I was pretty happy with E3 all around, even if there was a real lack of surprises. I'll be picking up a Wii U at launch, and with it Pikmin 3, ZombiU, Assassin's Creed 3, LEGO City Undercover, and Project P-100. I'm also interested in Last of Us, Tomb Raider, Playstation All Stars, Dishonored, Hitman, Blacklist, and a ton of the other's shown off. I probably won't be getting many of those if they release this year (save Last of Us). I will be getting Black Ops II, Luigi's Mansion II, and Paper Mario as well as the Wii U games, and I'm planning on getting P4 Arena this August. Other than that, I'll have to wait and see! Oh and Watch Dogs looks amazing! Seriously the best part of E3!  |

Long time, no post from me here. >> Basically, since I hardly had any time to do any sort of "real" gaming this year due to my busy school schedule, and that I'll probably have a similar busy schedule next year (And then there's college after that), I traded in my PS3 not too long ago. To make up for it, I got a 3DS (Well, not really to make up for it XD). My 3DS friend code is 1590-5762-0767 and my name on there is Yumi. Just let me know who you are in case your name is different than what you normally go by here. Anyway, the only games I'm definitely getting in the near-future are Paper Mario: Sticker Star, Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, and Pokemon Black 2.  |

Been awhile since I have posted here. I may have good news. I'm applying for a position at AT&T corporate store. Those guys make a lot of money compared to my minimum wage job. I already had ab interview with the central hiring manager and hoping to hear back soon. I'm not a shoe in for the spot but I'm confident in my chances of getting it since i used our AT&T rep for radio Shack as a reference. Wish me luck. I miss gaming with you guys T_T

@Ray - And we miss gaming with you. T_T Lost Planet 2 and Uncharted 2 were fun times. @Toyumi - That's too bad, but it does make sense. Handhelds are a lot easier to flick on and off. I don't have a 3DS myself, so I won't be able to add you (I chose Vita over a 3DS just last month). @DANGEL - I kind of know I'll like it, since I really liked inFamous, but it will probably be a while before I get around to playing it. For me, PS+ has paid for itself a few times over. I've only had the subscription since November and I'd say I've received about $100 worth of free games as it is, not to mention the cloud saving (which will prevent any further losses of data liked what happened to me with Yakuza 4). Now I have Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One, Warhammer 40k, inFamous 2, LBP2, and Just Cause 2 (well, I would have received Just Cause 2 if I hadn't already bought it 2 weeks before this deal). @Maiku - I'm thinking about getting P4A as well. I'm not big into fighters, outside the Soul Calibur series, but this one is supposed to have some story to it that happens after Persona 4, so I feel as though I should be getting it at least for that. @Yuna - Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, I'm very happy that we're getting another ZOE game. That was something of a pipe dream to begin with, so even without Hideo, I'm happy that it's happening at the very least. It's just a shame that Konami won't let Hideo move away from Metal Gear to put his ideas to work with other game series, or to try something new.    |

@Ray : Good luck with the interview! XD @Jon : Yeah, I agree, I think they need to let Hideo concentrate on other games. I think he was apart of the Castlevania : Lord of Shadows team, wasn't he? I didn't play the game, but my brother told me it was pretty good. Hideo is so well known for the Metal Gear series that it's a shame he can't try to expand into something else. @Toyumi : Good choice with the 3DS, I'm not much of a handheld gamer, but with Kingdom Hearts coming out for that one, I'm considering getting it and few other games as well.

@Yuna - I'm not sure. I didn't get a chance to play the new Castlevania. From what I know, it was Kojima's team that was working on it, while he was just overseeing it. Looks like there hasn't been much activity here lately. I'm currently playing Growlanser: Wayfarer of Time on my PSP. I've never played the Growlanser games before, so I decided to pick this one up since it has a self-contained story. I'm oddly addicted to it, but I also hate how cheap the game tends to be. It relies heavily on escort style battles and conditional victory battles (having to destroy boarding planks on each boat without letting 3 soldiers escape the area). I can't say I'm very pleased with those missions, but other than that, I am liking it. Other than that, I've Platinum'd Sonic Generations, and I got through all of the bonus content on the Vita version of Disgaea 3. I also Platinum'd Gravity Rush (which I freaking LOVED) and completed all three of the add-on packs. My Vita will probably be on the shelf for the time being until Persona 4 The Golden hits (I may get Ragnorok Odyssey though. I'm not sure yet). This Tuesday will be Persona 4: The Arena for me. The Fighting Game genre is probably my weakest, but I have to play this one for the story mode, since I was a big fan of Persona 3 and 4. I don't know if anyone else is getting it, but I wouldn't count on me to go up against you in Online matches, since I suck. lol Oh, and there's trophy support headed to MGS4 sometime soon. Going to have to go back and replay that at some point. |

