Some Trivia about 1. Where exactly all moderators come from? 2. Is every country have at least one moderator? 3. Could you Ban a moderator if thier posts/replies is too offensive? 4. All Moderators are picked by your personal selection process, what your criteria about it? 5. Some curious question... Can moderator delete your posts/replies gendou-sama?

@rainy_cloud: this is a suggestion not a question, but i will reply to it anyway. the reason i do not show user level on posts is that i wish to keep the page as simple as possible. however, it would help avoid things like impersonations. currently, my method for dealing with impersonators is the big red ban button. works like a charm! @atemu_mana: 1. at random. just kidding! it is my personal selection process, which if you have to ask, you will never know. :P 2. they can edit/delete posts, lock/sticky threads, and zap signatures/nicknames.

Yes, the only priviledge you lose on a locked thread is to post a reply. @megumi: This is the Q&A all about Gendou.com. If you have a question about some trivia, ask it here, otherwise ask your question in a new thread, or better yet, look through past Help threads for a similar question to yours, it's asked all the time. OR, EVEN BETTER: Read the FAQ!!! OMGzorz! Almost like it was so frequently asked that it was added to the FAQ! </sarchasm> |

good question. the lyrics page is not for embedding anime pictures. however, if the image is somehow necessary for full understanding of the lyrics, it is acceptable to put it on the lyrics page. for example, if the kanji transliteration has not been produced yet, you might link an image of the cd jacket with the text so that someone it can be read and referred to, until a transliteration becomes available.

I see...thanks for the responses Another question...for those that have been here since the beginning of this website or just for awhile, did you expect the number of registered users to ever be so high? I still remember back in 2004 when I first registered (my registration date on my profile was changed when I changed my nickname, but that's not important), there was a point where the website reached 100,000 registered users which I thought was pretty amazing. A lot has really changed though...I probably only recall a few users since my last visits on the forums about a year ago, but it's cool to see so many new people ^_^ |
