanted our lives. Why? Because we’re Jews, the ones who have caused all the trouble in Europe. Apparently, that’s the case. I pushed open the door to a bar, and once inside, picked up my little sister and started making our way to the back of the bar, pushing through the large crowd of people that had come to listen to the radio there. I did have to admit, it was a nice radio. Brand new, a top notch model. And it had a good set of speakers on it as well, they were big and loud enough for anyone in the bar to clearly hear whatever was being broadcasted. I overheard it, some broadcast about the war was on. Apparently, the Allies were making advances in Northern Africa. Listening to the war wasn’t my type of thing, plus I had more pressing matters at hand, so I continued pushing my way through the crowd. Once I was at the back of the bar, I opened a door labeled “Employees Onlyâ€, and made my way down a set of stairs, down to the wine cellar of the bar. Looking around to make sure no one else was down here, I put my little sister down and made my way to the wall farthest from us in the basement. “Mariella, follow me.†I said quickly and quietly. One I was at the farthest wall, I squatted down and started to run my hands against the wall. Where is that door? I thought, It has to be here somewhere. “But Catarina,†Mariella whined, “Where are we going? Why are we in the basement of a bar? And what happened to Mama and Papa and Georgio? Why aren’t they with us? And-†Before she could finish I quickly placed my hand over her mouth. “Quiet.†I told her in a stern voice, “I’ll answer all of your questions when it’s safe. Because it’s not safe now.†She nodded, and I took my hand away and continued searching for the door. I only hoped she didn’t see the tears that were starting to form in my eyes. It took about ten minutes for me to find the door, due to it being hid behind two empty boxes. Thank goodness they weren’t full, I thought as I pushed the second box aside, Or else I might not have been able to push them, due to my lack of proper nutrition lately. Once the boxes were out of the way, I slowly opening the small door. It was very small, only about waist high, and it dropped down a bit to make room for a 5 foot tall hallway. I first went through the doorway, dropping down into the darkness. Thankfully, I managed to keep the small door opened, but in the process of doing so I hurt my shoulder. Mariella was a bout to go through, but I quickly pointed to the other wall. “The boxes.†I said, and following my orders she managed to push both of the boxes in front of the doorway, and jumped down into my arms. The door slowly creaked shut, and I gave it an extra nudge with my good shoulder to make sure it was shut. “No more going back,†I said, “That was a one way door. No way back up to the above ground, at least not for awhile. Mariella, welcome to underground Rome. We’re going to live down here for awhile. And I’ll be honest with you, it might even be years until we can live in the true Rome again. Now follow me deeper into the catacombs, from what I heard there’s a small community living down here.†I let Mariella down, and held her hand as we traveled down the hallway. This hallway was just the right size for Mariella, with her being only five years old, but for a 17 year old like myself, I had to duck in order to make it through. We traveled down into the Catacombs of Rome, further and further into the darkness. Further and further into the underground. That’s when it hit me, how big are these tunnels? Could I even find this community, or some sort of safe place? Was I just leading my sister and I to our deaths? ![]() |

@ Toyumi I love it so far i'm on the edge of my seat waiting to see what happens next. ^^ Alright here is Chapter 3 up: ________________________________________________________________________________ A few weeks passed since my accident at work and my head wound was almost healed. The excitement calmed down until it was time for Crimson High’s annual Christmas ball. This time it was girl’s choice to pick who you wanted to go with. I didn’t want to go but I didn’t want to make my dad mad so I decided to ask Kristopher if he would like to be my date for the ball. He agreed to it and said that he would pick me up around 7:00. Knowing Kristopher he would arrive early than he said so I decide to get ready earlier. For the occasion my mom whose a hairdresser put extension in my hair making it long to fall gracefully over my slender shoulders. Sliding into my silver dress that rippled like water as I moved I sighed. I checked the clock to find that it was already 6:45. I slid on my heels so that I could at least get up to Kristopher’s chin since he’s so tall. Putting on my coat I stepped out into the cold night air to find Kristopher’s blue corvette in the driveway. I smiled hurrying to the car and sliding in beside him. Once I was all buckled in we headed to the ball. Aiden looked around the room for Shimo. The room was filled with dancing bodies that swayed to the music. Turning his gaze to the door he spotted the new couple that came through the do. The female’s long ashen blonde hair fell over her slender shoulders while the dress she wore rippled like water while it gave a silver sparkle shimmer as she walked. “Who is that girl with your brother?†he asked one of his new friends Andy Davis. “You don’t know?†“Know what?†“That’s Shimo Yoko. Her mom always puts extensions in her hair for the Christmas ball.†Andy said watching Kristopher help Shimo out of her jacket. Once they were ready Kristopher led her out onto the dance floor. I heard all the whispers around me. I could feel the scrutinizing eyes on me as well as Kristopher. I kept my gaze ahead as we moved to the middle of the crowd. Once we got there I turned to Kristopher and placed one hand on his shoulder while he took my other hand in his own. I looked up to notice the corners of his mouth turn up in a slight smile before the music began and we began to move across the dance floor. “You look beautiful tonight Shimo.†Kristopher whispered. “Thanks Kris.†I blushed as he spun me out and then twirled me back into his arms. With my back to him we danced slowly before he twirled me out before pulling me close again. The music ended with all eyes staring at us. Then to my surprise a roar of applause followed. Smiling at Kris we both took a bow. Aiden just stared at the two in awe. He couldn’t believe that this was the same girl he had met at Starbucks and had saved at the dance club. “It isn’t such a surprise that they gave a performance like this since they both took dance lessons together and competed in numerous competitions.