Sup Jon! Good to see someone's still alive. I've almost finished Gravity Rush myself (playing only intermittently on a cousin's Vita) and have to agree that it's a freaking awesome game! Flying around is a blast. I probably won't try to platinum it or do the add-on packs, mostly because it isn't my Vita and because my cousin already got the plat and beat the add-ons. I've been so tempted to grab one, mostly for P4Golden, but I don't have the money for it and the Wii U both. :( I'll be getting P4: Arena as well, though not until the 11th (my birthday :D). If you do feel like playing online, let me know. I don't think I'll be too bad at it since I was pretty good at Arc System's other fighters, but I figure it's always fun to play with people you know. Up to you! My game purchasing for the rest of the year should be manageable. Borderlands 2 in September (Ps3), Playstation Battle Royale All-Stars something something in October(Ps3), and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 in November (Ps3) are my remaining MP titles and only for sure buys on Ps3. A big chunk of money will be dropped on the Wii U and games for it, though I'm hoping to still get the new 3DS games and Pokemon. Ugh, so many games, and I still need a Vita. Awesome system that's getting awesome games. Little King's Story especially! |

[@JC] lol damn Storm 3 already? I hope they release it by the time the manga ends, but with CC2 they only model the game after the anime and not the manga, and I'm not sure where the anime is anymore since I stopped watching (after that Naruto/Sasuke clash). I also pray it won't be AT THE BEGINNING, PRE-SHIPPUDEN. Anyone try Dust 514 beta? The servers are only on like Mondays and Thursdays and I haven't been able to try it yet. I did see videos and the gameplay is pretty sweet and how it works must also be a pain the butt. It also will be F2P for everyone from the store so maybe we can all try it!

@DANGEL - I was offered a beta code by someone, but I turned it down because I'm not big on competitive online (as you are well aware). @Maiku - I might take you up on the offer, although now that I've spent a few days playing P4A, I highly doubt I would prove to be much of a match. I'm terrible at the game. >_> (I'm playing Story Mode on Easy since I would probably tear my hair out in frustration otherwise). I'm planning to get Borderlands 2 as well, but for the time being I'm waiting on my friend. He's moving away at the end of the month to continue his university, so he won't be able to pick up Borderlands 2 until his student loans start coming through. I'll probably be holding off on playing it until he gets his copy. I would love it if you and someone else from Gendou got the game around the same time as me and my friend. It'd be great to have a 4-man team this time around. Not only that, but we haven't played online together in a long time. I miss our time playing Uncharted 2 and Lost Planet 2 with Ray. |

@Jon When do you think you guys are going to start up Borderlands 2? I'll definitely start playing through it with my brothers when it comes out, but I wouldn't mind playing a separate file through with you guys too. Maybe the Mechromancer will have released by then. I also miss the good times! @DA My brother paid 20 bucks for the whatever super pack on Dust 514 and has been able to play it. I'm definitely down for joining you in some online when it comes out free and completed! @All I'm pretty pumped right now since SSX now has head to head multiplayer. If anyone has extra money and sees it on the cheap, think about picking it up and we can give the mountains a spin! Edit: I got Persona 4 Arena yesterday :D I won't really be available to play in the next few weeks (backpacking in the Sierra Nevadas), but when I get back I'll hit you up! |

to those who Battlefield 3 turns out that they will release a "Battlefield 3 Premium Edition" which will have five Battlefield 3 expansion packs, and the Multiplayer Head Start Kit and just about everything we paid for will become around 70 bucks...how does that make you feel BF3 players? to me we should at least get else something out like psn credits at least considering we did paid more than those who will get BF3 Premium Edition @DA yea release date will be next year in late March or early April

