Hiya Rin! The movie will be out in 2007 or 2008, depending on how much time preproduction takes. Please visit the previous pages to see more concept images if you haven't done so already. I doubt it'll come out that soon, the actors hacven't even been selected yet and the movie itself hasn't been scripted either...There were rumors that Daniel Radcliffe(Harry Potter) might play Shinji. Oh well, might as well get used to waiting, hope it's worth it... |

Oh yeah! I forgot about Pen Pen, maybe they'll add him later...Maybe they won't add him at all...so sad...^-^' I wonder if their gonna come up with a new storyline, or just retell the original. No matter what, they're gonna have to retell the first two episodes to explain everything to all the normal moviegoers. |

I don't think that they'll add PenPen; much like not adding Fuji (Gokusen) in the drama. They're all for comic relief anyway, and Fuji's really, really weird for a domesticated dog. I'd say it's way too much domesticated, or the other term you could think of. P.S.: Hey, Jackman's not bad for a Gendou figure, I mean, his features look like that of his; and Garner's good for a Misato! |

I think Rukia's right. Then again, there are so many scenes inside Misato's apartment that it would be kind of a strange omission...Oh well... BTW, is it just me, or does central command look like a scene from Star Wars? Even the NERV employees look like Star Wars baddies...I wonder if Gendou's gonna look like Darth Vader. Oh yeah, that reminds me, Hugh Jackman (X-Men, he plays Wolverine) might play Gendou and Jennifer Gardner(Elektra) might play Misato. |

I think Hugh would make a nice gendou... I think the hardest would be rei. She has the pale skin, red eyes, and blue hair thing. << so not normal. I think Hugh Jackman looks just like Gendou Ikari. As foer Gardener, that would piss me off too... Rei would be tough to cast, but a Japanese actor would probably be best for her...She's really important to the show, so they BETTER pick well. When you think about it, Rei doesn't really have THAT many lines in the show, so the actor they pick would just have to look like her, not act well...Does Utada Hikaru have a 14 year old little sister? Kaworu really is important, cause of the whole last angel thing...Just imagine how cool it would be to see him wreaking havoc inside NERV HQ... Oh well, the concept pics of the day!
