@D.O - Yeah, lol, kind of figured. Hopefully the other PS3 owners here will have it as well, since it seems to be the most fun next to MGO. I never find trashtalk acceptable, unless it's a joking kind between friends. Otherwise it's just annoying banter which usually comes back to haunt the person who says it in the form of karma. lol |

@jonathon - they better, this is one copy that can't be missed, after playing Liberation on PSP & on the PS2, this is a sequel that can't be missed, i'm being anticipated just by looking @ how it looks on Gamespot, to me it's like a first person Gears of War just cause the Graphics, not by the gameplay exactly my point, i'd take it if it's a joke, other than that "GTFO the room" |

Game trash talk : Is fun i guess when you know how to hold it like say a few jokes about the loosing person (its dumb if you make fun of your opponent if your loosing),but avoid i tend to avoid it lol. And i finally got a nice entertainment center for my tv, what you guys think? PS. Most of the games arnt mine theyre my cousins lol |

As I said before in the chat, that looks really clean and orderly. Well set up. I'll post a few pictures of my game setup tonight after I get back from work. Mine is much messier, and my games are in two different bookshelves (soon to be three, I've filled one and there's two games floating around with no spot to put them). |

Time to lay down the law. NOTE: Excuse my Parkinson's. Below top to bottom: PC Gaming Chair I got this baby custom rigged. Took a kitchen chair, broke off one of the leg supports because I live on the edge, and then put in custom upholstery. --- Home Theater Self explanatory. --- PC Gaming Station Waypoint Alpha Beta Gamma This is some serious stuff. I got random games laying around, some DVDs, a slushie, a bottle of ketchup, etc. |

This is my set up for console and PC gaming (if you can even call my PC gaming a 'set up' XD). -All pictures are thumbnailed. Click to enlarge- For console gaming(With my monitor maids XD) I use a 22' HD monitor since it's like arms length away from me and anything bigger wouldn't be good for my eyes: For PC gaming. Gateway Laptop- 2.2ghz Dual Core Processor, 3gb RAM, 250gb HDD, ATI Radeon HD 2600 Graphics Card 512mb Dedicated Memory, 15.4' HD Screen, HD Sound Card(I have a USB powered cooling board for it as well for when I game to keep the heat down, not pictured though): PS3 Games (Top Shelf), PS1 Games (Second shelf on right side), PS2 Games (Starting from A on second shelf next to PS1 and ending with Z on bottom shelf right side), PSP Games (Bottom shelf on left side): PC Games (Right side). Left side is a bunch of video game related stuff I've collected, promo stuff, collectors stuff, that kind of thing. Swag in other words. XD (Oh yeah, anyone want a copy or two of Windows 98? I've got like 3 copies there on top of the pc games lol): Figurine of a Chimera from Resistance 2, as well as the only DS game to date I own, Izuna: Legend of the Unemployed Ninja and the four Gameboy games I have. Zelda DX, Pokemon trading card game, Street Fighter Alpha, Zelda Oracle of Seasons (Oracle of Time is currently loaned to a friend so it isn't pictured): More promo stuff. Inuyasha Bronze Coin and stand from Inuyasha: Secret of the Cursed Mask, Guitar Hero Harmonica and a necklace medallion thing I got for as a pre-order bonus for another game. Shinra PSP game case from Final Fantasy: Crisis Core and a little model of the SAW machine gun from Black for the PS2: As you can see, my room is pretty much littered with promotional material, collectors material, and enough random junk to fill a pawn shop. It's like an advertising company attacked my room. |

@Ray- Both are good games to start off with. Hopefully if you get MGS4 we can actually have a match in that, Gamer Club seems to be dieing with planned games. If you are into shooters then I would say get Killzone 2 or Call of Duty as well. @D.O - That's why I keep a katana around the room and a lock on the door. XD Honestly though, I'd say everything game related in my room combined would probably only be worth Latino's awesome TV. PS3 was only 450, the surround sound system was only 70 dollars and the monitor was a gift. lol |

@D.O- You have one too? That was my game defense weapon of choice before upgrading. XD Can't wait, Killzone 2 in about one and a half weeks, and I'll be getting X-Edge right after that as long as it sticks to schedule. |

So would anyone be in for a game of Metal Gear Online? Assuming someone who is able to host a game is going to play (I can't host, too much screwing around with port forwarding for Konami's restrictive server regulations) |

Ummm... I don't mind hosting a game. I'll probably be on around 1 or 2PM (-5GMT). I'm on a university T3 line so there shouldn't be any issues, but fair warning, I've never played MGO before so I'll have no clue what's going on for the most part... oh yeah, and my PSN name is HeeroYuy117.

Well I was really good at it, but I haven't played in about 4 or 5 months now. I should be able to make it to that. I can be on around 6 my time, about 1:30 Gendou time. I have to go out for a bit in about 2 hours, but I shouldn't be any longer than an hour and a half once I leave. @h4x0r - I would suggest you double check on hosting a game of MGO. It isn't a matter of connection exactly, Konami is extremely picky about what kinds of connections are able to host, a lot of people have to go about forwarding ports in their router settings just to allow it. I have a T3 for my PS3 and I'm basically the only one using it, and I still can't host. |

Is KZ2 out yet? Or it is just a demo version for now? I've never played it and I really suck at shooters lol, but if I can get it, i'd be more than happy to play a match with/against you all. If anyone wants to play, just add me and send me a message when i'm on. Inuyasha8351 is my PSN ID for those who didn't get it because it was in the middle of my last post lol. |