@Maiku - It mostly depends on Stumby. He has to get all of his student loan stuff straightened away after his move at the end of the month, so he might be a couple of weeks late picking it up. I may end up getting it Day 1 and then just waiting around for him. If you get it before us then don't feel obligated to wait around or anything. I'll be sure to let you know when we start it up though. As for Persona 4 Arena, it may be a while before I'm ready to play that. I'm going through a rough month at the moment, and the family dog has to be put down next Thursday on top of that (plus as I stated above, my friend is moving away for Uni). If you still want to play online a bit with me, then check back in with me sometime after August 24. I'll let you know if I'm up to it. |

Alright I finally have internet again (it's been a while >.>) I'm now up and open for P4Arena online play :D Gotta preorder BL2 now that I've got access to amazon. Too bad my Torchlight 2 preorder comes on the 20th, since that's only two days after. I'd rather they were spread out more, but whatcha gonna do? Edit: Grabbed Ico/Shadow HD Collection for 20 the other day, and preordered BO2, BL2, and preloaded TL2. Gonna be an awesome next few weeks. Then its Pokemon in October and the Wii U in November. Good year! |

Not a member here, but as a fellow brother in gaming....I wish to pass this on. The trailer was just released. The latest add on for the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim....Dragonborn! Release date for X-Box 360 is 4th December, everyone else probably in late January or Mid February.   |

I've got a busy few weeks ahead of me as the semester wraps up, but I do have some things to look forward to: Black Ops 2 comes out on Tuesday, and hopefully Amazon will ship that to me posthaste! And immediately following that is the Wii U release! I hope my preorder will ship to my hands during my Thanksgiving break so that I can take advantage of the holidays and play Nintendoland with the family! Otherwise, no more games until Christmas. See you guys online! Edit: My Wii U has shipped from Ohio! Hopefully I'll see it this weekend. Been playing Black Ops 2 since I got my hands on it, and I'm having a ton of fun! |

Golden week starts tomorrow! 'Persona 4: The Golden' week that is! Hitman is also out tomorrow, but I'm going to try and wait for the HD Collection first before going to Absolution. I wouldn't mind picking up Playstation All Stars as well, but I'm most likely just going to wait for it to go on sale. Finally, more Borderlands 2 DLC is out tomorrow. Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage or something. It's apparently got a pretty heavy arena component, but let's hope that this doesn't turn out like another Mad Moxxi's Underdome. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Edit: I wrapped up Persona 4: Golden, doing the True End and Romance/Rescue of Marie. I want to go for Platinum, but that will likely have to wait for the time being. I don't have the energy right now to sink another 40 or so hours into another playthrough (the playthrough I just completed clocked in at 80+). Plus, there is one trophy in particular that is going to be exceptionally annoying to get. I also picked up Venetica, which I always wanted to play since it came out but didn't want to drop 60 dollars on it. I found it in the 10 dollar bin at Wal-Mart and grabbed it. It's a pretty good game, although it feels really dated (obviously), and the weird frame rate messes with my eyes quite a bit. Me and my friend are going to play through Saints Row 3 at some point as well, since the Full Package edition went on sale during Cyber Monday for 20. |

hmm...too quiet here anyways Games I'm looking out for this is Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch god how i love playing the demo can't wait till the game comes out this month 22nd of Jan too bad there won't be anymore Wizard Edition to truth be told i wanted to pre-order it after my check came in but *sigh* too bad it was sold out a week later then re-release again when i don't have any money on my checking i swear some game company love bring those out on the days that we don't got what we have =/ Wizard edition does look great art work, sound track, Drippy plush doll two golden famialrs and some other. reason why it's gonna be awesome is because of LEVEL-5 is involve (to those who know Dark Cloud and the Layton Series and other great games that has their logo on it) along with Studio Ghibli's animations and music. The Last of us well pretty much of what we seen on E3 of last year and there's a new trailer of how it all started BEYOND: Two Souls from the people who made Heavy Rain Dog Watch it looks like your playing a well known hacker who basically controls everything in sight any thing electronics and also play as a chaser??? i don't know but it really did catch my interest big time
