I got my nickname from a really old RP character I had six or seven years ago. >:3 Her full name was Sarotsuki, but was given the nickname 'Key' by one of her bestest RP friends (His name was Shosuke if I recall correctly...) :3 Yep, I'm the coolestest. >:3 |

Mine came from my football antics and mentality on the field. The only reason it stuck was because football players have a habit of creating personas. Mine just fit me really well so it spread from football to other things. People who don't know me call me by my given name but I hardly acknowledge that besides for in the most formal of situations. My parents even use it from time to time. I guess it just grew on me and now I am glad it was given to me. |

Shinigami = because I'm fascinated with death, I suppose. Yumi = I'm not sure where this one originated, but I just started using it one day, liked it and kept it. I'm Shinigami Yumi in many other sites as well. 87 = the last two digits of my birth year. |

Mine came from my apperent love for Edward Elric I've had the nickname for a LOOONG time now, though. Since FMA started, everywhere I go it was always like "**gasp** OMG! She looks like Ed!!" "I'm SOOO gonna marry her before you" "NAW-UH!" "What the hell?!" "NOTHING!" v_v;; Even the kids at my school would say that I looked like Ed, and my friend even said I was married to him, which caused a HUGE problem and to this day he still says "How's your husband doing, Mrs. Elric?" "Oh, just FINE...!" **sigh** No one can see inside of your T i r e l e s s M i n d . |
Re: Where did your nickname come from?

I used this name for my characters in some RPGs, later battle.net, wow, and finally here. It's a real name, yet uncommon among english speakers, and it could belong to a medieval knight-type, so there... Other nicknames I use online: Porphyria, sounds cool...but is actually a disease ^______^ Zensunni, after the philosophers in Dune. Yunmon, chinese zen master, appears in Hyperion novels as an AI that talks in riddles. yeah...i read mostly scifi... XD |
Re: Where did your nickname come from?

The nickname I picked for the forum (kliqchiq) is a variation of one of the handles I've been using online since about 1995 or so. For the most part, I've moved on to new and more interesting nicknames, but I felt like reviving an old classic when I registered for this site (something that had been on my forgotten to do list for some time, now). |

it doesn't matter where I read it (unique gloves from Diablo 2) the point is that the concept that the two opposites can exist in one place is botn unreal and poetic, also cool, thats why I am the cold that became so freezing that it started burning like fire |
Re: Where did your nickname come from?

I made this name about 6 years ago. I made up a character and named her Yuna because the name, with specific Kanji, means "Genuine Dream" and i thought it sounded nice. Plus she has cat ears, so the name is Yunacat!^^ ( and no, i'm not a FF nut.. > < i made this name before FFX even came into existance! )
