Its sorta almost impossible to be comparing and choosing at the same time out of the two. More often than not, for any studio to invest in an anime series they need to be sure that its going to be worth the effort. If a manga becomes popular enough, or interesting enough or has enough following it is almost guaranteed to be turned into an anime.....So its kinda redundant to even say manga is anime's bread and butter!!!! Half of the other time -- anime's are based on games?? Novels (like FMP and 2nd Raid....) |

I prefer mangas for the art and story although anime has a lot of actions n voices 4 the characters but mangas provide more explanation and details. Plus, a lot of animes converted from mangas make the story confusing or ends halfway making me not understanding the ending or makes the story ends where they shouldn't be... == |

Between the two I'd say Manga and the Animation sucks. It's kinda the animation beign the censored version of the manga. Lke in Gravitation,by the thrid episode they sould ahve had s*x but they didn't show it!