†Andy said rolling his eyes. “Don’t get your hopes up Aiden. Shimo is very hard to impress.†“What do you mean?†“She may seem easy to swoon but she’s not.†Aiden turned his gaze back to Shimo who made her way over to the buffet table to get something to drink. He saw her flash a dazzling smile before she was surrounded by a bunch of couples. I sighed looking around at the smiling faces. It made me feel good to be surrounded by all of these people that I went to school with. I didn’t need to feel sad or scared or alone since I had them to comfort me. But still I had this feeling like I was incomplete somehow. Once the crowd settled down I poured myself a glass of punch and sat at the edge of the room while Kristopher danced with Nadia. I looked out the corner of my eye and spotted Aiden with the captain of the cheerleading squad hanging all over him. Clearly from what I could tell he was highly annoyed. Setting my glass down I stood up to move over to talk to Aiden. As I started to walk over to the two I felt someone grabbed my wrist. A voice that sent chills up my spine told me who it was that grabbed me. “Ah, Shimo Yoko.†Syen’s silky smooth voice purred into my ear. I froze as my heart pounded in my chest. I felt him slide an arm around my waist pulling me against him. My breath leaped to a panic like state. My eyes darted around the room searching for an escape route to find them all blocked. “Syen…†“What do you say that you and I go outside for some fresh air?†“No.†I said as my voice cracked. “Come on Shimo. Let’s go out outside.†Syen said pulling me outside. I threw a frightened glance at Aiden who happened to glance in my direction before I was pulled outside. Aiden caught Shimo’s frightened glance before she disappeared out the door with a tall male that seemed to be forcing her out the door. He turned his gaze to the girl beside him flashing a stunning smile that made her blush. "Will you excuse me for a moment Stacy?†he asked. “Of course. I’ll be waiting for you to return.†Stacy laughed softly as she looked up at him through her long lashes. “Thanks.†He murmured before heading to follow Shimo and the male that had her in tow. I gasped as Syen pushed me into a sitting room that was empty. Landing on my side I bit back a cry of pain. I turned my tear filled eyes to find Syen reach down and pull me up off the ground. I kicked off my heels just in case I had to make a run for it. He held me crushingly close to his body. His breath smelled like alcohol as he leaned down to kiss my neck. I felt his hand slid down my side making me freak out before I was pulled away from his grasp by a pair of strong hands. I looked to find Aiden throw a swing that sent Syen to the floor knocked out cold. I couldn’t hold back the tears and they began to flow as I threw myself into Aiden’s arms. “Aiden thank God you’re here. I was so scared. I didn’t know what he was planning to do.†I sobbed into his chest. “Shhh, its okay Shimo. It’s over now.†Aiden assured me as he picked up my heels and handed them to me. I sniffled sliding them back on my feet as he led me back out to grab my coat and get me as far away from Syen as possible. |

Hello~ Please let me join!! Even my nickname is Wizard of Words! let me weave a few spells for you guys. Here's s really short story for starters (actually i made this up on the fly): _______________________________________________________________ Title: Pisses me off! -part 1 There was a new guy at school. He introduced himself to the class with sharp eyes and a devilish grin. The girls sigh and swoon as he gave his name "Minamimoto Hiiragi". And 'bam!' he was the most popular thing at school. Naturally, I hated his guts. The other day he came over to my desk and had the nerve to ask me out, escorted by his harem of whiny, noisy girls. Its his tactics where if someone rejects him they naturally becomes the enemy of all girls at school. But if he thinks this works on Aizawa Ayako, the "Lioness of Higashizawa High", think again. I was eating lunch, and instinctually grabbed the milk at my side and splashed his face with it. Man, I wouldn't forget his face at that time as he defends his reputation by acting calm. Yes, I'm quite sadistic, so I just laughed it off. Hard. Of course, he's not a gentleman as the others think he is. When nobody's watching, he tries to get back at me with some cunning tactics. Without anybody noticing, we declared a war of our own. One of the most devastating war in history, yet unrecorded by any historian. Everytime there's a chance, we engage each other with gums on each other's shoes and slimy stuff in our lockers. Its a devasating battle of wits, of life and death, and cursing each other's guts to the very end. For the mere purpose of annoying the hell out of me, he participated in the judo club, same as me. Then the war's rule of engagement escalates from verbal abuses, to the physical level. The new battlefield is the dojo. This is what I've been waiting for. I always wanted to smack him good while his harem watches. After a few matches, damn, he's good. Most of our battles are decided by razor-thin margin between victory and defeat. I'd hate his guts even more now. His stupid grin when I couldn't smash that pride in his face. Then I became a candidate for student council president. And, you guessed it, he went for it too! He just can't let me have my peace huh? After a series of bloody skirmishes of campaigning for votes (the bloody part happened behind the scenes), I.......lost the election. God this pisses me off I wanna strangle that guy! However, since I had second highest vote, I became Student Council Vice President. Watch out you two-faced freak, I'll always be the shadow behind you waiting to reveal just who you are, just like a STALKER. The battles are getting more and more intense as now we unleash volleys and salvos of verbal abuses from across the meeting table, while maintaining a professional student council image, the most difficult form of warfare we've had to face yet. Now the stakes are much higher, the fate of the students in this school is on my shoulders, I must not lose! end of part 1 ______________________________________ well what do you think? please give me feedbacks~

