~Desert~ Night and the others continue their journey to Tokyo. It's been a while since the battle at the oasis and everyone just keep quiet without making any sound. Suddenly, Night's Skybike gave a beeping sound and the area suddenly shaking. The tremor can feel by the Hover Tank too. Dynast quickly contact Night and Leona as he knew what was causing the tremor. Dynast: "Night! Move faster!" Night: "I know!" Leona: *awake from sleep* "What happened!!?" Dynast: "Quick Night...it's near. Let get out of this path first" Night: "Okay" *maneuver the Skybike to the side* Dynast: "It will be here any minute" Leona: "Night onii-chan, what happened!!?" Night: "Sandworms!....one whole pack....we need to get off this path soon or we will become dinners" Leona: "Why don't we fight it!!?" Night: "One pack of fully grown Sandworms is not something that we can handle. For now, retreating is the best option"   |

Lynx: * Having reloaded he looked up, to get his ear ticked by Takimeshra.* Gah! Damn it! *he spat as he ducked back down. Jeez, he can't even reload it properly. He's too used to energy packs to reload. Give him at least one laser weapon. Mr. Tominaka: if your friend's good he'll get the hang of it and win. If not, well. you willn't have to worry about it anymore. Blade: *bared his teeth and tried to quell the angry growl that was about to arise.* Damn it! you've got my guy fighting an unfair fight! Mr. Tominaka: Takimeshra set the rules, and since he's a high prof I allow him too. Blade: *Seethed with anger and finally punched the wall.* Damn it all! if i have to I'll go and throw my own weapon in there for him. Mr. Tominaka: *looked at blade bemused* you care alot for your felian friend. If you wish, I'll have a drone drop one, see.. I always have a few cloaked drones inside the ring, how else am I getting such good views? *He beemed as he walked to the side of the monitor screens, and tapped a few keys.*

~Tokyo-Entrance~ Night and the others arrive safely at Tokyo. They can see the City's entrance location right in front of them. The Serpents that escorting them turn back and leave the area as their mission already complete. The day before, the Serpents blast the Sandworms that attack Night and Leona. Night investigate the remaining of the worms and found some valuble item. One of them is a record disk and it belong to one of the assasin that after Leona. Night is thinking of scanning it at the City. As they near the entrance, Night contact Dynast to confirm something. Dynast: "We're finally here" Night: "Dynast I want to ask something, have you tell them about our arrival?" Dynast: "I think I have, why?" Night: "Because I really hate your troops welcoming party when I arrive at Sable. I don't want to experience it one more time" Claw: "Don't worry professor. Right now Sylendra is contacting them to confirm our motive. Everything will go smoothly" Sylendra: "Okay...we understand. We'll stop by at the entrance *cut the communication* Guys, they already knew about us but still, they need to do some inspection. We have to stop at the entrance" Night: "Understood" |

Dynast, Claw, Sylendra and all the Vandrake Guards walk out from the Hover Tank. All of them were thoroughly check before being release. The Hover Tank also being check. Night and Leona walk to them while their vehicle being check. Dynast: "I never knew the security will be this tight" Claw: "Tokyo is one of the Major city, we expect no less than this for the security" Night: "For now, we need to find the Judgement" Dynast: "Considering the Judgement, we don't need to find him....he will find us. He's the total opposite of Heinze" Night: "I guess you're right" Sylendra: "I already book a hotel for all of us. Dynast and Claw will share a room. Me and Night will share one and Leona will have a room for herself" Leona: Thank you, that's so.....wait!! You and Night share the room!!? Never!! He is staying with me" Sylendra: "Sorry, he need a perfect woman to accompany him. Not a kitten" Leona: "What did you say Grandma!!?" Sylendra: "How dare you say that chibi-neko!!?" Leona: "Come on old dried up snake!! Your body is full of wrinkle...Night onii-chan won't even come near you" Dynast: "Here we go again. Night...please take care of this" Night: *sigh* "Okay...Leona, Sylendra...please quit embarassing yourself...even if you don't feel embarass...the rest of us are. I will sleep at the single room and Leona will share the room with Sylendra, Okay? End this fight before both of you become a laughing stock" Leona: "Okay" Sylendra: "Yes" The guard who does the inspection finally finish their works and return to the post. A Guard came by to tell them that the inspection is finish and Night and the others can go on. Everyone get back into the Hover Tank while Night get on the Sky Bike. Before he can move a guard came by with a device on his hand. Guard: "Professor, there's something that I found when I check your bike. As I thought this is not a part for the bike, So I remove it. This is somekind of a jammer" Night: "So that's why the radar on my Bike doesn't work" Guard: "That's not all, I also found a transmitter on your bike. Once the Jammer got off the bike, the transmitter also fall from it. Professor, someone is tracking you. Please be careful" Night: "Thank you...I will remember that. See you later" Guard: "Take care" Night follow the Hover Tank and went inside the city. He look closely at the device that he got from the Guard. He thought, Heinze is not far from him and the chase is still on. From now on, he need to be careful of his surrounding and protect Leona. |

