@ DAngel-san Well...you'll see why Tomoyo changed schools....it all relates to her past. Remember when they were walking down that street...some of the guys were freaked out of her. Also near the beginning of the series when we first saw Tomoyo...there was a mention of a rumor that she basically beat up alot of gang members....well that rumor is not really a rumor. Everyone probably figured out that Tomoya gets expelled cause he took the blame for the dust up near the end. This is a catalyst for Tomoyo to really try to get into the student council....& change the 'strict' ways of the old council. This will help Tomoya & Nagisa later on..... So like i said get ready for some really dramatic moments soon....& if things go according to plan....well...i won't go there yet. Also i agree with your views.....the shot of Nagisa after Tomoya made the winning bucket was sweet. She was like 'glowing'....she looked very cute there. @ Raiz-san Yeah...i kinda figured that out....still seeing flip from 10 to 20 all of a sudden was a tad weird!  |

didnt know that Clannad is an interesting story xP im still in episode 4 so I cant keep up with you guys but somewhat I want to watch the kanon and Air xP

if you like clannad you definitely have to watch air and kanon, but make sure you watch kanon 2006 not 2002 xD but those anime are already licensed you might have to buy it or if you lucky you can still d/l it don't hesitate if you want to buy those animes they won't disappoint you

[@Izumo] Yeah I kind of figured that was somewhat the base of all this. Tomoyo is some legendary girl fighter, isn't she? I'd hate to see her leave, especially since I'm really starting to love her. But you'll love any girl in their arc: Kotomi and now Tomoyo. So after Tomoyo's arc, there's lastly Nagisa's arc?

@ Ich-san Sorry if i interrupt your conversation with DAngel-san...but i couldn't help notice your question. If you don't mind my take on it... From personal experience playing the game & all.....i can't see a 2nd season being made unless it is maybe 12 or 13 episodes. If they are following Nagisa's path in the game than what they are showing is more or less pretty close. The only problem is that due to the limited number of remaining episodes some of Tomoyo & the sisters' scenarios are being really compressed....which in turn leaves very little wiggle room to finish Nagisa's scenario's. Though i do have an idea of how they will end  it....kinda of what they did for the movie version cause that is almost the same thing...alot of content in a short amount of space. Which means the 'After Story' that concludes all the stories will probably be left out....if they do include it in the 24 episodes than IT WILL be VERY BRIEF! which will SUCK!My ideal solution is finish what they are planning for the series....finish with the ending that i think they will finish with. After that make a short TV series maybe 12 or 13 episodes....they can fit it in 6 if they want. These episode will be the 'After Story' of the anime/game.....where the characters scenarios will be concluded & so will Tomoya/Nagisa scenario. An introduction to U**** (****** & ****** kid) & her part of the story. Finally conclude it with the VERY BEST ending you can get in the game....which means the 'other world' shown at times in the anime will be more explained clearer....& the importance of it. To me that is what i'd do if i was planning to do CLANNAD....have the TV anime series end with *remember the end of AIR* < ----nuff said....yeah THAT! Of course wait a few months for fans & viewers to digest what just happened....a sort of cliffhanger ending (unless you've played the game already)... Than show the conclusion series as either a short TV series or even OVA. Have the TRUE ending...*remember the end of KANON* < ---- a little more happier....& VOILA!!! you'll end up having a memorable anime series & one that will live up to expectations. But that is just my idea of what should be done.....anyone else have there own ideas? |

Just watched episode 18... waii its really clear now, Tomoya likes Nagisa *_* oh why her... i was expecting him to choose Kotomi or Fuko instead of Nagisa but well kinda knew it was hopeless xDD for sum reason Kyou and Ryou looked crazy when they were crying over "him" +_+ Tomoyo is so cool btw and Sunohara is as stupid as always but he's really funny xD i couldnt imagine Clannad without him xD

@Izumo-san aw T,T well since that you said it then I think its better for me to be prepared >,< btw just kinda notice, you do like to play this kind of game?? its "simulation" right?? @,@ well hope they would release an english version here since im not that good in reading kanji.. and just one more thing, Im kinda confused bout the first part before the real episode..the robot thing and the girl..what is that all about?? @Vie but I would rather choose Nagisa rather than Kotomi.. since Nagisa is more flexible for me xP

just finish watching epsd 18, there are lots thing happen in this episode damn Tomoyo is so hot when she tied her hair! kyou's arc seems almost ended, it might end at the same time as tomoyo's arc though i really wish they got their own episodes it's pretty obvious now about which girl Tomoya like hmm when Tomoyo having a tennis match, there is an insert song, hmm i don't know the name of the song but i think i heard them before