Oh my! It's been a while since I last posted here. Well, here are my updates about my story: • Actually the 'novel' that I have been writing is currently on hold. ;_; College has been taking up most of my writing time so I can't even take a look at my story. ;_; Buuuut, when vacation comes, I'll continue with it again... But for now, here is a new story. • The story that I will post here is actually a one chapter story. :) I was supposed to submit this to our University's Official Publication, but I wasn't able to meet the deadline of submission. I thought that not publishing it would be a waste, so I thought of posting it here, since I am a member here after all. :) I hope you will enjoy this... Oh, btw, since I don't want to make my post very, very long, I'll cut this short story into 3 to 4 parts? :) "I have to go to the library tonight," Adora said to her mom over the phone. "so I don't think I would be able to greet papa 'Welcome Home.'" "Well, Adora, why must you go to the library tonight?" her mom snapped at her that it made her knees feel weak. "You know quite well that your father comes home tonight, so why?!" Adora took a deep breath and tried to keep her voice level as she replied. "I know, but... it's inevitable. Mom, please understand. We have a project due soon, so I really have to do my part and research." "Fine," her mom answered bitterly before she ended the phone call with haste. Adora once again took a deep breath and placed her cellphone inside her bag. She didn't really have any business inside the grand building; in fact, she just wanted to escape it all. Escape everything... including the return of her father. The library, as considered by Adora, is her own chamber of sanity—especially at night. Though some people may consider the library as creepy and eerie during this time, she considered it somehow as bliss. Now, after some time of reflection, Adora faced towards the direction of the library and finally went in. There wasn't much of a crowd whenever she enters the particular building; however she just regards it as a blessing for she dislikes crowds anyway. "Not much of a crowd," Adora said to herself, heading right to climb up the stairs. Her intended destination is the Humanities section and she thought that it would be a long way up, for that certain section is on the Fifth floor. It took at least seven minutes before Adora arrived at the particular floor, so when she was right in front of the door, she took five slow breaths first and slowly went inside. A lone boy looked up at her arrival from the Librarian's desk and Adora suddenly blushed at the sight of him. "Ah," she mumbled, unable to avert her eyes from the boy. He was, obviously, a student at the University, and although he was wearing the counterpart of her college uniform, Adora was very much sure that she had not seen him inside their college building ever. However, with his boyish charm that is not easily to be dismissed, Adora knew that she will see him around soon... If ever destiny permits them to meet again. "Uhm, you should have surrendered your ID by now." The boy said as a matter-of-factly. "Oh, I'm sorry!" Adora removed her ID from her lanyard and gave it to the boy. "Here." The boy took Adora's ID abruptly from her hand nd placed it on the drawer where the IDs were always kept. Adora, who is an ever curious girl, peeked over the desk to see what the boy did, and she was surprised at what she saw. "I'm the only one here?" she asked with obvious shock and with somewhat a hint of stupidity. "You already saw it right? So you should have known the answer to that question." The boy replied rather crossly. "Well, I'm sorry!" Adora apologized sarcastically. "It's just that I couldn't believe that I'm the only one here—well, excluding you that is." The boy's mouth twisted into a smile and he was staring at Adora intently as if planning a scheme against her. "Don't be so sure of yourself," he said with a following pause. "Adora." Adora's eyes had widened at the sound of her name being called with such intimacy and familiarity. The boy was still smiling at her and kept on mumbling her name, and with that, Adora's temper broke out. "Well, don't be so sure of yourself either. Don't be too familiar with me, boy." Adora slammed the desk and briskly walked away from him. She went to the farthest table and placed her bag on top of it. Adora sat down, taking her laptop from her bag and then opening opened a word processing software, deciding to type the next chapter of her story. Adora had typed one paragraph about the protagonist feeling irritated at the nothingness of the world, and when she finally placed the period after the last word, she leaned back on her chair and sighed. "Done," she whispered to herself. "That's a pretty vague paragraph Adora," a deep voice from behind stealthily commented. Adora's spine tingled at the dark and deep voice that had startled her from behind, and as a result, she abruptly stood up from her seat and ran away. "Why are you here?" Adora asked loudly, causing her question to echo. "And who are you to tell me that my work is vague?" "My name is Nathan," he said silkily. "It's very nice to meet you." "Well, it's very not nice to meet you!" Adora snapped with fury. "You have annoyed me ever since I entered the room! Just... Leave me alone, please!" Adora went back to her table, closed the lid of her laptop, gathered all of her things and hurriedly went to the other table. "Don't come near me or I'll really kill you!" Nathan was about to approach Adora when she threatened him. But, he didn't feel at least bit defeated by that because Nathan just beamed his sweetest smile at Adora and replied. "I doubt it. You can't kill me Adora, because... I'm already dead." Okay, the first part is done. :) I'll post the second part soon. :) Enjoy Reading guys. :) Btw, the setting of that story is my very own University. :) ![]() |

Hello guys, I haven't posted in here for a long time *glad to be back* And oh! sadly, I can't finish my 6 part poem so it will remain just a 2 part unfinished poem.. Anyway, I tried organizing my computer files and external HD files.. After a long time of browsing into my past files I found a short article I once submitted way back 2006. Sorry for the shallow interpretation, I'm just a starter when I wrote this but I wanna share :)) Good to forgive, best to forget. Forgetting comes after every forgiving. Every one of us commits mistakes that we didn’t intend to hurt people. However, people generate the wrong ideas regarding what we’ve done. Some may think that we really want it to happen; some may try to forgive us. One thing is for sure, one should try to also forget for forgiving is not enough. It is better to forget about the mistake as there are chance of bringing reminiscences of it in the future and taunting the guilty with it years after the mistake. As time passes by, we grow – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This makes it hard for a person to forget. Different trials and obstacles come to each of us; there are some that may bring bad memories and better be forgotten. But for one that treasures and reminisce the past, it sure is hard to forget. Individuals must move on with their life and try to forgive and forget. Some may never insist themselves to forget but better to forgive. This is because the pain is not easy to force out. We have to confront ourselves with the pain and get over it, but this is not easy. We restrain our feelings and try to forget them. This only causes an even bigger pain. It depends on the individual, if he will be better with forgiving, forgetting or both. We don’t have the same traits, lifestyle and emotions after all. Just do the best you can do and fight what you think is right. Just remember, forget the past – the future will give you plenty to worry about. Ate Lacus: Can't wait for the part 2 of your story *thumbs up* |

