I haven't seen his hide all day. After our games last night, did he mention whether or not he would come today? Edit: @DA I'm pretty sure the first save point is next to Jiraiya |

Not sure, he must have gotten tied up though. I'm just going to head to bed, so maybe tomorrow. Had to get up early this morning, so I didn't get much sleep last night. |

He probably did. Hope to play again soon. I have tomorrow off (except for 5:30-6:30, like usual), and evenings for the coming week. And who knows, maybe on Thursday another demo will come out for PSN that supports four player co-op online. |

[@Maiku] I finished the first story mode (one run through). Now I gotta eventually do it all over again, to get the three stars for each one of them. =3=" Aren't all the save points the same? If you could seriously buy more ninjutsu for characters at that save point, I'll check tomorrow. I unlocked all the characters, but I swear there was always a third row of characters. I unlocked all the character support ninjutsu, too, though I wish you could unlock more stages to fight in. :/ Yeah it does get a bit repetitive now, still a nice game overall for a the first game in the newly series, but yeah. I have like, 54% of it completed so far, but there's still a crap load of stuff to unlock. I read in some guide you need roughly 2 million Ryo to unlock everything you'd need to buy at the general store and whatnot, and right now I have about a million so yeah, just gotta beat the side missions again and save up. But ugh, some of the side missions are insanely difficult. ------- |

@Maiku - Well I got called in to work today, but I'll be home by 10 my time, which is a lot earlier for you guys anyway, so just try and check with Ray while I'm gone. I'm fine with staying up late to play, but I don't like waiting around wondering if we are going to or not, since I can't really go and do anything else. |

@DA Yeah, all the save points are the same. I meant there was a shop near that first save point. I'm pretty sure there are only 2 rows of characters: the kiddies and the adults. Did you unlock the separate costumes? (Naruto's 9 tail and pajamas, Sasuke's curse seal, kimi's curse seal, lee's 8 gates, etc.) I don't remember whether or not you have to do something special for those. It does get repetitive, or at least single player does, but it takes a long time to get old if you have some pals to play against. Here's hoping #2 has more to do while refraining from turning repetitive. @Jonathon: I understand what you mean. If Ray doesn't come on by 7:15pm (Gendou time) we'll assume he's tied up and call it a weekend. |

Yeah there's really only two stores I've seen before, but I'll check later today or sometime this week if I can. Do you remember what the store's called exactly? The two I know so far is the General Store and Item Shop. I've run around collection Ryo and scrolls so long now I'd be damned if something like another store was near that area. The thing is that it doesn't show up on the map until like after you first interact with it, too, which makes it harder to find if it exists. Yeah me and my one buddy were playing like 20 matches in a row. We got his roomate to play too, who I'm friends with, but yeah definitely going to get a tournament going on or find one. I still need to master the substitution with every character I choose, then I'd be totally beast. And yeah, I unlocked all the second forms of the characters who have 'em:
You unlock the Kyuubi Naruto and CS2 Sasuke at their final battle (last battle in the Finding Sassuke Arc). PJ Naruto was a first unlockable secondary form, easy to obtain. Eight Gates Lee against Gaara, Eight Gates Guy against Kimimaro, CS2 Kimimaro against Gaara. #2 is not only definitely going to have more moves, but definitely more characters. There's no need to cover pre-Shippuuden anymore, but I can imagine the opening intro of the storyline being similar to the anime. Where you see the later point where they found Sasuke, that part was really epic. All the characters in the first game will be in the second game, plus new costumes of course. Itachi's moveset and Kisame's will be upgraded as well as more Akatsuki characters being in the game. Two forms of Sasori (probably), Deidara (when he fought Gaara, not Sasuke), Tobi might make an appearance, but moves might be limited. Kakazu and Hidan are definitely going to be in it, and their full forms, too. Awakening Mode for the new game will be insanely AWESOME. As well as other characters you meet, too, to a certain point anyways. It's still going to be a completed game, but it depends how far they go into the manga. The manga's not ending soon, there's still a lot more to find out, so yeah maybe a second Shippuuden Narutimate Storm game. I look at the latest Accel games to see characters, and I think in the fifth one you could use the younger Kakashi and Obito!! ------- |

Alright. We're looking at something like 6:45-9:00 Gendou time ( or till 8:00, depending on how long you guys want to play for). Er. Hold the phone: Jonathon, 10 for you is like 7 gendou time right? So...7:15-9:00? @DA The Wii shippuden one had all the characters you listed below (exluding Obito and younger kakashi), like hidan and kukazu, so I wouldn't be surprised if they showed in UNS2. I'd still hope it went further, maybe give us Pein and origami chick. I'm just waiting patiently for when the games get to where the manga is now, with the hokages, kisame's shark form, killer bee, etc, but whether that'll show in UNS3 or 4, I have no way of knowing. I suppose it depends on where the anime will be in America in a year's time. And I think the shop I'm thinking of (near jiraiya) is the general store. I'll check sometime to make sure. My memory is a little fuzzy. |

Swell :o Give me an hour for dinner, and we'll be good to go. When I get back, I'll throw game invites your way. @DA Let me know if you're ever up for MW2 spec ops. |

[@Maiku] Yeah it depends what part of Shippuuden, or half they decide to adapt into the next game. Pein, Nagato, I think it's a bit too late in the story to include them. What would it matter about where America is at with the anime? I guess to dub the voices over and whatnot, but unlike all those losers on youtube, I chose the original better voices! The General Store is near the save spot with Jiraiya, but you can't buy like actual new jutsu. The General Store only sells stuff for the collection category which you can only access at a save point. At first I thought the last part where you buy music and figurines to make battle scenes from the anime were actual battle scenes from the anime, which would've rocked. And nah, think I'm done with MW2, plus I play on my friend's PS3 way more now than my roomates. ------- |

Taking a break from my model kit, but after I run out to the store I'll probably start on it again, so whenever you guys are ready to start just let me know via this thread. It's only like 2pm Gendou Time though, I'll most likely be finished with the first kit by the time you guys are available. |

I'm back, but I've got an essay to finish before I'm ready. I should finish that and be done with dinner at about 7 again. If you guys would rather start earlier, I'll see what I can do. Otherwise, 7-9ish again works great. |

@Ray and Jonathon Guys I may not be able to play today as something important came up. If I finish sooner than expected, I'll check in on Gendou to see if the two of you are still playing and join you. Otherwise, don't wait up. |

@Maiku - That's fine, I guess I'll get started on my other model kit. If you aren't available by 11:30pm my time (I think that's 7pm Gendou Time) then you can count me out for the night, because I'll probably be just starting a movie around that time. I've been playing Time Hollow recently (little by little). Anybody know of any other point and click style games (like Time Hollow of Phoenix Wright) for the DS? |

@Jonathon I think Lux-Pain is similar in style to Time Hollow, but I'm not sure having not personally played Lux-Pain. It's also for the DS. Edit: And I'll be good to go at 7pm. My obligation has been moved to a later date =) |