@ Ich-san Well anything can happen....but if they do decide to make the series longer i probably think they'll just extend the number of episodes rather than do another season. As for your question....yes i do play alot of these kind of games. They are kinda like simulations although they are more like 'choose your own adventure' books. There are many kinds of these games from RPGs, story driven, card games...you name it there is at least one of them. Most of them are adult oriented which means they do contain sexual content. Some like CLANNAD do not. Another way to describe them are they are like dating sims. There is a group trying to translate CLANNAD into english though it is taking quite awhile..its not easy to translate all that dialougue in the game. As for the girl & robot...if i tell you it'll ruin some of the story of the anime. They are involved with Tomoya which is all i'm gonna say about that. Just continue watching to find out. @ Raiz-san The insert song played during the tennis match is called Over by riya/eufonius  . It is the 2nd track on the CLANNAD vocal album Sorarado. Not the append version but the first compilation.@ Vie-san Well those who have played the game probably knew that it would be Nagisa as Tomoya's love interest. The very best ending in the game involves her...although what happens before that is something i really don't like to remember < ---- *remember what happened in AIR...well....pretty similar* As for the scary faces on the sisters....at first they thought that Tomoya was interested in Tomoyo. Seeing how he was cheering for her. Since both of them had crushes on Tomoya theywere kinda jealous. When the incident happened to Nagisa & Tomoya defended her they realized that he actually liked Nagisa all this time. The reason he was cheering for Tomoyo is if she became part of the student council she will help them reopen the theatre club by allowing the sharing of spounsers. Kyou & Ryou were crying cause they realized that it was hopeless to even try to get Tomoya to love them...Ryou apologized to her sister cause she no longer wanted to continue trying. That scene basically ends the sisters scenario of the story....& also the Tomoyo scenario...since Tomoya helped her be on the student council...if i read the kanji right. I only saw the RAW version so i'm unsure if that end scene is what i think it says on the bulletin board. Tomoyo will still have a role cause since she's on the council she'll have some run ins with Tomoya later on..... ***************************************** Anyways now that i saw this episode i think they might be able to fit everything in....again it'll feel compressed cause if you noticed they just flashed through Tomoyo gaining popularity by taking challenges from other clubs. So i imagine now the final 6 episodes will be mainly on Nagisa now....she'll reopen the theatre club....put on a performance.....than....well...i won't go there yet. I still think they'll end the series with what i think they will....we'll see if my guess is right. |

Ich: haha right Nagisa is a lot flexible than Kotomi... but there's sumting about Kotomi that is cute and makes me like her >:D Izumo: haha i knew it was impossible for Fuko/Kotomi and Tomoya to end up together but since they were my fave characters of course i cheered for them xD aww how sad for the sisters... no more botan ._. puhi puhi buahahaha there's sumting weird about tomoya for sum reason i think he looks hotter now o.o" or was it just me hu discovered his true beauty too late? xDD he just looked different for me >.<" a bit different from the 1st episodes xDD

@ Vie-san Umm...that's not what i meant...sorry if i wasn't clear. I meant that their role will be smaller now. Basically the same thing that happened with Kotomi & Fuko. They'll still be around but now the attention will shift away from them to Nagisa & Tomoya. They'll still be part of the overall story but since they realized where Tomoya's heart now lies they won't be pursuing him anymore. Don't worry Botan will show up now & then. All the characters still have roles to play in the series....it's just that they won't be the focal points anymore. The spotlight will now switch over to the 2 lovebirds...Tomoya & Nagisa. @  Ich-sanThe 'After Story' takes place after the main story of the game but is still a part of the overall story...it is basically the epilogue. A few things can occur during this part of the story....i won't get into it cause of spoilers. However i can tell you..if you remember the OP credits with a little girl running through a flower field...& the very beginning of the credits with the girl sleeping & someone finds her. All that is shown during this part of the story. @ Raiz-san Well your idea is also correct....Ryou apologizing to her sister about all that....simce both of them did like Tomoya. In the game Tomoya chooses Kyou over Ryou after some heartfelt scenes. Some of them can be seen on the first page with my character introductions. That only happens when you take the sister's path of the ending scenario. Don't worry....Tomoyo will still be around. She will play a role in the upcoming episodes if i remember correctly from the game.....all to help Nagisa reopen the Theatre club. |