@shae thats pretty good. i'm not one to linger on the past, but i dont worry about the future either.lol. @lacus i like how the gloomy environment(the library) is contrasted by the character's lively conversation(although one of em not so much alive. *gasp*) keep it up! @toyumi i can feel the suspense already. can't wait for the next part. Ehem. The other day lacus said my story made her smile. Thanks lacus. im getting pumped to write it now. So...here's part 2 ____________________________________________ Title: Pisses Me Off! -part2 My name is Minamimoto Hiiragi. I'm the student council president of Hiagshizawa High. My story begins when.. I was drenched in milk she splashed at me. I was about to turn into the Hulk when I realized that I'm surrounded by my fangirls and had to calm down. I was just about to reassure my girls when that sick Aizawa Ayako burst into laughter. Hard. Must...suppress...Hulk.. And today I'm the president, while Aizawa is my vice. I showered her with paperwork day after day for the heck of it. The other day I asked her "How's the paperwork going?" and saw her eyes twitch. Man that felt great. Actually I had a dream. To conquer the world(hey whats with that look!?). Well I couldn't, so at least I wanted to conquer anything I could. Starting with the school. Then in the future, the company I work at. Then the stock market, attain economical monopoly, and maybe even politics. But right now, one person stands in my path. Aizawa Ayako. This "Lioness" should be kept in chains instead of letting it run loose. But that vicious thing has frustrated all my attempts to do so. She beats me at judo(almost), she has some power in student council enough to thwart my plans, and she resists my charms which swoons over all the girls! Who is she? All I can tell is that she's pure evil(anything that resists my charm is). By now I pretty much have most of the school under my thumb. Except for the "Lioness faction". They are horrid barbarians with a thirst for blood. But sometimes become my advantage. While I cannot wage war with my fangirls hogging me, Aizawa cannot move freely with those barbarians around her. Today is a rare occasion. Its a council meeting day, but all the other members are preoccupied. And since its meeting day, our factions do not hound around us. So, we're both alone in the meeting room. Although I wouldn't pass the chance to gun her down, we're both exhausted by council work everyday so I proposed a temporary truce. I guess, this is one of the most important day in the history of this war. Because, this would be the first time we had a (albeit remotely) "civilized" conversation since the milk splashing incident. Well we tried to have a conversation, but all we had to say are curses to each other so we ditched the idea, since we just want some peace of mind. So I just said casually, "Wanna hit the dojo? The dojo club's off practice today" and she said "Great idea" ____end part 2_ __________________________________________ please give feedbacks ok

@Doom- Thanks bunch!!!! Here is a little story I wrote for fun... It's short and it's a one shot, so enjoy :D When the Sky Is Not Blue The sky was a brilliant blue, blue like a baby's eyes. The birds sang and the smell of morning dew was in the air. It was a lovely temperature of seventy-five, cool enough to wear your favorite jeans and warm enough to wear your favorite tee shirt. There seemed to be peace everywhere. The guns stopped firing in the Middle East where the American troops were still fighting. The drug dealers took a day off, and there was no crime. The day was the one perfect day the only perfect day human kind would ever see, but was it really a perfect day? At seven o'clock when the sun was still down and the people of the world were driving to their modest jobs. The Night Clubs shut down, the politicians all agreed and all the bands took a day off screaming , to preach about the environment and issues that matter to the world. It was a perfect day… By noon the world was completely at peace, people on their lunch breaks took a walk in the park giving their sandwiches to the poor and talking to people they wouldn't have on any other day. The world was at peace and it was a perfect day… At One O'clock sharp everything changed, the world seemed to stop spinning, in fact, it did stop spinning. The clouds started to wiz past and the sky turned a muddy brown, as if someone was looking up at it though brown glass. A storm of biblical proportions kicked up over the oceans. The fault lines pulled clean apart, sending mass shock waved though out the world's core. Tsunamis crashed into the coastlines of every country and the storms terrorized the seas. Huge tornados ripped across the country sides. It was a horrible day. New York City, London, Tokyo and all the other large cities fell to ruins in seconds the cries could be heard though out the world, you could hear the buildings crumble. The volcanoes erupted the world of Pompeii covered again, the mummies of ash blanketed once again, Yellow Stone blew a hole in the middle the earth and Antarctica melted away. The polar bears drowned, the birds fell down, and the sky it just stayed brown. The boy cried wolf, Chicken Little ran around with a helmet, for the sky was actually falling and the wolves out of control. Alice fell through the looking glass and broke her neck, Prince Charming married the evil step sisters, and Little Bear ate Barney. Chuck Norris pulled a muscle, Will Smith was eaten by aliens, and Batman took sides with the Joker. The world was chaotic, and it was a horrible day. You see, I witnessed it all. I watched it all aghast in awe as I heard the shouts of the world all the way up in space. There is no use for me to live, I doubt anyone down there is alive, but that is a tricky assumption because it could all be my imagination. But the world did end one day, even if life can be replayed like a film for the enjoyment of god. The world ended today. |

