@Kei: yep.. but they haven't announced it here,, nee?? I mean.. in the forum.. I knew that new rules when I went to the chat room.. >.< maybe it's only for those who're often go to the chatroom.. I'm not sure though.. ^^' @Z: it's okay.. if you violated the rules,, someone will warn you,, nee?? :]
