Right click on icon > Properties > Change Icon > Browse > whatever folder where the new icon is, and just click OK.

Believe it or not, there's a movie version of this too, but it takes SO long to download but it looks really nice! I had this one for couple months now, ima change it real soon! *The time is 1.00 AM*

@nero, uhh, if you use photobucket to upload your pics, then use height="??" for your size..but dont make it like, so HUGE! lol I hope some likes mine, ^_^

okei, so this one is a bit more blank ^^'
if you're wondering where my icons and toolbars are..
they're aLL set to Auto-hide.. ^^ so, if you zoom in,
you'LL see the blue and grey lines at the top, bottom and left ^^

BTW, this waLL --- i didn't get from here
i got it from a vector site, so it isn't mine.. ^^
hehe, i have to discLaim it [i guess..] ^^