@ Lacus - Thank you so much! Your support is keeping me up at night to figure out the plot. Yeah, I made it on the spot, so I havent even thought where the story would go. Sorry if it turns out bad later. @ Anke - Thank you for your support too! And your story was great too! _______________________________________________ Here's part 3 I am Aizawa Ayako. I was called the "Lioness" at school because I had beaten up almost all the delinquents who caused trouble here. But it's so weird because they regard me as the strongest fighter and respected me as some kind of leader. Thus they call themselves the "Lioness Faction". What a bunch of weirdos. I wanted nothing to do with this so I avoid them whenever I can, but they're so persistent. They even address me as "boss". I'm also aware that there are fangirls stalking me around. Sheesh they're all so weird. All I want is peace and quiet so I can study normally. As if my troubles aren't enough, I have to deal with this annoying as hell Hiiragi. Yes, that day we went to the dojo.... We didn't just use judo this time. It's all out slaughter. I pulled off everything I knew of Okinawan martial arts. Meanwhile that guy is pretty good with Aikido. We lashed out everything we got. We are not fighting out of hate. Or grudges. This is sport. Like how some people drink to let out their frustration, this is how we do it. I saw an opening and quickly threw him off balance and landed a beautiful throw. The match was over, I won. I was surprised, since it's never easy to so much land a hit on him. As he lay there exhausted, I said, "Hey, why did space out in the middle of a fight? If this is war, you'd be shot ten times over." "Ahh shut up lion girl. You're just a monster, that's all. I'm gonna beat you in the college entrance exam!" "Yeah? Bring it! You're all talk." After some pointless agruing, we just decided to go home. We argued while we walked to the gate. But as we passed the gate some men wearing black suit and tie surrounded us. Then they said to Hiiragi, "We have finally found you. Please, come with us now." Hiiragi replied "Like hell!" and punched one of them in the face. Then the rest of them moved in to restrain him. I don't know what's going on, but they sure look like they're dangerous. I took position behind Hiiragi, both of us covering each other's back, and we made an awesome duo beating them down. But it's impossible to fight them all with just the two of us. Then Hiiragi took my hand and we ran through the streets. Making many turns, we hid in an alley and lost them. Both of us were still trying to catch our breath, as I demanded him to explain. But Hiiragi only said "It's nothing that concerns you." I was really angry that he didn't want to tell me, but somehow he seems very serious. He called me an idiot for getting involved, but thanked me for helping anyway. Then he left. The day after that, and several days that follow, Hiiragi was absent. I had to do his part as acting president. Then, one day, a school assembly was held, and they announced that Minamimoto Hiiragi had resigned as Student Council President, because he will be transferring to another school. end of part 3 ___________________________________________________

@ Wizard-San - Part three is really good! I'm not sure where this is heading though, which isn't a bad thing, I want to keep reading because I want to know where the story is headed. It's a strange kind of suspense, but it works for me. Sleeping Upside Down The world seemed to be sleeping, everything was so quite. It was hard to believe that there wouldn't be any noise in New York City, but the wreckage that covered the area couldn't be called New York City. The dust was still clearing from the sky and the sun had yet to start peeking out from behind the gray clouds that had blocked it out for over three days. Margarita Graham sat on top of a piece of concrete that was once part of the freedom tower complex. Who knew that one little area in Manhattan could see so much pain? Though Margarita had only heard about the attacks on the world trade center from her great grandmother. The event had been pulled out of the text books by one of the presidents that served after the event and not many people were brave enough to talk about it. Thoughts about the past brought chills to Margarita's spine it was forbidden to teach history in schools and one could only guess why. "Gari!" called a voice from the rubble "Where did you go?" "I'm up here Trallen" The voice was not one Margarita had known all her life. Her family had died in the great disaster and she thought she was the only survivor in all of New York City, and since no help had arrived, the world. But to her delight Trallen washed up on the bank of the river. "Gari, Gari, Gari" Trallen said running up the pile of rubble, calling Margarita's nickname. "What?" "You're not going to believe what I found!!!" "What?" Margarita rolled her eyes. "This!" Trallen said proudly handing her a piece of paper. "It's a piece of paper." Margarita handed Trallen his great discovery. "Read it!!" Trallen handed it back and Margarita looked at it for a moment then screwed up here eyes and cocked her head. "I can't it looks like a bunch of gibberish." "Perhaps to you, but to me it makes perfect sense." "Then tell me what it says Trallen" "It is an equation developed first by Albert Einstein and then furthered by Steven Hawking" "Who the hell are they?" Margarita asked. Trallen smacked his head with the back of his hand and pretended to faint onto the concert before sitting back up and stating simply, "A guy from history." "The point is that this equation was found in what seemed to be the rubble of one of the old laboratories that was scheduled to be destroyed, but some liberal scientist saved. Well, I think he was the one that caused this and if I'm not mistaken he created a black hole right in the center of Manhattan causing the world to be pulled inside out." "You're as crazy as my great grandmother, who thinks that democracy is supposed to have two parties. You know as well as I that we've only had one party since the year 2000." "Your great grandmother is right" Trallen said but didn't continue his story about history because he had gone over it at least twenty times already and Margarita's actions would be the same. "You know if you continue that story I'm going to dance