Well, not to diss it completely, but it's not bad. Just people need to stop acting like there's an english version. There's no english version. I have all the "Hare Hare Yukai"s... I wish Shiraishi Minoru made a real one though. The only one there is is the one he used for an ending to Lucky Star.

Omg.. I love Hare Hare Yukai just as much as everyone else, but.. still. A whole playlist of basically the same song, even though sang by different ppl is a bit overboard... Reminds me of times when I listen to the radio, and the wisea** DJ starts to play a 3-song back to back cover of the same song, only sung by different artists.. *groan*

you mean there's no full version of minoru's hare hare yukai? i thought there was one on his album... yeah its not that bad but its not that good either >.< its tries too much to sound like the original song...plus it feels wierd hahaahah @bkno i managed to finish a 10 paged report earlier with that playlist playing...hahaha its etiher i got too hooked in my report to even realize its the same song or too lazy to change it hahaha besides its hare hare yukai!hahaha |

Haha, I can listen to that playlist all day. Kyon's version... Yuki's version... Itsuki's version... etc. And yeah, there is no full version from Shiraishi Minoru. The only one on his album is the TV Sized Version, where it was sung live. He has other full versions of other songs, but not a Hare Hare Yukai, unfortunately. That english cover, might've sounded weird cause of the lyrics. She definitely tried to copy the original beat, which made it even more strange. Anyways, moving on, I wonder what other songs the cast sung together.

Well.. I didn't click on the playlist but.. I guess I should say thanks, Z for posting it. There are some versions of Hare Hare Yukai that I hadn't heard of. Still. >_<* A full 10-page report?? And Danchou as well.. @_@ *Sigh* I guess the song is infectious, it is literally called "Sunny Sunny Happiness" after all. But speaking of that fandub, I have listened to it before, and yeah I agree it does feel a bit weird and trying too hard, so to say. Good effort, though in getting the translated lyrics fit into the flow of the song..and the voice isn't all that bad either. But when you're going up against Hirano Aya, man.. you just know that there's no comparison, sorry.... XD For those who have watched Gekisou, remember the song where the 3 girls sang, and danced..*ahem*.. while flashing the audience (and mostly the camera) with panty-shots on purpose?? XDD I've always wondered where that song came from.. maybe from one of their radio show cds.. does anyone know?

Yeap, I watched the whole thing.. even the first part cos.. well.. some of the characters only appeared in the first half and didn't do much singing XDD lolz.. Danchou.. you made me go and dig out the Gekisou video I safely stored away somewhere and rewatch Tsuruya-san (her seiyuu, rather) in a kimono XDDD Nyoron~! Nyoron~! XDD Kyon's (seiyuu) song is sooo awesomely funny.. he doesn't need to do much to 'be' Kyon.. in fact, I'd say most of Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu characters really resemble their seiyuus.. maybe they were hand picked before production started XDD With the exception of Mikuru and Kyon's sister >_<; Oh well.. someone so innocent like Mikuru-chan can't really be exist and having little kids working is no no.. XD Kyon's song somehow it's kinda hard to explain what is Gekisou to non-Haruhi fans.. they think of it as something like the Bleach life action stage show.. >_<; Chigau~! only true Haruhi-ists would understand.. it's still unsubbed as far as I know, but dun let that stop you from watching it. just for the songs XD Well.. what I was referring to was this.. To be fair, only Aya-chan was *ahem* flashing on purpose.. Yuki-chan and Mikuru-chan were rather mindful about jumping too much on stage XD Although the cast sang most of the songs for real, those that included some dance scenes had to be lip-synched to.. nobody except seasoned performers have the stamina to sing and dance at the same time XD Awww.. what the heck. Watch this for the fans reaction. You already know it, but this really shows you how big Haruhi-ism is. Lookie at all the fans~!

Hmmm, Saikyou Pare Parade... I think I heard it like once, before watching that video. And yeah, that's not flashing, that's just her skirt being too fluffy and light and short. That song is so... pop~ish. It can give someone a heart attack. And yeah, the Hare Hare Yukai one was lip sung as well. Unfortunate, but it's the best they can do for now. I did see the fans reaction when I saw it a while ago and I KNOW how big Haruhiism is. We Haruhiists grow tired of waiting for the new season! T-T` Also, where did you see the entire thing? I think there's some torrent out there for this thing, although I haven't really searched at all for anything yet. You know me, I try to find ddL sources.

Haha Z, thanks for posting that dude. :] @Bkno:: Yeah I've seen that too [some parts of Gekisou], but not the whole thing. And I'm lazy to look for it online plus I bet it would be hard to find that online.. o.o; but if you know where to find it or a DL source or a torrent, it would be great if you can share it here! Haha. “Did you cum twice too? Feel so dirty!!! I need a tongue bath!†- says on Aya-chan's shirt. Yep, hot. Haha. xD LOL.. But seeing them perform live last year at AX 07 during the whole SOS Brigade Invasion concert is good enough for me..man, they sure can perform well. And they performed live without lip-syncing even while dancing..at least on most parts, I think..based on hearing how they sang. Awesome, indeed. Haha, man I love Aya Hirano.. +_+ Yep, Haruhiism is really growing fast. EDIT:: The backing audio sucked at AX by the way, and that kinda made me annoyed because they can't even make the sound or music right...if you really know the songs, you'll hear that there aren't any lead guitar parts on most of the songs that they sang live. But besides the problems that occured, the SOS Brigade still did their best and it was a blast! :] Haha, it was worth the hours of waiting in line under the sun (plus the concert was delayed for like around 2 hours =__=;) ..it was really hot, lol.    |

I think if Aya wears that shirt now, the entire male population of Japan, no, THE WORLD, will bow. I mean around that time period prior to 20, she was like the cutest person in the world. Now that she's changed her appearance into the more mature her, she looks better than ever. I wonder if you can buy that shirt online? My cousin wanted to get it. O.o` /drools Aya... ♥♥♥

I wonder how many animes have that type of parody OP! I wonder if there's a real live action-type version of that intro. I knew a bunch of friends who did the first OP for Naruto: Shippuuden. Not sure if they ever finished, cause most of the guys are either in college or loaded with work. I did see a few seconds of it, and it looked amazing.
