I made this for fun (also added it to my profile ^^): Also to answer your question Ray, making a new thread for each season would be pointless. Season 7 is coming up and this has been the only thread for Gendou Idol thus far and has not even reached 500 posts yet total. Each new thread would only get left behind and pile up in the forums.

Once the competition opens, there's going to be like "Idol" or "Gendou Idol" at the navigation bar (at the top). You just click on the link and you'll see all. It's easy to submit your entry. There's rules to follow, so make sure you know how to submit an entry properly.

Just wondering but, if you are going to enter your entry, is it important that YOU yourself mixes your own track? I mean, I can sing decently but I am in no way knowledgeable enough with my mixing to have a balanced track. Would it be acceptable for someone you know with better knowledge with mixing (i.e. a fellow fan dubber) to mix for you? --it's not that I can't mix, it's just I'd prefer not to, for the sake of many people's ears... You can send your song out to be mixed by someobe else. I'm planning on entering. Maybe I'll finally get in the 2nd round xD  |

well I promoted abour gendou idol and it seems like none knew except for a few.. and they hardly know the rules and the steps to enter. perhaps a more detailed rule page for GI7? |

[gent] Duets are okay, however they're risky if your partner overshadows you. The winners usually are solo artists that do their own stuff, so just be careful. [reryu] One entry per round yes, it won't let you do anymore per round. Of course if you advance, you can submit a new entry!