around with my hands over my ears and sing glory to the power in the highest." Trallen just nodded and rolled his eyes. "Alright, let's put our political differenced aside for a moment and just work out this math problem and see if it will put things right again." "But how do we know your theory is correct?" Margarita asked. "Look around you, and think about walking, it is almost impossible right? We've had to crawl everywhere." "Yeah, but it would be hard to walk anyway." Margarita pointed out. Trallen sighed, "I know you are bright you solved the problems we were having before, you even suggested that our self then you covered your mouth and looked around and swore to thin air that you would never disobey the President." "Yeah, well that's how I was raised, sorry you grew up on some alien planet, but the whole world had been dominated by America so I have no idea where you were." "In a cave, but that is beside the point" Trallen replied and then continued going. Trallen gave up on trying to verbally persuade Margarita into helping him, but he kept the formula in his pocket, hoping his hypothesis would be proved true when the sky cleared. The dust clouds cleared by the end of the sixth day sky had cleared. Trallen was lying on the roof of one of the buildings watching as Margarita slept when the last bit of dust cleared from the sky. Sleeping had been hard since the gravity patterns were so unpredictable. Sometimes the pair would find themselves floating up into the sky, forced to grab onto the rubble or wedge themselves between something that was heavy enough to resist the light gravitational pull in the other direction. Other times random things would fall though the ash that clouded the sky. "My god" Trallen gasped looking straight up. Overhead there was no sky, but instead land stretched up as far as he could see and oceans were suspended as if held in place by centrifugal force and in the middle of it all there was a dull ball of light, just bright enough to give off light and warmth. "Gari" Trallen reached over to shake Margarita awake. "Gari wake up" He said untying the straps he had used to make sure he didn't float off into the sky. It was an invention of Margarita's. "What?" Margarita smacked his hand away then rubbed her eyes and looked up at the sky. "What the…?" she started but trailed off. "Well I guess that explains why the sun never goes down anymore. "I was right!!" Trallen exclaimed untying Margarita. "Yeah…" "Well what are we waiting for let's fix this." Trallen exclaimed. "Not so fast." Margarita said taking the paper back from Trallen. "I have one question, why isn't the sun burning us?" Trallen looked at Margarita but didn't answer he just kept starting right through her. "Trallen," she called, but it wasn't her voice. "Trallen, answer me" Trallen looked back at Margarita and blinked, her face changed and morphed in to the face of another woman. "Welcome back to earth Trallen you're in Environmental Earth Science, it is the year 1995, could you please tell my why the sun doesn't burn us to a crisp here on earth?" "Um…" Trallen started "Because we have an ozone layer." "Very good," His teacher said. "Now just a little word of advice, if you day dream in after school detention you'll have to stay twice as long." "Yes Miss Graham." Trallen replied. As Miss Graham turned to walk up to her desk Trallen could have sworn he saw Margarita turn next to her and walk off though the wall as if to say that what he had seen was real, only it was to happen in the future. "Ok class turn in you papers, that includes you Trallen." Nodding Trallen got up and handed his paper to Miss Graham. "Trallen what is this it looks like gibberish, I can't read it." "Perhaps you can't but I sure can." Trallen said and walked out of his class room door and back into the world of 1995. |

Wow, so many people posted recently. I'm out of the loop. XD @ Tifa- Thanks, I'm glad you like it! @ Wizard- Your story seems to be coming along nicely! @ Lacus- Your story is very good, I like it and can't wait for the next part! Plus it's nice how you can relate it to your own life with the setting. @ Shae- That's very good, it provides a very good lesson! @ Anke- When the Sky is Not Blue is very nice, I like it a lot! But Sleeping Upside Down is amazing, I love it! Alright, so here's something I've had in my head for awhile, so I'll put it down. It's just a one shot, so there won't be a continuation or anything. I do plan on continuing City of Tunnels, I just need to get inspiration for it. XD Riding through the Milky Way It was a quiet and pleasant morning as I heard my younger sister tiptoe down the stairs and onto the deck of our spaceship. There were no other ships around us, and we were just passing through the Milky Way. "Good morning brother," My sister said, "Where are we now?" "We're in the Milky Way," I said to her. She nodded slowly as she rubbed the sleep from her eyes. "Oh, that galaxy," She said, "Hasn't it been abandoned for quite awhile?" "Relax, we're just passing through," I replied, "It's quicker to go this way, just pass through the Milky Way without making any stops rather than going around it, into those big galaxies that are just full of warring planets and tourist traps." I turned away from her and faced the space out in front of us. She certainly was right about it being abandoned, there was hardly a sign of life around us. But there were many reminders of it, so many satellites from the Martians and even a few of the earlier ones from the Earthlings. As I was looking around at all of the space junk around us, I felt a tap on my shoulder. "Brother, what's that?" My sister asked as she pointed to Pluto. "Oh, you haven't learned about it in school?" I asked, "This is Pluto, one of the smaller planets of this galaxy. There used to be so many arguments between astronomers about whether it is really a planet or not, but no one's really paid much attention to that matter since the discovery of Lurall." "That's Pluto?" My sister replied with disgust, "I thought it would be more elegant than that puny ice covered rock." I smiled at her remark, and I noticed we were moving father away from Pluto and closer to Neptune. "This is Neptune," I told her, "Another 'ice covered rock,' as you put it, but Neptune is bigger than Pluto." "By lots," my sister replied, "I want to get something to eat before we reach Mars, do you want anything?" "No thanks," I replied, and she then ran back into the spaceship. She's that excited about Mars and Earth eh? I thought, I think she'll be disappointed when we do reach them... Oh what do we have here. This should