As Kaze and Hono was waiting to be sure, they heard a voice outside. Voice: Welcome, to the ruins of old Tokyo. You're about to take a tour... and for it... you have to pay... Driver: You're... the Ruinmaster? Voice: Oh, you've heard of me... yes, i'm a master of those Ruins... and of course you have to pay to entering my domain. Driver: And if i try to leave, i'll have to pay too? Voice: Haha! Sure, you'll have to pay in any way... Driver: Well, then in that case... Suddenly a secret bottom of the cart opened, and Kaze quickly stood up, aiming his crossbow towards the rough clothed man, standing in front of the cart. Driver: Do i still have to pay in this case? Ruinmaster: Ah, crap, it was a trap! Kaze: No matter how i look at it, you're just a bandit... you're no noble lord... so just surrender already... I don't want to kill you - it'll reduce my pay... Ruinmaster quickly threw a knife that he had. Kaze blocked it with his crossbow, and then tried to shoot, but unfortunatly, the knife hit the string... So Ruinmaster dashed towards Kaze, in order to fight him in close combat... but then he recieved a surprise kick, that made him airborne, from Hono, who was still hiding. After falling on the ground he fainted. Hono: Yeah, just an ordinary bandit... guess his only trump was knowing this place... but against correct tactics, his knowledge was useless... Let's tie him up and go back... Kaze: Sure... i sure want such easy and well-paid jobs to go on and on... Hono: Well, you do love money... |

~Tokyo~ Night and Leona cruise along the street of the city. Once a while they look around the city. Night's work always require him on the site and for a long time, he only devoted in his work, long enough that he unable to cherish the view of a big city. Leona for some reason understand Night's expression on this matter. Dynast: "Night, turn right...next to the bar, that is our hotel" Night: "Okay" Night and the other stop in front the Hotel. It was big, but for some reason he feels somewhat hollow. Sylendra pat lightly on his shoulder to signal him to move. Night walk into the Hotel feeling rather awkward but try to control it. Sylendra: "We have rooms reservation here" Receptionist: "May I know your name miss?" Sylendra: "Sylendra" Receptionist: "Please wait a minute....hmm....found it. I can see you also brought guest. Are they the one the other room reserve for?" Sylendra: "Yes" Receptionist: *take out several keys* "Very well, here are your keys and you can leave your luggage here. We will send it after this" Sylendra: "Thank you" Receptionist: "Welcome to Tokyo" Sylendra walk towards Night and the others and give their keys. Night suddenly realize about the disk that he got from the stomach of the Sandworm. He is thinking of finding someone who can scan the disk. As Night turn around to leave, a man dress in black walk towards them and punch Night. Judgement: "Hehe..." Claw: "What are you doing?" Sylendra: "I'll kill you!!" Leona: "Me too!" Judgement: "Blunt as ever huh Night?" Dynast: "Stupid as ever right Judgement?" Judgement: "Hey!! Tiger...don't badmouth me in front others...especially the Snake, he might get a point to blast me" Night: "Nice to meet you Judgement...long time no see" *strangle judgement with his whip* Judgement: "Ughhh...okay...okay...give up, give up" Dynast: "Guys...meet Nakamura..the Judgement" |

After seeing their driver off, Kaze and Hono caught a cart, going into Tokyo. Driver: Whatcha carrying in there? Kidnapping, huh? Kaze: That? Oh, it's just Ruinmaster... Driver: THE RUINMASTER?! YOU CAUGHT HIM!? You can ride for free... i've already been robbed by him twice and i'd love it if he was finally behind bars. Kaze: Wow, thanks.... Free ride and great payment... man, this job was easy... Driver: Easy? Kaze: Yeah, with use of tactics that is. Hono: Kaze, we'll have to give Rin part of our payment... it was her strategy after all... Kaze: Yeah... you're right... well, even without small part, there's still lots of money... Let's rest all we want when we get back. Hono: Sure... But not all... i know you want to rest forever (Hono smiled) Kaze: You make it sound like i don't value my life (Kaze smiled back) Hono: Yeah, you're right. |