be Uranus, right? I looked at the planet with the odd ring around it. "Sister should have stayed out for this," I muttered to myself as I stared in awe at the planet. I knew that Uranus was one of only two planets in our discovered universe to have a vertical ring, and it was such an odd sight to see. Although, as we were passing it, I could tell that the spaceship pilot must have woken up. The ship seemed to go off of it's slow autopilot cruise and picked up some speed, passing by Uranus very quickly. In such a rush to get to Mars and Earth, I thought. We were soon passing by Saturn as well, although there wasn't much to see there since it is almost identical to Thalitha, a planet of my native galaxy. We were just past Jupiter, with it's large and ever raging storm when I heard someone come up behind me. I turned and saw my sister. "Just in time for Mars," I said as we could start to see the red planet in the distance. "Of course," My sister replied with confidence, "I told you I would be back in time for Mars and Earth. They're interesting since our ancestors are from there, right?" "You are correct," I said, and I could tell that we slowed down as we started to approach Mars, "This is Mars, the big red planet. Our ancestors are Martians, as you are well aware of. They settled here after a great catastrophe fell upon Earth, but I'll explain more about that as we approach that planet. The Martians survived for quite a long time, though not as long as the Earthlings had due to all the wars on that planet. It destroyed the atmosphere the Martians carefully built up with good meaning, and after awhile there came a time where if you exposed your skin directly to sunlight it would burn in under 30 seconds. So that is when our ancestors took a risk and decided to pack up and travel the universe, hoping to find another galaxy suitable for them. In which they ultimately succeeded." I looked over to my sister, who only stared at the planet during my speech about it. "It's so covered in debris." She said, and I nodded. She was right, there were many satellites scattered around it, and even from space one could plainly see the craters made from the nuclear warfare in the past. Soon enough, we were out of the sight of Mars and fast approaching Earth. I could hear my sister gasp as we came closer and could see more details of the planet. "This is... The Earth?" She asked in shock, and I nodded yet again. "Yes... Such a pity..." I muttered as I was dumbfounded by the destruction of the planet. I have seen it twice before, and each and every time I'm shocked to see such a devastated planet. It has to be the worst in the universe, I thought. I looked back down to my sister to see how she was handling it, and I could see some tears welling up in her eyes. "The Earth..." She whispered, "What happened to it..." I cleared my throat before I went into my next speech of the planet. "Earth," I said, "Ultimately, it is the origin of our race, or the older versions of it I should say. It was home to our race for quite a long time, starting space exploration quite early as well when you think about it. They often had petty and meaningless wars, well, meaningless when compared to the wars we have nowadays, but it was overall pretty good." "Then, what happened to it?" My sister asked. From the way she looked, she seemed a bit afraid of what the answer would be. "Simple," I continued, "Human greed. It was a man made disaster. At some point in time, they kept on building and destroying without a care in the world. And this in fact ended their world. Their entire ecosystem collapsed so suddenly, everything started to die faster than new things were born. So what did these humans do? They collected the best of their race, and let them move to Mars to start fresh again." And left the others to die, I thought with a shiver, Only the best were allowed to move to Mars... I decided to leave this part out, and hoped that my dear sister wouldn't notice this fact. She didn't. "Wow..." She muttered, shaking her head in disbelief. I bent down to hug her. "But that was a long time ago," I said, "It's all over now, we survived and that's all that matters now, right?" She nodded, and silently got out of my hug and went back into the spaceship, apparently not interested in Venus or Mercury. I could tell our pilot wasn't either as he started to speed the ship past the two planets in an instant. Ignorance, I thought with anger, And greed. It will lead to our downfall. We do need to worry about the collapse of Earth, we need to learn from our mistakes. Before we repeat them. At the rate our civilization is going, I know we will. I sighed at the thought, and looked to the now dim sun of this planet. It was old, yet still provided a faint red glow. Still holding on eh? I thought, Don't give up. Ever. With that thought, we zoomed past the sun, out of the Milky Way, and onto the next galaxy. ![]() |

a long time not posting stories, so, here's one: Redd open his hand and see the 'thing' he has just found. black coloured and hard, shaped like a triangle, or maybe more like the head of an arrow. in one side there's something like a writing, but he couldn't read it. suddenly he felt something cold touched his neck. "turn around and give me that thing boy..",a cold voice break the silence of the wood. Redd turned and see a man in a black robe, with a black sword in the hand. "now, boy, give it to me..", the man whisper, his voice is very clear even it's only a whisper. Redd scared and afraid, but he feels like giving the man this thing is not a good idea. in confusion his eyes met the man's eye. blue cold eyes, that indicate that this man will really kill him if he didn't give that thing away. But Redd's going against his mind and feelings. he shouted,"what's this thing? why are you threatening me?" the man laugh evilly and said,"that's none of your business kid" then swing his sword to kill Redd, whom now closed his eyes. but the sword's never reach it's target. Redd, confused with the long time delay, opened his eyes and see the man turning into stone. Redd confused, didn't understand what's happening. he looks at the man, which has turned into stone, think that this place might be cursed, and turn around to run. just after that he bumped into a tall old man, with clothes that indicate that this man is a wizard. -to be continued- |