After riding for a while, Kaze and Hono finally got back to Tokyo. After thanking driver, they took the "bag" with Ruinmaster and left. People all around looked surprised, while they saw Kaze carrying something that looked like a sleeping bag on his shoulder, that contained human inside. But many were familiar with Ruinmaster's appearance, so they didn't mind. Finally, on approach to the guild, Hono decided to say what she wanted to. Hono: Man, i never thought you'd really carry this guy like this all the way to the guild. Kaze: Is it bad? Hono: Well... wasn't you embarrased? Kaze: No... Hono: Weird... it looked really weird... Kaze: Well, i don't mind, so it's okay... Hono: And you're weird too... but well, that's one of your good points actually... Kaze: Thanks... |

~Tokyo-Street~ Night, Nakamura and Dynast went outside the Hotel. Since Nakamura was with the Guild, he might as well acquire information about Heinze too. Dynast feel uncertain about Heinze and for him to be alive is one thing. Even if the guild has the information about him, there's no way they can give so easily. Night: "Judgement, you still with the guild?" Nakamura: "Yup, why?" Dynast: "I guess we have to tell you something, Nakamura...Heinze is back" Nakamura: *stop* "For real?" Night: *look at Nakamura* "Yes and his next target is Leona" Nakamura: "Are sure Night?" Night: *open his jacket and show the wound* "This is more than what you need to see" Dynast: "Heinze trademark wasn't it?" Nakamura: "So....he's back...after we see Weasal...we head to the Guild. I know some people who might know or might want to kill him" Night: "We're counting on you Judgement" Nakamura: "Heh...I have to judge him sooner or.....later" |

~Tokyo-Judgement's Base~ Unlike the others, Nakamura have his own base inside an old building for him to observe and ready his equipment. With the help of an old comrade named Julia, he pick his work from behind the keyboard. Julia is known as the genius in computer and she is 55 years old. Nicknamed as the Weasal, she's a strategist for the Baron. As Night and Dynast came in, they can see her in front the monitor. Julia: "I see we have an honoured guest Judgement. Welcome Serpent of Darkness and Tiger of Desert....Night and Dynast" *turnaround and look at them* Night: "Nice to see you Julia" Dynast: "Nice to see you Granny" Julia: *take an unuse monitor and toss it to Dynast* "SHUT YOUR MOUTH DYNAST!! I'M NOT THAT OLD!!!" Dynast: "!!!" *pinned down by the monitor* Julia: "So, what took you here Night?" Nakamura: "Actually, Night have something for you to analyze Julia" Night: "It was a disc from an assasin that after my friends" Julia: "Let me see that" Night take out the disc and gave to Julia. Julia look for a while before put it into the computer drive. Julia: "It was slimy, where did you get this?" Dynast: "Inside the SandWorm's stomach" Julia: *typing* "No wonder...I see what I can do....So, Night...I see you manage to overcome your anti-social problem...not long ago, you wouldn't be like this" Dynast: "Man, that was so long ago...maybe you are getting forgetful oba-chan" *another monitor slam Dynast* Night: "Well, life outside have changed me...not too long ago I found my purpose and now, I still carry it" Julia: "Good...Judgement, ready a car, I want to meet his comrade after this" Nakamura: "Okay" |

Kaze and Hono finally arrived to the Guild and claimed their reward... after criminal was given to the guards, they decided to rest for a bit... At that time Rin approached them. Rin: I'm surprised... you did well for a novices... Kaze: Well, we DO know how to fight... just never fought for money before... but it feels good. Rin: Oh... then would you like to try the arena? Kaze: Arena? Hono: It's a place where you fight certain battles in front of the crowd... the winner earns money. Kaze: And the loser? Hono: It depends... sometime he leaves, sometime he dies... depending on what kind of arena that is. Kaze: I see... so, there's one around here. Rin: Yes... interested? Kaze: Sure is... Rin: Here, the map with directions. Hono: Thanks Kaze: Hey, why're you giving it to Hono? Hono: You'll get lost anyway. Kaze: Ah... thanks anyway. Well, we'll go check it out then... |

(Damn it, why am i the only one stubborn here? Oh, Night too...) After finally arriving to the arena, Kaze decided to watch first. First several battles were pretty low level, just average people fought in there... but the last battle... one fighter was just as average as anyone else, but another... He easly dodged all the attacks, playing around with his opponent. After that he knocked him out, but it still looked as he was playing around. Kaze: This guy's... strong... interesting. Hono: Wait, let me fight him... Kaze: Why? Hono: He's a martial artist too... and you suck in duels, right... you're useful in a team. Kaze: Thanks for saying it bluntly... but it's truth... You go, i'll watch. Hono: Thanks... Having said that, Hono went to register for a match... |