Well um... I want to join the club/guild. o>o Geeze I'm not really sure how I'm suppose to write this. Anyways, I wrote this story for my English homework, since the assignment was to write in 3 - 5 paragraphs in either 1st or 3rd person. And well. . . I went over the limit but its okay. My teacher said I could. Though when it goes to the girl's name. I had to censor out the last part, since that is actually her real name. And everyone mentioned in here is a gendou user. Well only one isn't a gendou user. White light, bright light why are you so far away? White light, bright light why is it cold? White light, bright light won't you shine down on her? "Its cold,†The words barely escaped from her frozen blue lips, "Why is it so cold?†She huddled into a small deformed circle. She tried as hard as she could to blow onto her hands to warm them up, but only the frozen air came out. She tried as hard as she could to sit up and she barely managed to do so. “Who am I?†The question echoed throughout the night. A blank look covered her blue face, as she pondered about who she was. Bringing her hands up to her face a black marking caught her attention. “I love you Sheridan *****â€, she whispered to herself. “Sheridan Reyes†whispering it one more time. “My name is Sheridan *****.†Gaining more confidence with herself, “My name is Sheridan *****.†She stood up as it seemed like all her memories just flooded back to her. “I am Sheridan *****. I am Sheridan *****. I am Sherry.†She cheerful proclaimed with a smile on her face, as if all the warmth in the world came back. Sherry walked up and down the streets until morning came, “He should be arriving soon.†She whispered as she leaned onto the trunk of an oak tree. “This is after all our usual meeting place.†As the sun rose so did all of the hope within her. All around her people were starting to move about; going outside to collect the newspaper, leaving their house to drive to work, or meeting right in front of the tree for the bus to arrive. As she was about to give up hope a large group started to arrive. She turned her attention towards them and saw a familiar figure. “DICEY!†She screamed at the top of her lungs. She pushed the crowd of teenagers running up to the boy she wanted to see with all her being. “DIC—“, her faced dropped. Her expression changed. “Yeah we can go to the movies next weekend Bella.†A husky voice said before planting a kiss on top of the girl’s head. The boy laughed as he started talking to the rest of his friends. “Deion?†Sherry said out the boy’s name instead of the nickname she was yelling before. The boy looked at Sherry and shrugged his shoulders before walking away. “Deion, why?†Small droplets formed amongst her eyes. They flowed down her cheeks and all the warmth that was there before disappeared into the morning light. She ran as fast as she could to her house, tears leaving a trail wherever she went. Sherry slammed the front door as hard as she could, not caring if her mom would yell at her later. When she finally arrived at her room, she threw herself onto the bed and started to cry on the pillows. Creaking steps were heard outside in the hallways, Sherry wiped her face. “Vin is that you?†At the sound of her sentence an older version of her popped from the doorway. “Big bro†She started to walk towards the door, when she heard someone else’s voice. “Vin! Let’s go! We’re gonna be late!†It was a girl’s voice, and it seemed familiar. “Yeah okay, I’m coming Dani.†He shouted back towards the girl. “Dani? Danielle?†Sherry questioned her older brother, but instead of answering her he walked away. “Big brother, you too?†Tears fell upon her face once more. “I can’t take anymore! Why won’t anymore talk to me!†She ran out of her room, out of her house, she kept on running until she came back towards the street on which she started. “Why? Why is everyone close to me refusing to talk to me?†Sherry collapsed onto the asphalt, her hands covering her face. “YO!†A loud voice startled Sherry from her waterworks. “Come on you guys we don’t want to be late!†“Sunah?†The name escaped Sherry’s mouth. Alongside the girl came Deion, her older brother, and Danielle. “You guys?†But they all walked passed her, and walked towards the sidewalk. “I knew it no one wants me anymore.†She covered her face, letting the darkness surround her. Deion placed a bouquet of roses down on the sidewalk, and Danielle placed a giant wreath behind of the roses. Sherry peeked through her fingers to see what they were doing. “HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHERRY!†They all yelled, as Sunah let open one of those small party poppers. Tears continued to stream down Sherry’s face, as the sudden scene. “We miss you Sherry,†Her older brother said as he bent down to place a birthday banner on the wreath. “And we love you Sherry,†Deion added on. It seemed like time had stood still for that very moment. “Thank you†Sherry whispered. As the gang started to move away from the scenery, she got a quick glance at it before a wind came and she disappeared. |

Sorry for taking long. This is the last part before the 2nd chapter. I will put all the parts in one page soon. 'Phew! That took so long for the staff to open the door' Yuka thought to herself. She took her ticket to the staff and has rechecked her hand luggage before she can sit down. Now she's in the seating area, she needs to find a seat near to the door. She looked everywhere, but seats are nearly full. 2 minutes later, she finally found a seat to sit on. But one of the staff announced the first Class, Business Class, children with assistance and elder people to come in first. As she was about to take her ticket, she dropped her book in front of her. Luckily it's close to her, otherwise someone else will take her seat. When Yuka sat down, she checked her ticket before she reads her book. After 3 minutes, the same staff announced, 'Seats from 60-41, go in the plane'. 'I never thought that the first people took time to get the plane' Yuka thought to herself. 5 minutes, the staff then announced, 'Passages with seat 40-21, go in the plane'. This time, it took slightly than Yuka have thought'. After another 5 minutes, the staff announced, 'everyone else from 20, you can now go in the plane'. Yuka checked her ticket before she gets in the plane, she realised that her seat in the front. She took her time to pack her book and get in the plane as she is the last one to get in. She's now in the plane and started looking for her seat. She now found her seat and interestingly, there was no one sitting next to her. Her seat is the edge. That way, she can go to the toilet. In most flights, she always sit next to the window which makes it hard for her to go to the loo. Before her flight begins to take off, she put her hand luggage on her overhead flap, but it was nearly full. However, she managed to put her bags up there. |
